Great place in a very central location. Way more space than we expected and the apartment has everything you need for a long or short stay. Hosts were also very responsive. Would highly recommend staying ehre.

The pre-booking information (check-in, rules, deposit) was a bit excessive. We got multiple emails about a deposit that they didn't need us to pay. In the end everything was great, but the lead up to the stay was a little confusing sometimes.

Excellent location and fab facilities. The kitchen/living room was a great size with lovely furniture. The living room has a door to the hallway which helps block any noise to the bedrooms should some of your group stay up late. The balcony was a major plus.

There is not much I could fault about this apartment. The location is absolutely excellent, with everything you need nearby and all tourist attractions at a reasonable distance. I felt extremely safe the entire time I was there. The self check-in is very easy and the property was super clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. My whole family thoroughly enjoyed their time. We were provided with everything we could have possibly needed. Furthermore, the view of The Shard made it even better. We would definitely stay here again!

The only thing I could suggest is adding air conditioning, as it can get a little uncomfortable at night during warmer Summer days.

It has everything you need & It is very close to all supermarkets . The staff was responding very fast & dedicated & they were very friendly & nice . If anything is damaged they come to repair it fast . The air conditioner was excellent. There was only one room without AC . The apartment is really nice overall and the staff is super nice .The location is wonderful.

The curtains were damaged . And the entrance to the basement stair which takes you to the Master bedroom is not children friendly , It is dangerous for babies and we had to block it with our suitcases . I wish there will be a gate closer for children’s safety .

The location was brilliant and the apartment was nice and spacious. There were a few cafes and nice places to eat within walking distance and the shops are very close by to stock up on supplies. It was easy to get into the building and apartment.

When we arrived there was a smell which we assumed was from the toilet. We opened the doors in the bed rooms to air it out. The doors in both bedrooms where very stiff and difficult to close compared to the balcony.

An amazing apartment with fabulous views and 2 wonderful balconies! ( not that we used them as it was freezing in January!) but we overlooked the shard on one side and St Pauls Cathedral on the other! The beds were really comfy and the apartment was a few mis walk ( in a straight line!) from Borough Market so lots of choice for eating drinking etc! Highly recommended ! We were a group of 6 women and we had plenty of space ! (One tiny hint, take some washing up liquid as none was supplied -although there were 2 dishwasher tablets :) )

This is a huge apartment, very comfortable with everything you need available for you. Well equipped kitchen. Location of this place is very good, close to the restaurants, cafes and public transport if you want to go the city.

The en-suite bathroom of the bedroom facing main street needs proper cleaning, especially the shower but this will not stop me to book this place again in the future.

This family-friendly home offers stunning views and abundant natural light, with childproofing features for toddlers. Its convenient location provides easy access to the London Eye (walking distance or nearby bus stop), London Bridge (walking distance), a grocery store (10-20 meters), and a National Express bus stop (walking distance).The accommodations included smoke-free rooms, hot water, internet access, and Netflix/TV streaming services. We found our stay to be most enjoyable.

Very spacious, good location, clean

Access codes that i initially received were not the correct ones, however i promptly received them once i contacted the support, support was very fast and helpful on every interaction. For the first night we had to deal with room temperature set at max 18 degrees celsius, without the posibility to adjust it, and we also found a clogged sink - both were solved the next day, but not the most pleasant first night. Also, the second morning, we received an unnannounced visit for the fire sensors checking.

The location of this property was perfect for our trip. We liked that the street was relatively quiet and there were several Underground stations in easy walking distance. The modern style of the flat was to our liking and we had plenty of space for our family of four to spread out. Having the small grocery store across the street was so convenient! We stayed a full week so housekeeping came in once in the middle of our stay to clean and refresh the towels. The couple times we had questions, I emailed the help desk and received prompt responses and our issues were quickly resolved.

We found the beds to be a little hard and we didn't understand how to work the thermostat so it was a little warm for us but these things didn't negatively affect our stay at all.
