Very home-like

Lodgers should be able to extend their stay without necessarily having to check out to re-check inn again, absolutely no need🤷‍♂️

The check in went totally smoothly – the instructions were clear and accurate. The room was surprisingly quiet. St. Vincent's Road can be a bit noisy, but I noticed nothing. I can't judge internal noise – I think there was only one other guest. The shower was hot and copious – much better than the nearby Holiday Inn! The fridge and microwave were a nice touch. I didn't use them this time, but would in a future stay.

It's not so much "didn't like", as "acceptable at the price, but could be better": The TV is perfectly functional, but a little dated – no "guide" option, for example. The WLAN/Internet is a little slow. Nonetheless, I managed to watch a few YouTube videos with only a little lag and buffering.

Excellent and modern service, no reception desk, but you looked after, 24/7, clean premises and rooms, kind and approachable staff, when you meet the ladies in the morning, they all smile and have a nice word, you feel welcomed next time. The rooms have everything you might need: microwave, TV, refrigerator, private bathroom, kettle, snacks and hot drinks to prepare, if you staying more than 1 day, you can find on return your room cleaned, refilled and refreshed. There is no car park included, but I never had an issue in finding a free place to park along little streets arround. On contrary, several times parked in front of hotel. All services from check-in to check-out are carried in a discrete and decent manner. I am a loyal client and I am always choosing this hotel with pleasure and feel like home. I am recommending anyone need a nice place to sleep over, to a decent price.

I didn't like some customers behaviour couple of times, but good thing is they been silent after midnight and always could have a nice deep sleep.

This hotel is discreet, great choice if you not always in the mood to socialise or overcross with other people, affordable to sleep overnight and rest if you need to take a driving break, as it is offering everything you might need and have a decent rest in decent conditions. I found everytime responsive staff to my inquiries and respectful. The brilliant thing is that the rooms have included small refrigerator, microwave, you welcomed with hot beverages, kettle available, clean towels and bedsheets, continuous hot water and good pressure, clean and hygienic bathroom, well maintained premises.

the room need plate there are not plate in the room and just only that and the kettle for hot water can not enter the pipe its too tithe we have to buy water in the shop to make sure we boil the water

nothing its excellent i prefer to lodge in your hotel than travel lodge and premier in and others hotel, all what i need is absolutely available in your hotel room.

I've stayed in this hotel quite a few times and I always have a relaxing time the rooms are always fully equipped with coffee fridge kettle microwave TV fresh clean bedding and toiletrees and a peaceful area to get your head down for the night the Wi-Fi is always super super fast and I would always recommend and go back there myself

A nice, comfy room. I couldn't get a single room, so had to take a double. Room numbers start on top floor, so low numbers are higher up. It's all done online now, so I didn't see any staff in the two days I was there. Pretty cheap for a good night's rest. If I need to stay there again, I'll be very keen to do so.

Only one tiny gripe. The toilet in my room (6), was quite close to the wall and made sitting on it difficult.

Clean accommodation and facilities at a good price.

My phone temporarily lost its mobile signal for a bit and as a result I didn't receive my entry codes and room number and couldn't get in. Fortunately the signal restored itself and the details came through. Perhaps they could have been sent earlier or backed up with email.

I like that my room was at the top floor so it was very secluded and alone and I feel at the top of the world. The shower looks dapper. The beds was nice and comfortable to luxury standards. The room was in a good layout where you can also watch news on TV just from your bed. I also like that there was CCTV on site to keep everyone safe which I thank the hotel for my safety.

Lack of nice restaurants in Dartford town. I only had a halloumi wrap from a kebab shop nearby which I can get even in every part of London. Also I never felt scared at night in any part of UK other than Dartford, because I don’t like the people down here that’s my personal opinion. I don’t get it why would they build a fantastic hotel in a wrong location that’s vulnerable to poverty and crime and where I have to always watch my back.

I was honestly surprised to see a fridge and a microwave in the hotel room which I honestly did enjoy seeing. I paid £49 for the night and with a fridge and microwave included that's a great price. I like the biscuits which were included that is a great touch and truth is, if I'm in the area I would stay there again.
