The hotel was spotless and well organised, and the gym was excellent. The cleaners are amazing! The reception desk was very helpful and friendly. Every room has a hair dryer, pressing iron, kettle for tea, different tea bags, milk, sugar, sweetener, and biscuits. It's was amazing. My kids love the hotel standard, and they enjoyed our stay there. I can't wait to go back there again. I wasn't disappointed at all. The guest toilets are so clean and posh. The hotel is very convenient. The lidl opposite the hotel just made that place second to none!

Crip WHITE linen. Clean, big and comfy bed. Modern and not dated. I would stay here again. It is by far miles above a regular hotel chain and cheaper. I was surprised to have such a large nice and comfy looking room that was not cheap looking and dated. It was of high class.

The phone wouldn't work so I went downstairs to the bar to order some food, I was told it would be a £5 charge to bring it to my room, this was a little bit of a pain coming up and down the stairs multiple times. I then went back down as I fancied a sweet, the sweet I ordered was a Bailey's pudding and it was awful. It did not taste of Baileys and was a microwaved blamonge.

Great location, walking distances to the mall, cinema, restaurants, bars and many more. Excellent customers service, A big thank you to one of the staff members Hannah who made our stay a memorable one. She listen to us when we had few complaints and it was resolved swiftly. We even got extras like a Refrigerator and an extra fan for our comfort. We will be coming back soon.

Nothing really. Our room view was beside pedestrian crossing, but no bother about it. If the door or windows are not open you won’t hear any sound.

I had a problem with check-in as I didn't know beforehand that I would need ID. I have stayed at the hotel several times before and never had a problem I am also a member of the bon voyage club. I was attending a wedding reception and only brought a tiny clutch bag so just brought my credit card. The card was not the card I had used to make the booking so staff said it was not acceptable. I had paid in full on booking. It was embarrassing - I said 'what do you want me to do?' I just stood there with my credit card which had my name on. I said 'this is me I am the person who booked it and I have paid. What is the problem?' Another staff member had overheard all this and said - 'book her in' and said to me 'don't worry about it '. I felt vulnerable and embarrassed .

Liked the room, - temperature in the room and comfort. Staff were helpful. The location is good for me as I have family nearby. Breakfast has good choice although rather expensive to buy for visitors. Fortunately mine was included in the room price.

It was a bit noisy the first night which was a Friday. Didn't go to bed early but was woken up by other guests coming back to their rooms, opening and shutting room doors and talking in the corridor. Also I struggled a bit getting onto the free wifi.

We were celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary. We had our wedding here although back then it was called the Swallow Bexleyheath. The hotel decorated our room lovely with rose petals and a complimentary bottle of wine.

The restaurant no longer serves dinner, and the gym and swimming pool no longer exist. Disappointed was an understandment as we were hoping to recreate the events of our wedding day. The shower cubicle for our suite was tiny. The room was clean but there were cobwebs on the ceiling.

The bed was in need of a decent mattress. The bathroom could do with an upgrade in spite of the power shower. The towels were very poor quality and didn't dry well at all. Breakfast was included but very sub par. The coffee machine especially was a big disappointment. I don't appreciate being lectured at by a big business over food waste. I'll eat what I take and enjoy everything in moderation

I treated me and my wife to a larger sized room and was very glad that I did - the room was better than what I was expecting. However, the best part of my stay was totally the breakfast - although it looked like your normal run-of-the-mill buffet-style, the food itself was a lot tastier than other places I have been to. I just wished I had the capacity to have eaten more!

The only gripe that I would have is that I would have preferred for the shower/bath to have had a larger grippable surface area. Whilst showering, I ventured a tiny bit too far from the spot and found just how slippery that bath actually is. However, this did not detract in any way my enjoyment of the stay and is only mentioned as a caution for any readers who may move around in the shower like me!!

Convenient location for my stay near family. Large and spacious room. Comfortable bed.

No printed hotel information (about meal times, hotel facilities, room service etc) available in the room. This had to be accessed via a QR code with your phone. Plenty of people of my generation don't use QR codes. Thought the information would be on the hotel TV channel but it wasn't there either. Also fire regs notice on the back of the bedroom door was too high up to see and the room light reflected off the plastic notice cover which didn't improve matters.

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful disabled parking easy to access and free and the staff assigned a room that was relatively close to everything which was kind and again helpful - the room large and equipped the bed extremely comfortable and the pillows too were really good. Lovely sleep. The seats were comfortable too so did not have to sit in bed watching TV able to sit and then go to bed as would at home. Tea and coffee facilities were good. Our tv wasn't working initially the staff member I went to get was really helpful finding a solution for us even though was not normally her job to do so. We were very grateful. The food from the bar was delicious and brought in a timely way. Everyone was helpful and courteous. Our trip to London was a bit of a disaster for other reasons and this booking was a last minute one but very glad we tried it as will make sure if needed we will use this hotel again.

The telephones don t seem to be answered ringing and going straight to engaged after a certain amount of rings this happened every time (and when went down was no queues) - QR code link for room service orders did not go through also necessitated ordering in person. (On sticks /disabled not ideal) but staff helpful then.
