The hotel is located at canary whalf which is a wellknown financial district with convenient transportation to city center and airport. You have tube Jubilee line, you have Elisabeth line which is newly built, you have DLR (docklands light railway) - these are within walking distance, say 5-10 mins walk. It is very close to jubilee place, cabot place, one canada square...These are wonderful shopping malls with lots of choices - in my opinion, if you want to do shopping and you don't like very crowded downtown places, and you want to shop in a safer environment with much fewer pocket thieves, this is a place you should go. 2 Places i would recommend particularly near these mall areas. One is Tian Tian Market 天天超市 - Canary Wharf, where you can buy lots of tasty asian snacks or drinks. Chips are old fashioned snacks and here you will go to the next level.. Another one is Chinese Gourmet, 60 Skylines Village, London E14 9TS, a tiny Chinese restaurant on the street to treat you spicy and authentic Chinese food. If you dont eat spicy stuff but curious about real Chinese food, this is an option that you cannot miss. Staffs are friendly, giving us a room with a good view. They also help us store luggages for free. The facility is generally speaking new.

1. No kettle provided in the room. 2. No microwave-oven or fridge. 3. water draining a little bit slow in the showerroom. 4. The chair provided in the room is not very comfortable.

There was a construction-site all around the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Point A Hotel! The room was compact but well-equipped, with an air conditioner, TV, hair dryer, safety box, and even an extra blanket provided upon request. The bed was comfortable, and the room was cleaned once during our 5-night stay. Breakfast was included, and we especially appreciated the selection of fresh fruit. The staff were kind and the reception was open 24/7. Overall the hotel was excellent value for money.

The location was good, although a bit far from the centre of London. The walk to the nearest metro station took around 10 minutes. Considering the price, the location was excellent. The soundproofing could be better, but it didn’t bother me personally. However, if you are sensitive to noise, it might be a good idea to bring earplugs. There wasn’t much storage space (no closet, for example), and only enough room to open one suitcase at a time. That said, most suitcases can fit under the bed, and the hotel provides hangers for clothes on the wall. Personally, I didn’t find this to be an issue.

- Good location - Helpful and polite staff - Clean room - Nice facilities - The hotel has lots of things such as renting an umbrella, mini snack and drink fridge if u needed anything to buy and even had outlet adapters to buy if u forgotten one. Overall good hotel😊

- The breakfast was good the first morning but after that there was a lot of things missing and not being restocked. Things such as juice, dairyfree milk and such. Stocked some of the things after we asked for it but before that the staff walked several times to look over food yet no one stocked up on the missing things.

Very functional bedrooms and clean throughout very impressed

The only thing to point out is at breakfast one of the ladies with extremely long braids insisted in having a conversation with one of my direct reports while he was trying to have breakfast , and while everyone was looking on . I approved the expense for the hotel booking so I know it mentioned breakfast . But if there was anything not right , she should have asked him aside for a word, not going on about it in front of everyone as if he was sat there eating and couldn’t be . He’s a discreet person hence felt embarassed. I told her just to charge the card via which the booking was done which is my company’s one . All other staff were great and helpful.

The hotel is in a pretty great area, quite easy to get to with the metro lines. The room was on the smaller side but had everything essential and was also really clean. Every single time we entered the receiptionists were always really nice and helpful. I think it's a really good option if you just need a place to sleep at.

There was basically no storage for our clothes other than a few hanger rods. There was space under the bed for our luggage where we could keep everything but it still was not really ideal. Also there were some renovation work going on during our stay, which was unfortunate as we were not informed about it in advance.

The room was realy nice and quite spacious. Every funcionality works and there was na airconditioning so during the winter it was possible to heat up the temperature at the room. The bed was comfy and i enjoyed the view at the bay. Spot is well connected thanks to DLR and tube/ subway. And well working free WiFi is a plus. A nice addition is that the samller building is a heritage after renovation.

A bit hard to find at first, due to Google missleading the path,(we had quite week signal between skyscrapers) but after finding the reception evertyhing went well. As an coffe addict i'd love to have an option to make myself one also at the smaller building but it is possible that there was a vending machine somwhere, that i've missed.

Conveniently located close to the Thames, a short pleasant walk through the modern Canary redevelopment and renovated docks to Canary Wharf tube station, also close to the DLR station and an even shorter walk to the Canary Wharf pier on the Thames for Uber clipper services into and out of the central London. The room was cosy, and was very clean with the amenities you would expect for the price point. Snacks and tea and coffee purchasable for a small fee from the reception 24/7.

Room was quite small. Would have been useful having more space to hang clothes and store baggage within the room.

Modern, clean, comfy beds, functional rooms, nice lighting options, good location, quiet, helpful staff, good breakfast, suited our needs for the trip, but I wouldn't stay there for more than a night or 2 as the rooms are so small

Room could have been a bit bigger particularly the bathroom & as the room was bijou, relocate the hook for the hairdryer as we kept banging into it. Ideally could have had tea & coffee in the room too, but as space was limited I guess that was something that wasn't included & you can get drinks at reception easily

Nice little hotel (2 separate buildings next to each other) in a great location. Very small but functional, but this is as advertised, so was what we expected. Spotlessly clean lovely bathroom with powerful shower. Secure entrance and room safe provided. Across the road from a number of pubs and restaurants. A short walk from 1 overground and 2 underground stations, one ideally suited for the O2 (1 stop). Plenty of shops,of all types, mostly underground. Would definitely recommend for a couple of nights stay.

There was a little noise from planes but barely noticeable. There wasn't a lot of room if you wanted to iron your clothes (in the room we had anyway). Other rooms may have more space, but we were aware of the room size when we booked.
