The Property was lovely, the room was excellent and the lady that I spoke to (I think it was the manager / owner) was lovely very helpful and accommodating

There were 3 beds in the room and there was three ladies sharing but only two of the beds were made up, which meant that two of us had to share (I never through to say it was three ladies so it may have been partly my fault)

The overall experience. Lovely experience and conversation with the owner. Loving woman with kind heart and the passion to make prospective lodgers feel the experience of home away from home. Perfect location and fantastic ways of reaching the location. Clean environment and clean room.

I didn't get the luck to extend my stay. Fully booked. Which is ok.

The lady who met me was lovely and explained all I needed to know in terms of how to come and go from the property. My room was very clean, bed comfortable and the en suite great and the shower hot with good water pressure. If you can get a room here book!

Staff amazing! Big up to Lilian she's been an absolute delight!!! Any concerns she's on it! Very clean!

Just one customer in particular who has mental health conditions called Michael who stays at this place but they're in the middle of sorting it.

The whole place was brilliant the owners are top people and do everything you need lovely place to stay lovely garden couldn't fault this place I would certainly recommend to stay here

Nothing could of been better is was perfect

The man in charge was very quick to sort out any little problems. Unlike some of the other hotels in Sidcup, I knew that my car, which I had to bring this time, was safe inside the locked gates at night, and during the day, if I wasn't there.

It was all fine.

Bed was really comfortable, pillows were great. Despite being close to the road, it was quieter than I'd expected.

Wish the shower had been bigger but I'm a tall (and wide!) man so find good sized showers rare.

This was clean, comfortable, easy access, shared a bathroom, that was no problem at all, nice big tv instead of those stupid little ones elsewhere. I will definitely use this hotel again

Staff were excellent and very accommodating and backwards to accommodate our needs

For the price which is very cheap in my opinion, especially for the location. Beds were comfortable and I slept very well. Just a few minor problems with furniture and broken but functional

The room was basic but so very clean. It had all I needed. I watched TV, made tea and slept well with a nice hot shower in morning.

Lots of noise from traffic in road but property very quiet.
