Good location Very clean rooms

There was a constant stale odour in the kitchen. The staff there discouraged all my food deliveries. I had to go all the way down to pick up.

Good location. Big apartment. Helpful staff. Spacious for big family. Lot of amenities. There is also a Tesco express store at the bottom of the building. Good parking place within the building.

There were small flies in the kitchen, which was a bit annoying as it affects cooking and eating. They should have been got rid of before guest arrival by the cleaning crew. There was also the issue of too much water pressure in the onsuite bathroom, as the water was not mixing well from the tap and it was also splashing out of the basin. The lighting in the rooms was a tad bit too dark for my liking, would love to have more bright lights. There was also a leaky iron, which dripped water everywhere

Location is the main USP of this property, with walking distance from Borough tube station and proximity to major tourist attractions, the commute becomes easy. Highly recommend for people who want to avoid wasting time in commute.

Since this is a service apartment, you will get any service if the stay is more than a week. I would recommend a more frequent cleaning atleast. Additionally there should be some flexibility for early check-in, it’s paid though. But since people are already paying premium pricing for location, there should be some flexibility.

No false advertising - it really is an apartment. The moment you step in, so many doors! Spend a few minutes exploring it. Clean, no loose fittings. Plenty of storage, a kitchen much more well equipped than I expected (unfortunately had no time to really use it).

Really specific, but I asked the front desk to change the invoice recipient to my employer (legal requirement where I'm from). They told me I had to do it through Booking. I did so, and it did go brilliantly. However, Booking doesn't control this, I was still in direct contact with the company. So if their services team can meet my request, why can't the front desk?

Good size. Clean. Good location. Close to Borough Market, train stations, coffee shops, restaurants.

With that said, if you're looking for party/bars scene, this is the best place for you. Ridiculously bars everywhere, esp borough market area. About the apt, nice and clean. Didnt really needed the kitchen, but fridge was useful. From the reviews, I knew it didnt have AC, but damn it was humid and hot in London the days we were there. Only 1 fan was available in the room, had to ask for another for the other room. Didnt get it til the next morning. Even with windows open, no air seems to come in.. and you'll just hear the noise from the street even after midnight. Even lobby was hot.

Reception staff friendly, efficient, flexible. Received a courtesy call about an hour after we'd checked in to see if everything was ok - never had that before! Sofabed already made up for us. We were at the back of the building so really quiet. Spotlessly clean. Everything worked. Comfy beds. Really good value for money. Tesco Express just at bottom of building so really easy to get supplies.

Borough Station is not quite so handy as some (we ended up walking a lot to get to the South Bank as it was easier), but not too far away. We thought there was only one set of keys but another was available when we asked. A common niggle with apartments is v minimal glassware, plates, cutlery etc (only 4 of each) which means you're constantly washing up and don't get so much benefit from the dishwasher! But that's a very small niggle and something I mentioned when we checked out, otherwise everything was perfect.

The apartment was very clean. Had a little trouble getting the car in but it was because of the staff not being regular workers there. So were slightly confused themselves. There were 4 double beds made in our two bedroom apartment, but it was no trouble asking housekeeping to take the extra ones down. Kids then had plenty of spaces to run around. Good appliances in the kitchen, however they’re wasnt enough toilet paper for our two night stay! And no soft tissue or kitchen towel in the apartment, Tesco express is right next door so that wasn’t too difficult to sort out. Car parking was secure in the basement which was reassuring at £15 per night, decent for London prices! And borough station is less than 5 minute walk, wouldn’t recommend with prams though, as you need to carry them up and down the stairs. We walked to borough markets, which was great! Lots of food options and great markets. Definitely worth a visit if you stay here.

Difficult getting checked in due to staff not know where things where, can’t fault them though other than that our trip went very smoothly

Our 2-bedroom/2 bathroom apartment was very spacious with lots of room to spread out, even with the two large double sofa-beds in open plan living-room/kitchen opened-up. Full-kitchen included dishwasher, washing machine, full-size fridge, lots of counter-space etc. Location convenient for London Bridge station (30-min fast train to Gatwick) Borough Market etc. Tesco express on ground floor of building. While there were five of us, the apartment could accommodate up to 4-couples (with two couples sharing the open-plan living room). Balcony also nice plus.

While apartment could officially accommodate up to 8-people, there were only 4 chairs and a small breakfast table that was too small even for our family of 5 - although there was plenty of space in the apartment to have a big dining table with 8-chairs. Yes, we ate dinner out, but still nice to be able to sit down together for breakfast or a cup of coffee... At the end of the day, the apartment was very expensive for our family of 5, but probably better value for 3/4 couples.

Close to bus stop and train station. ,24 hour mini Tesco next door. Quiet at night away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Good size unit with two baths modern kitchen, balcony, airy no need for a/c. Good water pressure in showers. Two day basic essentials provided. Staff super friendly and accommodating. They are the stars of this place. Efficient lifts, there's a chute for trash.

Beds not comfy and not to the level of hotels. No hot water in kitchen sink, altho I managed without it and didn't mention to staff until checkout. "Did I check the boiler room for a tripped circuit?", one asked. Dear God I wouldn't want to touch anything in the boiler room. I guess I should've looked like I would have investigated such problem in my own home, but I'm on vacay! Also lighting was dim.

Love the location but a heads up about the £15/day congestion levy would have been ideal. Thankfully we were able to get parking so we left the car and walked into London (25mins) and caught a taxi back. We walked to London Tower the next day (20mins). The apartment was spacious and had a good outlook. It was lovely and clean. Plenty of utensils and crockery and a Tesco express literally downstairs. This was a great stay for our last few nights in the UK.

The beds weren't the best, but I still managed to have a good night's sleep. The lounge is broken, our son nearly fell through it - definitely needs replacing. The towel rails in the bathroom were way too hot - I would be concerned if a child touched these - they would give a nasty burn. Due to their excessive heat the unit was way too hot. Unfortunately, we couldn't find a dial to turn them down.
