Everything was very good. The location very comfortable, near new area. Near apartment Tesco express - very comfortable. From the apartment to the centre 20 minutes by metro.

We arrived at 8 a.m in the morning, but could not leave our luggage - this was only one minus of this apartment. I believe that if you check in at 4pm you should give your guests the opportunity to drop off their luggage - you may not be responsible for this, but guests should be able to leave their belongings for a while before check-in - because that unfortunately wastes a day

I liked the location. It was close to the stations. And a supermarket was right next door.

The price was a bit high. The step down from out of the shower to the floor was very high/low, and there was no phone in the apartment to call the front desk. I would need to log any issues or if i had any questions, which would take a while to get a response. And the curtains are so thin that I believe people on the other side of the buildings could look straight at me in the living room...and when I am leaving the bathroom...I guess I cannot walk naked in the apartment. But overall, I liked the apartment.

Great location, beautiful views in the evening, close to Canary Wharf. Clean, with everything you need on site. Good communication with the reception. There’s a playground right outside. A beautiful place! Highly recommend!

Great location- far enough out of the rush in London but being in the pretty canal area close to transport, cafes and shops.

We stayed for a week and there was one small sponge/scourer. No washing up detergent, only 2 toilet rolls. Under the kitchen cupboard there were 2 washing machine tablets and 2 dishwasher machine tablets. We mistook them for 4 dishwasher machine tablets (they all looked the same), which resulted in soapy water bubbles flowing out of the dishwashing machine. Other renters had made the same mistake as flooring has sunk in front of the sink. Single lounge chair broken and needs replacing. No air conditioning and we were there in a heatwave - the 2 blow fans were inadequate. Need to alter online information with the location for rubbish disposal bins.

I liked the space, the apartment was much bigger than most locations in London. The location was good but could have been a bit closer to the station. It was good to have a washing machine and dishwasher.

No service while we were there so we had to do our own dishes and bed. Coming from South Africa that was a shock to the system. The couch was very small. Hardly enough space for two people to sit on. The bed was too small for two people. It would have been nice to have the option of two single beds. The Aircon didn’t work very well. It got very hot in the room. There was no cooling.

It’s probably the 4th time that I stay there. I used the place for business at times, because it was close to Excel London. This time I went with my son to see London, along with his friend and his friend’s mother. The cost was good and the place is safe and well connected by subway.

There was something wrong with the climatisation and it was extremely hot every time we woul get back home. We might have assumed it was because of something we did, but it was the same on the corridor, outside the appartment. I know it is an appartment, not a hotel, but having some paper napkins is reasonable, so you don’t have to rush to the store to clean the table. Some small extra ammenities can make a huge difference. There’s a man at the reception that never smiles and never offers to help. Hid colleagues from the other shifts were much nicer.

We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Great location in Canary Wharf. Clean (apart from a lot of stains on the carpet), well equipped, quiet. There is construction going on next to this building - but during our stay there was no work done. Nice balcony though no balcony chairs. Near several public transport options. No parking available but we parked with Just Park 8 minutes walk. Tesco express in next building, Asda Superstore 8 minutes walk. Also lots of bars / restaurants.

The kitchen did not have a lot of "extra's". There were 6 items of everything - so if you had breakfast with 4 (as we did) you had to wash cutlery for dinner. We had no bread knife - and no kitchen towel (so we used a bath towel). Otherwise a nice place! Just with 4 we were always fighting who had to sit on a kitchen chair in the evening as there was one double safe and one relax chair. All the vents were closed - maybe the previous guest did this - but as we stayed during a hot day (25C!) it was very warm, we opened them.

The location was very good, as were the 24-hour concierge, all of whom were very happy and attentive. Gardens outside were well kept and very clean. The kitchen was fresh and clean as were both bathrooms. The apartment was spacious and quiet, and it was very close to the underground.

No air conditioning, (not really a fault as London experiencing a heat wave)and i did find a couple of fans which we used in the bedrooms, the main bedroom carpet was stained as was the mattress protector and the duvet when I stripped the bed this morning... No cloth to wash the dishes with.

The place was spacious, clean, good WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, a lot of storage space. Conveniently located in Canary Wharf, which is very well connected to all parts of central London. It’s worth mentioning that during our 7 night stay, no one came to clean the apartment or bring new toiletries. To be fair, we didn’t request anything. I am not sure if their policy is to only clean rooms upon request. It didn’t bother us.

The living room/kitchen area smelled strongly of cooking oil. The apartment was too hot and we couldn’t control the temperature. We asked at reception and it appeared to be a building-wide issue. We ended up keeping the windows open the whole time. It helped with the temperature and the oil smell.
