I had a fantastic stay. I highly recommend Yotelpad. It was a super hot week in London, so the AC was a dream. The shower was excellent, and I was so comfortable in the bedding. I stayed here for a week, so having the kitchenette was a plus. I could store food and keep my costs down on eating out. I would stay here again

The Stratford area is quite grimy. I probably won't stay in that area again

The excellent staff, professional, polite, courteous, friendly and helpful. The hotel is immaculately clean, modern and cosy. My room was fantastic, it had all the essentials and a lovely view. Special thanks to Delroy, Tilon, Jack and Gousha for the extra support I received on a daily basis, as a disabled traveller, I truly appreciated the help. I would highly recommend the YotelPad, especially the room with the kitchenette, 10/10.

Great location close to Sratford rail and underground and close to the 2020 Olympic facilities. The staff were nice and the hotel very clean and tidy. The room wea compact, but functional with a good bathroom.

A major reason for selecting this property was it advertising a kitchenette, however, the lack of facilities in the very small kitchenette renders it almost useless. Whilst there is a small sink, microwave and some cutlery, there are no microwave safe dishes to cook anything in. You have a sink but no detergent, dishcloth or tea towel to make it useable. The room has energy saving lighting (good), however, lacks instruction on the switching (frustrating).

This was a little gem of a place! I was at a nearby conference and found this to be an awesome option as I was staying for 5 nights and needed a bit more flexibility around having the ability to cook and have home based work days too. The staff were super attentive and friendly - special thanks to Nuuman who was brilliant is helping with some issues and queries as they arose. For the price point and proximity to the tube/station, coupled with the facilities in the room and size of space, I would highly recommend, and will likely be back myself.

I only felt comfortable getting Ubers to get there after dark, and the uber can’t unfortunately park straight outside, so I had to ask them to wait and watch me enter the hotel. (I can’t vouch that I wouldn’t feel like this elsewhere in London, so I can’t say it’s the hotels issue) The surrounding area is colourful but not dangerous per se.

1. We had a great time at Yotelpad, the staff was very friendly and eager to help you with anything. The check-in and check-out were both self, but the processes were very easy and there was someone next to you in case of questions. 2. The room had many facilities, the little kitchen in the room helped a lot. Because of this, the room seems small and that you don't have much space, but as facilities you have almost everything you need. 3. The location is quite good, very close to bus and metro stations. There are also many supermarkets and restaurants around and even the Stratford mall is close by.

1. As good as the location is, on weekend evenings (especially Friday and Saturday evenings) there was quite a bit of noise outside. Many people gather in front of the hotel and unfortunately there is noise until late. But on other evenings during the week it was quiet outside too. 2. Another minus was related to the coffee. We were a couple and stayed for 5 nights, but we only received 3 coffee capsules which were not enough for us. It would have helped to receive more, especially in a situation where several people are staying for a longer period of time.

I had an amazing stay at YotelPad! The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and incredibly well-designed, making the experience both comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are compact yet very functional, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is absolutely perfect – it's close to all the main transport stations, making it super easy to get around the city. Whether you're exploring the area or just need a convenient place to stay, this is an ideal choice. One of the things I appreciated the most was how quiet and relaxing the hotel was. Despite being in a busy area, the rooms are well-insulated, ensuring a peaceful and restful night’s sleep. The overall atmosphere is calm, making it a great place to unwind after a long day. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Superb location and close to so many amenities. Just a 10-15 minute walk from Stratford Train station. Took the Stansted Express straight to Stratford station with a change in Tottenham Hale station - 1hr total duration. Beside the station is the Westfield Stratford City shopping complex. Opposite the station is an older shopping centre. Plenty of convenience stores and fast-food restaurants beside the hotel. I was also very happy that iron, ironing board, kettle, hair dryer was provided in the room. Bed was super comfy. Receptionist very nice and helpful. Would definitely come back.

The room was a bit smaller than what it looked like in pictures. Bathroom is behind partial see through glass - ok if travelling solo or for couples but I kept imagining what if I travelled with my mom? She would have had to step out of the room every time I shower and vice versa or else it would be Awkward! Air-conditioning only went down as low as 19 degrees C. No fans. I stayed during heat wave. 34 degrees. Would have appreciated a much cooler room.

I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the accommodation was; it immediately gave a sense of comfort and care. After a full day of exploring the lively streets and attractions of Stratford, coming back to a soft, cosy bed and the option to relax in front of the TV felt like the perfect way to unwind. The space provided a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, which improved the overall experience.

I was disappointed to discover that the facilities lacked basic toiletries such as a toothbrush and toothpaste. After a long journey, it would have been much more convenient and welcoming to have these basic amenities readily available, especially since they are often considered standard in similar accommodations. Their absence felt like a minor oversight, slightly detracting from the overall comfort of the stay.

Location was great, just a max 10 min walk from station and Westfield with other shops nearby. Staff were really helpful at reception and cleaning staff also did a good job. Bed was comfortable and bedding nice. Lots of towels provided.

There was a strong smell in my bathroom - possibly due to having no opening window/poor ventilation. The air conditioning temperature control did not seem to be accurate and the temp in the room varied a lot. No fresh air and little daylight in main bedroom.

Location, The hotel is located very close to Stratford underground station, where several train lines pass through, including the DLR and Elizabeth line, the latter of which can go directly to Heathrow Airport without changing trains. The hotel is also only 100 meters from the Westfield Stratford shopping center and Stratford Center, and also McD. Starbucks. KFC only 20 steps from the hotels. This location make trip to anywhere in London central attractions within minutes 2. Rooms, the room is very small compared to hotels in Indonesia, maybe only 16 m2, but very complete and modern. equipped with reclining bed, good AC and heater, shower with very easy to adjust temperature, because there is a temperature directly on the tap, mini kitchen set, complete cutlery, plates and sink, refrigerator, and coffee machine (nespresso). there is also an iron and electric sockets in every corner of the room. The room was equipped with smart lamp, all in one screen display. 3. Staff, The staff is quite friendly and helpful, although the main door of the hotel closes at 9 pm, for security reasons, but it can still be accessed with the room key. 4. Cleanliness, the room was squeaky clean and the bed are comfortable enough, equipped with 4 comfy pillow and nice blanket.

The size of the room are a little bit too small, if the bed is in complete recline, the space was too narrow. It also very small to have 2 luggage completly open.
