Just perfect to visit London! People at the front desk were adorable and any minor problems were dealt with promptly during our stay. We are provided with day and night phone numbers to contact if necessary. The apartments at the back are extremely quiet with a little terrace (perfect in the summer). Cleaning personnel visits daily to empty the bins like in a hotel and there is often someone at the reception in the morning to answer all of your questions and give recommendations. The apartment was well equipped (hob, oven, microwave, kettle), comfortable and functional, with a washing machine and large drying rack. The sofa bed was large enough for our two teenagers. Bathroom is small but brand new. Best feature is the hotel's location: it's 500m from Hither Green train station which connects directly to London Bridge, Waterloo East and Charing Cross on the same line in 15 minutes (one train every 15 min all day). There is a small Tesco supermarket 300m away, an unbranded supermarket next door that closes around midnight as well as a family pub/restaurant and a Domino's pizza. Parking is free in the street right in front of the hotel and in the adjacent streets; it doesn't get better than this. This is excellent value for money in the London area. I will definitely come again next time I visit London.

Everything was great, tbh. Most glitches were dealt with efficiently, either by asking at the reception of by giving a call. No coffee machine in the apartment, though, and minimal instant coffee and tea were provided on arrival. However, I'd rather benefit from good price for value than pay for nespresso coffee which I don't need!

The aparthotel is on great location, only two overground train stations away from the frequent location of London Bridge. Also, the hotel is couple of minutes of walk away from the station. The room is spacious and really clean. In the room there is a greatly equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, sink and washing machine! The bathroom is new and modern.

I didn't like the bed, for me it was to soft and I could feel the springs. Also the shower only has head shower and no hand shower, so I was happy I had shower cap with me.

We liked the location - close to the train station, a Tesco, and right next to a convenient store and Domino's. We also appreciated that we were guaranteed a parking space right in front of the hotel! The hotel was quiet. Our apartment was clean. All in all, we were satisfied and would stay again in the future.

The bed mattress was fine but I prefer it to be a bit firmer, not harder, but more supportive in the center. I also wish the same for the pillows. Some pillows were lacking any form of support. Even so, we still slept OK. Also, there was dish soap but no dish sponge. It was just a little inconvenient.

The apartment has everything we needed and it was clean (probably the most important thing). I would stay here again. Has everything needed for a short stay. Takes approx 45 mins to get into main attractions. Friendly staff.

The bed needed a head board - our one didn’t. Other rooms did. The mattress also slid due to a lack of headboard/foot board. Fresh towels every 3 days (would prefer 2). These are minor inconveniences. We would happily stay there again.

We had a wonderful reception at arrival, the owners are very kind & willing to help. The apartment is spacious, had a lovely terrace (with sun in the afternoon!!), & had all the facilities we needed. We were traveling with 3 (mom +2 boys) & the proximity of a Tesco supermarket + train station + restaurant + next door shop + free parking, made or stay very comfortable & easy, so we could enjoy the max of the area & the city of London (+-12min by train)

All was good!

Everything was excellent – a spacious and quiet place. The staff was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Tesco is just a 4-minute walk away, and there’s a pizza takeaway and a food shop next door that stay open late. The train station is a 5-minute walk, making it easy to reach the main sights. Definitely we will be back again when we visit London

The apartment was comfortable and easily accessible.

It would have been nice if we were provided with shower gel , washing detergent while other amenities like towels, salt, toilet roll were readily available .

The lokality was great, just a few minutes from the train station Hither Green, which is the 3rd zone, 12 min from London Bridge, 20 min from Charing Cross with is actually on Trafalgar Square in the centre. The appartment was nice and clean and the staff very friendly and supporting. Thanks a lot.

Everything was great, we would just appreciate if it was warmer in the appartment, at night it was quite cold because the heating was not on yet.

Very comfortable stay, the shower was incredible. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. Great location for the tube which is 5 minutes work and a super market next door which had everything you needed. Will definitely book again on my next trip to London.

The Wi-Fi was not very good but that could have been due to the weather!

There are two comfortable and good sized beds, a beautiful bathroom and a cozy terrace. Also a smart TV. We didn't cook anything, but there also is the kitchen. And, as last instance, I wanna say the receptionist was so gentle with us.

The apartment was a little small, but enough for three / four people. At least it was for us, and at an economic cost. The only thing is to be not too fussy about sharing the bed, because there are only two. But as I said at the bright side, they are well sized and comfortable.
