Very modern and updated. Great location close to train station.

The check in process was extensive, have stayed at many rental properties and none have such a lengthy pre check in process.

Great location close to the train & tube station. Supermarkets close by. The apartment was a great size for 2 adults & 2 teenagers (15 & 17) The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable & apartment was lovely & warm. The lift to the apartment was great as I'm a wheelchair user & the apartment was a good size for using a wheelchair though I can walk a bit.

A place for leaving luggage would be great & a slightly later check out time would be ideal as 10am is pretty early.

Very generic decor that didn’t feel welcoming. No dishcloth, tea towel No coffee pot or tea pot No chairs on balcony so not really a bonus to have it. Very slippery tub/shower so would strongly suggest bath mat. Trains and nearby building construction might bother some. Earplugs work! Fans are provided but it is a very warm apartment particularly the bedroom and bathroom. Mattresses and pillows need to be a better quality at this price point. Not very comfortable. Sofa fine for kids but not adults.

The location is very good, there are restaurants and coffee places around, a couple of supermarkets. But also it's quiet. There is a metro station and the train station for getting airports a few minutes walking. The apartment is very cozy, there is enough stuff for cooking.

You have to pay a deposit of 250£ not through the booking, which is risky in my opinion. But at the end there were not any problems, they sent it back quite fast. And the bed,as a lot of people mentioned, is very bad. I would recommend to incest in good mattress

The apartment was very cozy and clean. It had everything we needed. It was very well equipped!

The beds are a bit small and the pillows not very soft. It was very hard to manage the heating and we were not able to cool it down, so it felt hot at night. The last negative part was that the washing/drying machine did not dry the clothes but there was a big hanger to put them to dry.

Very good contact with the staff - very quick response for emails. Flat quite nice, good equipment. Great location. Nice neighbourhood with cafes.

It could be cleaner, for example we found potato chips under the floor fan. Kitchen cabinets need to be repair. Fire detector is ridiculously sensitiv, we turned it on twice just by making breakfast - we were boiling sousages and tosting bread (no, tosts werent bourned).

Location was good, not far behind Tate Modern and close enough to walk to the tube station. Apartment was clean and spacious and great to have two bathrooms. Staff were very helpful and wanted to sort our any problems that we had.

Beds were a bit soft (may be a personal preference). Apartment is at the back of the Hilton hotel and delivery vans and refuse trucks start around 7:00 in the morning so it was a bit noisy then. There were no instructions on how to use the oven of microwave but this was sorted out by the staff. It was unclear on the booking that a breakage deposit of BP 250 needed to be paid and will be redunded in 10 days

We (4 adults, a teenager, a todler and a baby) were staying at Stayo Southbank, which we found a good location as you can take the Queen Walk (a path by the river) to both sides, the food shop is at hand and the transport stations are quite close. The appartment was great: clean, good equipted and comfortable. We had no issues to contact the hosts, so we didn’t. All the chech in and chech out was remote.

The three things we missed were table salt :) kitchen robe and EU charging adapter.

Excellent location, close to buses, metros, restaurants. The area is safe and modern, with supermarkets close by. The appartment was super convenient for a family of 3. Not only the main bed but also the couch were big and confortable. Great kitchen, bathroom and very convenient to have dishwasher and washing machine. Definitely will consider same option when visiting the city again.

The location is perfect to get around London. Borough market is really close. Everything was squeaky clean upon our arrival. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a boiler and a microwave also. Check in was smooth and they allowed us to leave our luggages before the check in time. Quality bath towels are provided, soap and shampoo as well. Communication with the staff is quick and efficient. The 250£ caution deposit was released one week after checkout. Could be useful to add a broom to the cupboard.

The pre-check in routine, done through a 3rd party website, seems too long and unnecessary. Our party of 4 people with a 3 nights stay (4 full days) was given only 2 toilet paper rolls, we had to buy more to use. The sofa bed in the one bedroom apartment can be too tight and uncomfortable to have two grown adults sleeping on it.
