- location was quite central - good value for money when it comes to London - perfect for a short stay - room spacious and clean

- the AC/heat was not working - there was a fire alarm at 6.30 in the morning that woke us up - apparently because a guest family showered with the bathroom door open, which stopped quite fast but still scared us a bit; after a while the alarm went off again for a short while

Staff very nice, room was clean and spacious enough for us two. Location was good for us cause the public transportation is easy in London. Bed comfy.

Noisy & busy road but didn’t really bother me. I think overall the rooms are a little outdated and need fixing.

We have no complaints about the facilities or staff. We had to arrange lots of taxis - see below- and the staff were excellent

The location was a huge disappointment - the name of the Eurotraveller - Tower Bridge - is hugely misleading being a long way from the nearest tube. My husband has breathing difficulties and we could not contemplate the walk so have paid over £150 for taxis. We think you should consider making it absolutely clear in the property description how inaccessible this hotel is to a tube. We have contacted you via customer service to request some form of compensation

Breakfast was phenomenal. Our kids loved it! The staff was very kind and helped answer our questions. The hotel was close to a bus so we were able to use public transportation easily while we were in London. It was nice to be able to wash our clothes in our family room. There is a full kitchen so that could be really helpful if someone was staying longer.

There was a club nearby so if you stay here, make sure to use white noise so you can sleep. In one of the rooms, there was a double bed and two single beds. I would have liked those two single beds to be in the room with the coach so my husband and I could have our own room.

Breakfast was excellent as was the service throughout. Friendly, pleasant staff. Someone was always on duty. Room was clean and tidy if rather small.

The location has its plusses and minuses. It is a long way from Tower Bridge, for sure and a hike to the tube system. It is however, well served by buses. These can be busy. The area is busy and a bit scruffy, but close by is a lovely park and plenty of places to eat. The South and Central American restaurant, right next-door, El Coracan (?), was excellent, and such a fun vibe. Huge portions , friendly staff and live music. All in Spanish but great fun. The rooms are small, but serviceable, quiet and air conditioned. Bathroom had an unusual sink, with a strangely poitioned cold tap, for potable water, not easy to use. You are a long way from the centre of London, but this means it's priced accordingly. This city isn't so cheap!

A really great experience at the hotel. It’s a modern hotel, very well located, with excellent connections to central London by both bus and underground. We had a spacious triple room with very comfortable mattresses. The air conditioning worked perfectly — especially important during those days of the heatwave. There are several supermarkets nearby, including a Lidl, which was very convenient. A fantastic detail: there’s a tap in the bathroom specifically for drinking water. The hotel offers breakfast and meals, and the staff were not only efficient but also extremely friendly. Housekeeping was excellent too.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped – there was air conditioning, European power sockets, and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was tasty with a good selection of both hot and cold options. The location is excellent: right next to a bus stop, and Tower Bridge is just a short walk away – perfect for sightseeing! We were also traveling by car, and it was very convenient that the hotel offered private parking for £20 per day right behind the building, so we didn’t have to search for a spot elsewhere. Overall, everything was great – we would definitely stay here again!

This was my 2nd stay in London and this time I went with more comfort. Although it says "Tower Bridge" in description, hotel is nowhere near to it. However, everything less than 40 min walk in London is considered near, so there's truth to the claim. Aside from that, there's bus station straight by hotel which can get you to London Bridge station easily or further on to northern London. Hotel itself is in a nice part of city, there are several supermarkets nearby and also few nice pubs/caffes within 10 min walk. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and secure, and breakfast is hearty if little basic. All in all, good value for money and recommendation.

The room was comfortable except for the windows, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The internet was reliable, and the breakfast was very good; it offered a nice variety. It's worth including breakfast with the stay, I would say. Also, the staff agreed to keep my luggage for more than 6 hours on the final day, which was really appreciated.

Definitely the fact that I couldn't open the windows. I don't know if it's a UK thing, but not being able to do that to get some fresh air really got on my nerves. Also, the location isn't the best, although it's close to a bus station, and I liked public transport in London anyway, so this was fine.

The staff were helpful on check-in, and if you require any information regarding how to get to places. There was aircon in the room, which was very helpful, as the hotel is on a main road so it was noisy with the windows open. We had a problem in our room which was sorted straight away. Lots of buses to catch to get you round or in to London.

They take the money for the hotel off you before you even arrive. You require ID on check-in, and you are asked to present a payment card, which they will only use in the case of damage. The hotel is in a run-down area and not near a tube station, but it is on a good bus route.
