The apartment was lovely, comfortable, and clean. Bed linen was prestine and a good night's sleep had. Loved that the apartment had two bathrooms, one was a large ensuite with shower and the other bathroom had a bath/shower. Great views of London from the 15th floor and it also had a spacious balcony. The apartment was a 3 min walk from the underground, giving easy access to all key tourist areas in London. Local grocery shops and great restaurants nearby. We were sad to leave and would love to stay there next time we are in London.

We like the morden look, bright and clean of the apartment. Nice view from the balcony and windy too. The location very convenient; underground tube and bus stops are nearby. Easy to move around for sightseeing in London. Two Chinese supermarkets just 2 mins walk. Kitchen well equipped and functional, allow me to cook super quick for late night dinner.

There is nobody to show us how to operate the thermostat and other electrical appliances. There was no hair dryer which most essential facility for me. On the first night we sleep with our wet hair and very cold room. Not sure how to operate the thermostat.

The apartment was large, close to public transport stations. We had a broken bed, fixed a day later.

I had to leave a guarantee fund for potential damages [which I understand] and I had to inform the property of the damages found at the property and there were a lot of minor issues that I had to report [broken bed, broken mirror, scratches on the walls etc], causing stress that I would potentially lose the guarantee fund while it wasn't my fault. This is not OK. The client should not need to report issues if there are many of them.

The location is prefect. Easy access to the Tube, buses, train station. The apartment is clean and well equipped.

The mattresses of both bedrooms are a bit sagging. Especially on the left hand side (both mattresses). Guess it's about time to change a new ones.

The apartment was in a perfect location for our trip to London, a very short walk to the tube. The area around the apartment was lovely with loads of shops and restaurants really close by. The apartment itself was absolutely huge and had everything we needed! Extremely clean with lovely furnishings. Having two bathrooms was a real bonus too! The beds were very comfortable. Did not need to use the sofa beds but the sofa's themselves were really comfortable. All in all I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a large, clean and comfortable base to explore London! We were in apartment 502 on the 5th floor which had a huge balcony to enjoy too! I was a little nervous about staying in London, but we felt extremely safe in this area and the security of the building was excellent. We will definitely be staying here again!

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

The location was phenomenal. It was a hub of buses and trains, both underground and Thameslink. It was quiet and the perfect size for our family of 5. We also had a great view of Big Ben and the London Eye from the balcony!

The thermostat wasn’t working so sometimes it would get quite warm, and we couldn’t get the dryer on a shorter cycle so when we needed clothes it wasn’t ideal.

The apartment is wonderful—spacious and very clean. Having two bathrooms is especially convenient for a larger group. It's also well located, close to the underground station at Elephant and Castle.

Clear check-in instructions and both picking up keys and finding the building was easy. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The balcony was a great bonus too. Host kept in touch to ensure we had a great stay. Would highly recommend!

There is nothing to not like

the apartment was very spacious and very clean, it was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds comfortable and it was very, very quiet, we weren't disturbed at all

I appreciate the use of a customer portal, it provides added security and plenty of information. In fact there was a little too much information I'm stupid, I didn't read it all properly so missed the key pick-up details. I was also booking 3 other hotels for my daughter on a European trip so was inundated with Booking.con emails (my excuse) I'd have appreciated just an email telling me how to get the key. anyhow the staff on the call were fantastic and sorted my out very quickly

Roomy, comfortable for family of 4. Nice to have two full bathrooms for getting cleaned up & ready. Love all the windows we could open for a cross-breeze. Loved the neighborhood — great coffee, food, and conveniences all close by.

2nd room bed was a little hard (MBR bed was great)
