Lovely, safe location about 12 minutes walk from Surrey Quays station & 4 minutes from Greenland Dock. Nice power shower with plenty of hot water.

Property needs some TLC. Shabby unit between beds, frayed & stained stair carpet let down an otherwise nice apartment. Also drainage from shower tray & bathroom sink were both very slow

Great value for money in London Family room (3 pax) was comfy with own bathroom Shared Kitchen facility was good. Free tea, coffee, sugar, milk and even corn flakes, which was great. Huge fridge, double toaster and kettle (we also had a kettle in the room which was actually needed. Clean and spacious and the area it is in is very pleasant. Tesco and Spar super close by!

Bit of a trek to Canada Water underground (Jubilee and Windrush lines), say around 20 min walk, straight past the small shopping mall. This was fine for us but for many it could be a hindrance. Once on the train, only two stops to London Bridge station

Very easy communication with Hasan and easy access to the house. Great location. Easy 10-15min walk to the train. Bus stop just around the corner. Ferry terminal 10mins walk away. Takes at least 30mins to get into Tower Hill on public transport. Close to a supermarket and coffee shops. Didn't spend much time in the house as we were busy sightseeing in London. Didn't use the kitchen other than to make tea. Appeared to have everything, good size. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Bed comfortable and decent sized room. Slept 3 of us very comfortably.

I didn't realise it was a shared kitchen in the house with all the other rooms. Possibly a bit overpriced for the fact that it is just a room in a shared facility.

Good value for money, clean enough, the wifi worked well, I enjoyed the collective kitchen too. Private and easy going, good smell and natural light. Comfortable bed and bathrooms, enough towels and soap.

The location is far from points of interest, and a long walk from the tube stations. Could be cleaner, especially the kitchen. Can hear snoring from the next room. Check in was complicated for no reason, just give the keylock pad on payment rather than needing to call you at the moment.

It was located at a nice quarter, close to main tourist area, safe environment and close to water. Easy to plan long day monuments visits all by foot. It had very good kitchen and little but sufficient equipment and supplies for quick breakfast. The room was fine, spacious

It can be very challenging to have the bathroom one floor up or down, especially during the night. Often had to wait, as other guests were using it. The whole property is asking for renovation, but it is well maintained and cleaned regularly

Hasan sent lots on information day before our visit about trains and tubes etc, area the house was in, was quite and so close to the Thames Clippers which took us straight to the O2. Really comfy bed

There was nothing to dislike about the place, It’s somewhere to stay and a good price for london. Nice and clean.

Hasan was very kind in the contacting. Room very clean. Toilet and shower and kitchen acceptably clean. Nice details to offer complimentary tea, coffee, milk and cereal. Calm and quiet neighborhood.

The blinds were not fully closing and a lot of light entered very early. The room 1 on first floor is immediately after the main entrance so it is a bit loud when people come and go - or use the kitchen. Common spaces cleaning is not bad but could be improved :)

Very nice hotel, large room, clean, access to a well-equipped kitchen. Peaceful and quiet area near a small river marina. The only drawback is that during our stay the nearest metro station was under renovation and the replacement bus service did not work well. It takes approximately one hour to get to the center by bus. Apart from this, the stay was very pleasant.

We had a fantastic stay at this affordable hotel with everything we needed. The view of the Thames River was a lovely bonus, and free parking made it super convenient. The room was well-equipped with all the essentials, making it comfortable and hassle-free. A special shoutout to the owner, who was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early. That extra touch of hospitality made our trip even better. Highly recommend this place for a pleasant stay in London!

Great room, it was downstairs, safe, comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen with what was needed and also complimentary tea and coffee, lovely shower with a bath mat (makes all the difference when you get out), spacious lounge, airy, with a door for the back yard. It was quite lovely, we stayed a night, but happy to book again. Host was communicating well. The Thames is a stone's throw away.
