The staff were great, Lee had wonderful recommendations for us while sightseeing in London. The proximity to all Canary Wharf has to offer is great and it's so close to multiple tube stations

I would have loved a top sheet on the bed and a washcloth in the bathroom

location is the best. it is located in safe area. walking during late night is still fine, no worry at all. only 15 mins walk to the underground station and there are plenty of stores at the station including Marks & Spencer and many more. we can easily find wide variety of foods and shops there. we can says location is perfect.

we stayed 13nights but they gave me the room on the 2nd floor which is very noisy because the building is located in the middle of 2 roads. we had to listen to the cars all night. what i hate most is about cleanliness, first few days the toilet was very smelly. when we open the doors the smell go everywhere in the room. so i had to buy anti bacteria paper and clean the toilet by myself. I think their staffs doesn't know how to clean.

The facility was top notch, staff Saima Ali and Andreea was great. They were very jolly and helpful. There is a upper level that will blow you away. Walking distance to Canary Wharf station. Loved it.

Only thing I didn't like was it didn't have a bar. The room had a little sewage smell and bed a little hard. This was bearable.

The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed! We wanted a kitchen to cook breakfast in our room and it worked out perfectly. There were many shops and restaurants around (Tesco was two minutes away). The location was convenient and clean. We would stay here again!

There was a very uncomfortable mattress topper on the bed. We don’t know why it was there, because it seemed that the mattress beneath it was perfectly fine. Our backs were hurting every day from the mattress topper. Also, the window in the studio was very small and located in the corner of the room.

The location was perfect! The receptionist was very warm and friendly and went the extra mile of taking us all the way up to our room and explaining everything clearly. They even so generously upgraded our room which was very much appreciated! All the details were considered at this hotel, from the music to the scent. The room was spacious, clean and had tea/coffee. The soaps and shower gel smelled divine! Having a coffee shop downstairs was great too. All staff were really friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend and stay again!

The bed was the only thing that could've been better as there was a hollow in the middle and to the one side. Shower caps and body lotion would've been appreciated too. The coffee could be better, ordered a flat white but it was more like a cappuccino.

It was the perfect balance—everything you could need right at your doorstep, but with a much more relaxed atmosphere. As someone who has always enjoyed staying at COVE properties, this experience reinforced why they’re my go-to for London stays. The thoughtful design, high-quality amenities, and fantastic location will definitely make Cove Landmark Pinnacle our first choice when visiting London from now on.

I loved everything about the this place. Location-wise, it’s very convenient to get there as it is just an 8-minute walk to the DLR station and a 10-minute walk to the Jubilee Line (Canary Wharf). The studio is very modern, clean, and comfortable. Slightly pricey, but it was totally worth it. The building has amazing facilities as well. There is a lounge area (I don’t really know how to call it) where you can just chill with an amazing view of Thames River and Central London. The staff were really nice. I needed to change my dates, but unable to do so on Booking.com. Thus, I called them - they were very reachable - and their response was very swift. Also, I booked a room without a washing machine, but a member of the staff kindly gave me one as I had been in London for a few days and needed to wash my clothes.

The view was incredible, 7 floors up looking out over the River Thames, with the city in the distance, just beautiful. The apartment was great, homely and functional. It had a kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, ideal for a longer stay. It's laid out well, open plan with sofa, table double bed and good sized bathroom with large shower.

We really needed instructions on how to work the air con, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine... A handout with basic info would really help, we were cold in the evening and night and couldn't figure it out. Just 2 tiny things, there were clumps of hair in 2 different places in the lounge and dirty toilet paper between the bed and bedside table. Everything felt high standard but let down by cheap & nasty abrasive toilet roll. We bought our own the 2nd day it was so bad. However these are tiny issues and we 100% recommend staying here.
