VERY GOOD HOTEL. Great and warm welcome by the Reception team. The manager Bobby was so friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is right in front of Woolwich DLR Train station and just by the Woolwich high street with so many Shops and restaurants around. The room was extremely clean with a Comfy bed and basically had all the necessary amenities needed. We spent few nights and felt so much at home and the staffs were all amazing. Bobby was exceptional with good customer service. She was so kind. I’m highly impressed with her professionalism. I will definitely come back again 😊 Thank you.

Ideal location, right opposite Woolwich Arsenal DLR and within 5 mins walk of a massive Tesco and many restaurants. The building itself felt safe and secure, not only because of the codes provided for access, but also because of its layout as a block of apartments with dedicated lift. The whole place just seemed very warm and comfortable and was decorated to such a modern, clean standard. Both the bedroom and bathroom were a nice size and also very clean. We had a mini fridge that came in so handy and a generous amount of tea / coffee with our kettle. Towels and toiletries were provided although we didn’t use these in the end. The shower also seemed real good (it was walk in shower big enough for two people with a big overhead shower head) but we didn’t need this during our stay either. In fact, I believe this was the nicest shared bathroom situation I’ve seen so far. Very well looked after. Would definitely stay here again, thank you so much!

The room was lovely - a very good size; bed so comfortable; and the shared bathroom was huge! It’s in a terrific location too - literally opposite a station, bus stops and 2mins from Tesco. I had a giggle about the name ‘London City View’ as my room faced other walls. Other guests were a bit noisy - but that’s not the property’s doing. The staff were helpful and the bathroom was cleaned daily.

Meticulously put together, test of luxury in the fittings spacious very clean.befor I checked in I read others reviews 1.the heating is in perfect order, if you look around you will see a nob written honey well turn it clock wize and wait for the heating to oz out from the floor. 2.they complain of door not locking when you close the door push a bit forward and turn the luck. The only thing I found strange was the bathroom that is outside,is quite strange even though the bathroom was impeccably made.they complain of hot water it is hot when turn the nob on the desired temperature just be patient your hot water will come through.

I think due to how clean the room or the entire place is the cleaner refused to be meticulous in ensuring that my room floor was really dirty dues the colour of the floor, an over sight was not observed. Otherwise I really enjoyed my self compared to the amount of luxury and comfort the price was worth it I will be back soon

We liked the accommodation; it was in a great location near the train and metro, making it easy to get to central London. The room had a small fridge, a kettle and a hairdryer. The room was clean, warm, and fairly quiet.

The shared bathroom needed some repairs because we only had hot water.

The staff were friendly and there were lots of food options close to the hotel. It was across the road from the subway so super easy to get into town. It was a 30-40 minute subway into town but they ran frequently and were reliable so this didn’t matter too much and the money we spent on the subway was still less than the extra we would have paid to stay in town closer. We went to a concert at the 02 Arena and it was really easy to get to from the hotel, only about 10-15 minutes on the subway so would definitely recommend staying here if you’re going to a show at the 02. The room was a lot bigger than we were expecting, the bathroom was also big with a bathtub (although it was boarded over so it didn’t work) which was disappointing. The shower was always nice and hot although the pressure could have been slightly stronger. There was a fridge and a kettle with lots of tea, sugar and coffee available as well as a bunch of those small milks. There was a desk, desk chair, 2 seater couch and also another little lounge chair and lots of wardrobe space. Overall the property exceeded our expectations and if returning to London we would stay again.

The internet dropped out a bit which was annoying. The room wasn’t serviced at all during our 5 night stay but we were given 4 rolls of toilet paper and 4 towels so it didn’t really matter we only had to ask for toilet paper on our last day.

What can I say , What a welcoming place jt is to stay , The staff always go above and beyond to meet your needs or solve any issues you may come across Been here a while with my children and the staff are so friendly and caring , The rooms feels like a bedroom beside a “hotel room” Honestly couldn’t ask for any more 🙏

Theirs nothing to dislike

The accommodation was quite comfortable, safe and clean. The room was large and suitable for a family of five. It is located in a very convenient location just opposite the station with good connection to the centre.

A strange cannabis-like smell persisted in the room, but it was definitely not after someone who had smoked before. We could not identify the source - maybe some cleaning agent?

Short distance to trains and tube. Easy access to supermarkets. Elevator works. Room was clean. High ceilings. Fan was operational with 3 settings. felt safe with 2 kids. Some great ethnic food options nearby.

Hard to find entrance to hotel on arrival due to 10 stores sharing a front. Room only had dormeur windows 8 feet above ground that couldn't be accesses. Blinds covering the window couldn't be operated as the remote malfunctioned. (Reception was informed, unfortunately didn't fix it). This made it difficult to air out the room on a summer day, especially after shower use. Bathroom is not well ventilated so all the steam ends up in the room. Given the room design and sun angle, room really needs AC.

super clean and very nice place, looks very new and well kept like people care about it, wide passage ways with lifts no need to contact staff - access codes worked all the time great location to get to the train/dlr
