The location was really ideal. So close to the train station easy to find and the room was so clean and comfortable.

The staff on the reception both day and night seemed to be almost fed up. There was no interaction or effort with a conversation very blunt and almost rude I would say. It wasn't very welcoming at all.

The room is great, with all the facilities, especially with that legendary coffee machine. Shower is super cool. My wife and me love the shampoo/ hand wash fragrance. Parking option is great. The city view is the best, especially when you wake up in the morning or night, the city looks beautiful 😍. There is a option to open the window for some fresh air. Not many have windows, that's a plus point

Unfortunately this time our experience was not super, there was hairs on the bed sheet, and the bin in the bathroom hadn't been changed, those are where the only two things that affected our stay

The apartment was clean with good size. The location was near the Westfield shopping mall. The metro station was 15mins walk from the hotel.

No daily service, but you have to pay GBP15 extra per day for the housekeeping. The bed was not very comfortable. You will need to budget 30-45mins by metro from the hotel to Central London.

The manager went above and beyond to help us and welcome myself and my students!!! There were 6 rooms booked and he tried to get them all close together!!! Another example of how wonderful the manager was is the fact that it typically takes us weeks, even months, to get an invoice from the hotel. Mr. Swapon Das immediately sent what we needed!!!!! The hotel itself is clean, incredibly central and convenient, safe, with thoughtful touches and all the facilities worked brilliantly!!! We will absolutely stay here again!!!!!!

Location and family friendly apartments

This was our 8th stay but the room was given 1104 with wall on the window. Asked Tapon to change the room and he was kind enough to help and said he will hand over this to morning shift as the room type booked was full but to our surprise when approached reception in the morning the lady said sorry we can’t move you as we are fully booked. Having worked in hotel front office I know it’s not difficult if you want to move someone from 1 room to another as I didn’t ask you to book me another room I simply asked to vacate 1 and move to the same category but better view which wasn’t going to harm may be a little extra job for house keeping but clearly lack of intent from morning shift lady.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is so well designed considering the limited space. They've created a great hybrid apartment that doubles as a living and sleeping space with more than enough storage. The decor guves a clean and luxury feel with cutlery, plates, kettle, tea, coffee, nespresso AND a dishwasher too. The location is prime! It's 2min walk from Stratford international and Westfield shopping centre with a Sainsbury's not far away and bars at the next door hotels. Wish I could afford to stay here for longer terms.

Shower pressure was very weak which was different to the other room we had stayed in. But the shower and toilet were really clean and amenities like towels, shower gel and lotion were provided.

The location was perfect, the facility was clean and quiet.The breakfast was also excellent, I would recommend to always include breakfast, you won't regret it.

The only thing that didn't work for us was the dishwasher but other than that everything was great.

Very comfy beds and overall design. It's obviously rather a new hotel, so nothing is out of order or worn out. You can also open the window, which I always appreciate. You have to find the right way to the hotel from the subway station first but then it's pretty good. Tip: when you exit from the Elisabeth line station towards the Westfield mall, take the escalators up the terrace, then straight, on the crossing slightly left, then through the mall and stairs down and that's it :-) or you can go round the shopping mall but it's not a nice walk :-)

The place is great with DLR and Elizabeth Line so near, we can get to city centre in around 35mins. It is great that it is near westfield so we can grab some light snacks and treats before heading back. The place might seems small in picture but it was enough for 3 adult and 1 child to stay comfortable with 4 huge luggages. the sofa bed is quite comfortable to sleep in. Checking in was great and the sofa bed was already ready when we enter. They prepare a lot of toilet rolls for a week of stays and there is a heater on the shower room to dry clothes in a few hours.

Perfect Location. The hotel is a 5 min walk to Stratford international station where you can take an underground or overground train to any part of London and out of London. Usually it takes 2 lines (2-5 stops for each ) to change for reaching all major sightseeing places. Quite safe enough surroundings and area. Perfect accommodation. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need for cooking ( Lidl and Sainsburry stores are nearby where you can buy eggs, sausages, bread, ham, spaghetti, etc . For cooking and self catering) . Perfect soundproof. Very good and comfy beds , very clean rooms. Excellent stay for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Highly recommended.
