It’s clean, luxurious, relaxing! My favourite hotel. I always come here because i know im guaranteed a good experience

Only issue is our sink got blocked but was easily resolved

Cleanliness was my main concern when making a booking. The reviews were right, this hotel is so clean and tidy. The room was so comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were friendly and greeted me with a warm smile and were helpful with my silly questions. Really enjoyed my one night stay. I felt safe considering I was travelling solo.

The designs, the carpets, the security of getting to the lifts, the size of the room. The quality bed. The service from the bar staff.

I didn’t like the receptionist and the policy which wasn’t clearly displayed at the time of booking that you hold £100 deposit and need ID before being able to checked in. I didn’t have my ID or £100 deposit and was told they couldn’t check me in as a result. This wasn’t something stated at the time of booking and I was very upset about this and it’s not a hotel I would return back to as a result. In addition, you want to charge £100 deposit and yet you don’t have your own car park and we have to inconveniently park at the Travelodge hotel. very disappointing.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Very comfortable beds and quiet, peaceful room at the rear of the property. Room was in great condition, it looked like new and was a great design and very clean. We were given complimentary breakfast each which was a wonderful surprise and much appreciated. Buffet breakfast was tasty and hot -even 20 minutes before the end of service. Perfect location just a very short walk from London City Airport and the tube station. Convenient bus stop 2 minutes walk away with regular bus service.

The only downside was the lighting wasn't great for applying makeup

I stayed here as I was looking for a hotel close to the London City Airport and close to the ExCel London. Both locations were walking distance, I didn't need to spend hours in London traffic - perfect! The staff was helpful and friendly. The room spacious and comfortable. The hotel clean.

The breakfast was the same each day… I was expecting the Marriott breakfast experience, but I am guessing the Courtyard has a different breakfast menu. Also I asked for a bathrobe and I was told they don't have any for their guests… I understand you don't have them for everyone in a room, but when a guest is requesting it - it should be available…

My stay at Castello di Piovera was an absolutely magical and unforgettable experience. From the very first moment, you breathe in an atmosphere of charm and history that envelops the guest, transporting you to another era. The beauty of the castle is simply breathtaking, with its ancient walls that tell centuries of stories and its interiors rich in fascinating details. I had the great honor of personally meeting Count Niccolò, whose passion for the art and history of the castle is contagious. His guided tour through the halls and gardens was a true privilege, an illuminating journey to discover hidden treasures and fascinating anecdotes. His profound knowledge and his ability to share his artistic visions made the visit a unique and precious experience. A special thank you also goes to the entire Count's family for their exquisite hospitality. Their kindness and helpfulness made me feel right at home in this dreamlike resort where time seems to stand still, allowing you to fully enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the place. Finally, I would like to sincerely thank the very kind lady who accompanied me on the castle tour. Her courtesy and competence made the discovery of the castle even more pleasant and interesting. I highly recommend a stay at Castello di Piovera to anyone wishing to immerse themselves in a place rich in history, art, and genuine hospitality. It is an experience that nourishes the soul and leaves a lasting memory.

Everything was just so perfect

This was my first stay at this airport hotel. It offers very comfortable, modern, impeccably clean rooms, a large, very comfortable bar and dining area, and a nice, bright gym, all tastefully decorated and well maintained. My room was very comfortable . The bathroom had modern fittings and was spotlessly clean. The staff that i encountered were without exception friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. This includes a phone call I made prior to arriving, when I thought there might be DLR train disruptions. The location could not be better, a 5-minute walk away from the LCY Terminal and its DLR train station, from which Central London is accessible in 40 minutes. I will definitely use this hotel again.

The Courtyard hotel was fantastic, the staff welcomed us in, we were lucky enough to check in a little earlier and they had very kindly honoured my request for a room with a runway view of the airport for my son. We ate dinner in the hotel, the food was delicious! The environment was relaxed and the staff attentive. Our room was absolutely immaculate and incredibly comfortable. At breakfast the choice was fantastic, and Lisa our host was a joy to meet, she made us feel welcome and even helped us figure out our route for the day.

Literally the only thing I would change would be some real milk in the fridge in the room for a cup of tea, but nothing else.

The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with a smile - such great service makes a difference. The hotel itself is small, recently renovated, and the rooms were super comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The location is just a 5-7 minute walk to London City Airport, which was so convenient for my travels. Plus, it’s only about a 15-minute walk to ExCeL Exhibition Centre, and the DLR or Underground making it easy to get to downtown London. Overall, a clean, cozy, and well-located hotel with fantastic service.

The hotel is very close to the airport, but thanks to the soundproof windows, you won’t hear much noise from planes or trains - it's very quiet in the the rooms! In bad weather, the 15-20 minute walk to the underground or DLR station might feel a bit uncomfortable. But don’t worry! There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and the bus can take you to the station in just 4 minutes.

The location to LCY can't be beat. And thank goodness because one of checked bags decided to stay an additional night in Amsterdam. Being at this location made it easy for me to be reunited with my bag the following day. Each time I am at this hotel, I always have a wonderful experience, especially since I am greeted with a warm welcome. The staff are exceptional, especially those working in the bar/dining/lounge area. Love the breakfast selections! My room was clean, comfortable, and inviting. A great location to spend some time relaxing.

The size of the ice cream serving! I wanted more than that. But seriously, there isn't anything I have to complain about with this property. It's in a great location, great staff, and pretty good food!
