So close to the tube station that it’s worth staying just for that reason. It’s self check in so you don’t meet the staff but they are reachable on WhatsApp, always reply within minutes and are always very kind and helpful. The apartment are clean and have all the basic facilities to cook a meal so you don’t have the extra expense of having to order a take away which makes quite the difference if you are on a tight budget. Been there plenty of times and will defo stay again in the future.

Nothing really, it was all good.

The host is really nice! Answers fast all the questions and is always available. The location is absurdly good, less than 250 meters away from the underground and there is a convenient supermarket also really close. The kitchen is perfect so you can cook at home to save some extra money. The underground line is the central line so Stratford is 1 station away meaning easy access to trains, airports and the center. Overall the apartment is perfect for 2 to 3 persons. 4 would be ok with an additional bed. The apartment was in great condition and clean. If I return to London I will pick them again.

Not a complain but the bathroom door is difficult to close and probably could be a little issue only when travelling with someone you don't feel comfortable with (which is kinda unlikely). We didn't care at all.

Excellent location, situated on the main road, extremely close to Leyton Underground Station, which is 1 stop away from London Stadium. Basic self-catering accommodation with everything you need: comfortable bed, toilet, shower, wash basin, kitchen sink, fridge/freezer, TV, kettle, microwave, iron, hairdryer, fan (very glad we had this during the heatwave), teabags, soap, shower gel, towels, washing up liquid, crockery, cutlery, etc. Very good communication and instructions about accessing the property. The accommodation was clean. I would describe as basic, not luxury, accommodation, probably more to do with the fixtures and fittings of the place, but was perfect for our overnight stay, with location being our key priority. Plenty of shops and takeaways on the same road, making it easy to buy provisions/meals. A bustling area, as you would expect being in London, but felt safe enough.

Just a couple of minor maintenance jobs required, eg, wardrobe handle wobbly, just needs screws tightening up and ill-fitting door on the sink base unit cupboard. Neither of which were a problem for us during our stay.

Owner was always available for any inquiries. Very easy check-in process, and the accommodation was 2 minutes away from the bus station and Leyton underground. For my needs as a solo traveler, this was the perfect place for a short stay close to the London Stadium. Room was clean and while it was really cold at night, there was an electric heater to use to warm the room up. Having a fridge and a microwave was also pretty convenient.

The staircase is quite narrow, so if you're carrying big suitcases with you and you're staying at the upper floor, you're gonna struggle a bit to get all your things up. You have to watch your step. Luckily though, there aren't that many stairs.

Great location just a few minutes walk from Leyton tube station and surrounded by shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and green spaces. 1 tube stop to Westfield Shopping Centre Stratford. Fully self contained. No sharing. Fast wifi which I used for work calls. Pet friendly.

Room was small but that’s normal for London. I could hear people in the flat above me, walking around but again, I think this is common for London housing.

It felt like home despite the fact there was no washing machine as described on Booking.com

The room I was initially given when I arrived was a boxed room with no sofa and washing machine, instead of the big room I paid for with a sofa and washing machine. Moved to a bigger room when I complained and was told I might be moved to the boxed room on the last day of my stay. That was despite sending screenshot of the description of the accommodation I paid for. There was also no washing machine in the unit I stayed.

The owner was helpful and friendly always available at the end of the phone. He phoned to make sure everything was OK once I had settled in. The apartment was comfortable, and had everything you needed. I was able to work from it very easily. There is a corner shop next door which stocks the essentials.

It had nothing to do with the apartment or owner but to do with the check-in time that Booking.com confirmed as 10.30 instead of 2pm. I turned up early and the owner organised for me to check-in then and there instead of waiting till 2pm. As I said it's no the owners fault.

Very easy to find, private and comfortable everything we needed in one room. Well presented shower gel washing up liquid cooking equipment all available.

When booking, Booking.com said 10am checkout, we received a message from the owner at 10.30pm the night before checkout saying checkout was now 9am, we were having a late night and would not have booked a room with 9am checkout so this was a surprise.

-Really comfy bed -Apartment was situated a couple of minutes away from the underground station -Had all the essentials, including toiletries, hairdryer and towels -Ray was very helpful and responsive whenever we had an issue -Apartment near big and useful stores such as Asda, Poundland and Tkmaxx -Dog friendly! (Which can be difficult to find in London)

-No lock on the toilet door

Excellent communication as the host was very quick to respond when we had a problem with the shower. He came out and sorted it very quickly. Location for shops and public transport was excellent and the room had everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

Not much that could be done but parking was a problem.
