Lovely, safe location about 12 minutes walk from Surrey Quays station & 4 minutes from Greenland Dock. Nice power shower with plenty of hot water.

Property needs some TLC. Shabby unit between beds, frayed & stained stair carpet let down an otherwise nice apartment. Also drainage from shower tray & bathroom sink were both very slow

Hasan sent lots on information day before our visit about trains and tubes etc, area the house was in, was quite and so close to the Thames Clippers which took us straight to the O2. Really comfy bed

Hasan was very kind in the contacting. Room very clean. Toilet and shower and kitchen acceptably clean. Nice details to offer complimentary tea, coffee, milk and cereal. Calm and quiet neighborhood.

The blinds were not fully closing and a lot of light entered very early. The room 1 on first floor is immediately after the main entrance so it is a bit loud when people come and go - or use the kitchen. Common spaces cleaning is not bad but could be improved :)

Very nice hotel, large room, clean, access to a well-equipped kitchen. Peaceful and quiet area near a small river marina. The only drawback is that during our stay the nearest metro station was under renovation and the replacement bus service did not work well. It takes approximately one hour to get to the center by bus. Apart from this, the stay was very pleasant.

Great room, it was downstairs, safe, comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen with what was needed and also complimentary tea and coffee, lovely shower with a bath mat (makes all the difference when you get out), spacious lounge, airy, with a door for the back yard. It was quite lovely, we stayed a night, but happy to book again. Host was communicating well. The Thames is a stone's throw away.

We had a fantastic stay at this affordable hotel with everything we needed. The view of the Thames River was a lovely bonus, and free parking made it super convenient. The room was well-equipped with all the essentials, making it comfortable and hassle-free. A special shoutout to the owner, who was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early. That extra touch of hospitality made our trip even better. Highly recommend this place for a pleasant stay in London!

Having parking was great. Well decorated and in good condition, good cleanliness. Great location, quiet area.

Only found the downstairs bathroom which was rather small and cramped as left early and arrived late. Could have done with info on bathroom options. Double bed was two singles pushed together which was uncomfortable in the middle.

Location - enjoyed walks along the Thames Path nearby. Cleanliness. Comfortable room. Very close to bus stop - 199 bus stop about 1 minute away!

Kitchen lights seemed to switch on and off fairly randomly. Small number of kitchen utensils. Only one room key supplied which caused problems.

Excellent. Probably one of the best value-for-money options. Clean. Good-quality blanket and bedding.

Soundproofing between rooms. A young couple next door was expressing their love a bit too loudly, and the not-so-great soundproofing added to the frustration. Earplugs might be one way to cope.

Our room was near the entrance (didn't pay attention when i booked or the info was not there) and the walls...soooo thin, I couldn't believe that even whisper can be recognized😬 I think it's common thing in England
