Absolutely lovely stay, my room was on the ground floor and was super quiet and peaceful, the staff were extremely kind, helpful and welcoming. I will definitely be returning, thank you Team Fox Connaught! 🦊

Very friendly staff. Patel checked me in and he was very informative. Very positive and welcoming attitude Poli was serving at the restaurant and outstanding friendly spirit she had. The staff made the stay really memorable and happy Easy access to DLR and also to the Excel center Clean rooms, clean bathrooms Even it’s a small hotel they had very good hot water, and iron, iron board, safety box, hair dryer, tea, Cofee, TV Pub at the ground floor had good food and a range of drinks to select

No elevator. Had to take stairs and not really bad though The Internet didn’t work in the room. However the stay was short so that was fine

We stayed in a luxurious room with a bath. The room was warm and welcome, which made our stay all the more enjoyable, and relaxing. The staff was welcoming; especially Poli who made sure that our room was warm, and there was a complimentary bottle of water. Poli went the extra mile by making sure that nothing was too much, it was as if she knew what we needed before we asked. We loved that the walk to the train station, is just a short walk from the hotel. We were able to take a trip to Canary Wharf.

The only problem we had, was that there was no hot water on the morning that we checked out.

I recently stayed at the Fox Connaught Hotel in London and had a great experience. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to key attractions and transport links. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the bed ensured a good night's sleep. The staff Poli and Polina were friendly and attentive, making check-in and any requests effortless. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the bar area for a relaxing evening drink. Overall, it’s a great value for the price, and I’d highly recommend it for anyone visiting London.

The Wi-Fi was terrible and the rooms were cold.

The staff were very helpful and polite, nothing too much trouble. 20% off all food and drink was a bonus. Food is very good and nice selection. Free carpark.is ideal. Its position is ideal for the Excel, O2 or into London by tube. OK, it's a little tiered but we emoted a comfortable night's sleep. When you consider what you may based any other place around you get what you paid for. Would use it again.

It's a little tired and the shower was bad and could do with replacing and the room was clean but the stairs etc could do with a spruce up.

My partner and I love the property because everything we needed to make our stay memorable was all at the property; bar, restaurant and close to Central London. All the staff were warm and welcoming, especially, Poli whose customer service was outstanding. It is clear to see that Poli loves her job, nothing was too much for her; she certainly went the extra mile.

We loved everything about the property. The only thing I would like to say that should not be viewed as a negative but more of a suggestion, is having alternative butter/spread for those of us who are lactose intolerant. I order vegetarian breakfast twice and butter made from cows milk was presented with both breakfast. I should have said something at the time. However, putting that aside the breakfast was very tasty.

Brilliant links to central London and easy to find. The hotel was also a pub which I didn’t realise when booking but a happy accident. Food was nice there and prices reasonable. The bed was really comfortable and the room was nice and big. Room could have done with a little bit of love but overall was great and well worth the price.

The room could have done with a little more love, was clean but a couple of bits like deteriorating paint on the walls and a bit of chewing gum trodden into the carpet. Bathroom had some water marks on the walls and I couldn’t figure out how to get hot water from the shower but was still absolutely fine for what we paid.

Spacious room with ample storage for clothes and items. Thoughtful items and amenities, I liked the staff as they're were really nice. I think the TV was okay but limited channels. WiFi was usable at points but overall slow.

Bed was not as comfy after the first night and the pillows were hard to get fluffy and feel good on my neck. Planes are quite loud as its near the airstrip. Nothing can be done about it by them but maybe insulting the room a bit more from noise outside. Otherwise kinda expected and not that big an issue imo.

Such a friendly and welcoming check in by the lovely Polly. All the staff were helpful. I’m a regular for work in this area and I’ll definitely return! Great size room and bathroom. Value for money, added extras like a large bottle of water and cookies were a bonus (- as was the bath tub in my particular room) Food was awesome pub grub with generous portions. So convenient if you’re flying from LCY or visiting the Excel. Exceeded expectations for a pub with rooms

A fan in the room would have been great on a hot night.

Lovely staff, were very helpful and kind. Even helped take delivery of something I needed for the convention at the excel- despite the label being a bit confusing! Excellent location for the con centre, and for the price we paid, exactly what we wanted. The restaurant and pub beneath were great, really nice breakfast. All was clean and tidy.

The shower was a bit dodgy, wouldn't stay hot for particularly long. The internet connection was also quite weak in the room we had. Decor was a little tired, but for convention trips I don't think that matters at all- the positives far outweighed that, for us.
