We were very pleased when we arrived as we ad to change our plans to include our disabled daughter having been let down by her respite arrangements not being available. When we arrived the receptionist was very helpful and carried our luggage to our room for us. Our daughter was struggling with the stairs but he encouraged her and we made it to the room. He suggested that if we booked again to ask for a ground floor room. Accommodation was good with a fridge and microwave with was good. We didn't realise that we had only booked a room with no breakfast but were able to arrange for breakfast on the morning of our departure. All in all we can recommend this hotel for an 'off the beaten track' but close to all amenities and good location. As good as any Travelodge or Premier hotel but at a budget price, We will certainly consider using them again.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Large rooms. Neat and grand in looks. Jacuzzi. Good staff and Always where they were needed. Beds made each night. Close to the connections to get meals each time.

A few problems that I didn't have time to ask to be fixed like... the towel rail didn't work, so a cold bathroom. No hot sink taps. I wanted breakfast but was told that there was none. I'm sure I booked a b & b. So we had to go out for breakfast.

Absolutely beautiful interior and very comfortable bed. Smart TV was a great size. Above and beyond with fridge and microwave alongside the kettle. Bathroom was gorgeous with amazing shower.

The room was spacious and well appointed. There was a mini fridge and a microwave, which was great and a bonus. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Staff were very helpful, finding a remote control for the TV in our room as ours seemed to have disappeared. There was a large bottle of water with the tea tray, which was a nice touch.

Our room was hotter than we're used to and we couldn't find a thermostatic control to lower the heating, but in this day and age of high heating costs we appreciated that the owners were not stinting on this!

The tidiness of the whole house and room. The room was nice and warm when I arrived and the staff was really friendly and welcoming. And the room was perfect couldn’t be any better

Lovely hotel, located 10min from Bickley station and 30min from Bromley city center. Nice, comfortable rooms, clean and comfortable. Great for either business stay and weekend escape.

The hotel looks like a cosy big traditional house in its garden, with the bus stop right in front. Even if you may be directed by your navigtor to walk half a mile after the last train stop, take the bus 336 to go in a couple of minutes instead of dragging your luggage along the not so comfortable road. I had a good sleep thanks to the bed and the silence of the district.

Nothing significant. Stairs to go to the room were a bit narrow to carry a large suitcase.

We really enjoyed the stay in the nice spacious room with double bed which had a fridge and microwave. Our host, Rob, was very helpful and served us breakfast in the morning, I truly recommend this hotel!

Good location, very close to a station.Very friendly staff on arrival. Went to a fab local fish and chip shop(which was recommended by the staff) best chips I've had in a long time 👌. Room was great, bigger than expected. Lovely en suite shower. Beds were amazingly comfortable. The only disappointing thing was the pillows, they were flat and quite hard. All in all though I would book again and recommend to friends and family.

The pillows were flat and quite hard. There was a cooking area but I couldn't find any plates or cutlery. Not that that mattered, it's nice to eat chip's out of the paper.

we did not have breakfast. the place was easy to get to. Did not have to travel far from station. staff were very helpful. can bring food to warm using microwave, so that was excellent.

may be garden made to look nice so guests can eat and chill in garden. it would be nice to have furniture in the front garden and have tea etc.
