Great location

The only thing: Couldn’t open the windows

First of all I liked the Hotel and its location served me well and my needs. Breakfast was a good choice and the staff at breakfast were excellent especcially a special mention to Adriana. All the staff were excellent, my room was a bit noisy when cars passed by possibly the car park of the hotel and very noisy at night when someone was dragging things in their room above me one night and also heard people talk next door on a couple of occasions. The TV only has a handful of channels to choose from. The gym was also good to have. Close to public transport and walking distance to Greenwich Park and the town. I enjoyed my stay there and will return

The noise at 2 am in the morning. The safe being on the floor. People my age or older and those with difficulties bending and kneeling would find the safe so low down a big problem. I pulled a hamstring and had to spend quite some time nursing it TV left a lot to be desired.

Very good staff. Very clean rooms. Good facilities. Excellent breakfast, although very expensive for a breakfast.

The bar prices are high. Also, they do this thing where you have to sign a little ticket when you put something on your room. The ticket includes a line for a gratuity. Fortunately, I put a pen mark through this line. At checkout I noticed a service charge had been added anyway! Then what is the line for the gratuity for on the ticket? Is it for a service charge for the already added service charge? This sort of underhand behaviour is very irritating. The room (at room only) was over 220 pounds and then they pull tricks like this.

Quiet location but quite a way to walk to the ferry and back each day. Liked the fact that bedding was NOT changed every day. We opted to not have them changed after the 3 nights as we were only staying 4. It is good to be green.

We were happy to not have the beds changed and the room not to be cleaned but we would have liked coffee, tea and milk topped up each day so that it was ready for our return to the room. Once this was done later in the evening and another day it was not done at all because we put the 'our room doesnt need cleaning on the door, this doesnt mean No Top Up of Tea/Coffee items

Beautiful hotel, especially the top floor where we stayed

Told I didn’t have breakfast reservation. They went to check and confirmed we did. This was embarrassing and I felt offended; unfortunately, this was the reason I could give too marks. Eventually the same staff member came back and offer some off the a la carte menus but, it was too late and quite a let down. I told the colleague our room number, granted he may have misheard but I didn’t. Appreciate being told I had to pay when I already did. Also there was not cutlery or napkins on our table, even when we sat down I had to request this. There was just 2 of us on a 4 person table.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were given a room on the ground floor to help my sons limited mobility. Room was nice size which allowed us to move the twin beds around to make more comfortable for our stay. The receptionist very kindly showed us around the observation deck with great views across the London skyline. Pre-booked parking worked really well with complimentary EV charging an absolute bonus. Big choice of food at breakfast should cater most tastes. The bar and lounge area is lush and very stylish. Only short taxi ride from the main attractions in Greenwich.

The bathroom door in room 33 did not fully close. Would appreciate the room prices being lower to encourage return trips to Greenwich.

quick and easy to check in, clean facilities, helpful staff, nice room but it could do with a bit of more space. I would not mind a single bed and more moving space around than the double I had and marginally walk along one side only, the other being immediately next to the wall.

I had booked a single bedroom since I was on business travel alone. I was given a room which had the possibility to become interconnected with an adjacent room; the in between doors were of course locked. However the sound insulation was not existent; I could hear the TV playing, the people talking, snoring, coughing, their phones ringing as if we shared the same room. I slept very badly through the night. I was not expecting this from Hilton.

The room is clean, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is good, and the location is very close to the train station. I have stayed at the Hilton several times, and it has always been a pleasant experience.

I've stayed at Hilton a few times in the past and I recalled that usually everyone was friendly and welcoming. However, this time, the experience was not as pleasant as my previous visits especially since I was staying from another Hilton a few days before coming here. The staff is polite, but not particularly friendly for this one. During check-in, I understood the need to be made aware of the rules and regulations, but after a long flight and commute to the hotel, the staff spoke to me in a slightly aggressive manner. This has never happened at any Hilton I've been to or at any other hotels I have visited.

This is a top notch hotel. It is situated in a very beautiful place next to a lovely garden. The staff went above and beyond and were so great and hospitable. The location of the hotel is awesome as bus , train and taxi are all accessible. Local markets are also within walking distance and it was great. I did not eat the food at the hotel , becuase I like to sleep in and did not expect to eat breakfast. Getting in and out of the hotel was easy, walking around was great because of the hotel's location. The staff was super friendly with ideas and tips for travelling around the city. When we first checked in, I noticed that the phone was not working. Within 5 mins, a lovely gentleman came to the room to check it. Upon that, a guest agent from the front desk said that I could have a diff room. Because I was staying on the 7th floor and wanted to have a room closer to the ground; I was moved into a larger room on the ground floor. Since I was staying for 8 days, I really appreciated the kind and thoughtful gesture. The gentleman from front desk (tall and very slim gentleman, named Mohammed) helped me to move all of my stuff. This was 3 trips on the lift! Albert (bright red haired gentleman) was also very helpful with my questions about getting around town and he offered to print out maps and write down instructions for me. Each and every staff member went out of their way and this was very much appreciated. The warm cookie and coffee was a great touch after a long day of sight seeing too. The hotel itself has a lovely garden which I could see from my room and it was lovely to sit there at night as well. The hotel is situated in a lovely part of the city and was easy for Uber pick ups. Plus, getting to the train station is less than a 5 mins walk. There are not too many brand name hotels in the area so I will be booking this hotel and recommending this to others as well for future trips.

Perfect location, 10 minute walk to Greenwich town centre, 15/20 min drive to the O2. Staff were incredible polite and helpful making us feel extremely welcomed! (Also given a free cookie to enjoy when booking in)

The toilet/ restroom in the room had a glass door that didn’t close flush so privacy when needed was non existent. Wouldn’t recommend for a new relationship if you’re still wanting to keep dignity however long term I suppose there’s abit less of a guard nevertheless I’d want abit more privacy using the rest room. Other than this it was faultless!
