I stayed for 7 nights while attending my postgraduate graduation ceremony in London, and the experience was thoroughly enjoyable. The apartment is clean and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent - just a short walk to DLR station and within convenient reach of my college and central London. There's a Chinese grocery store just downstairs, made it easy to pick up essentials, which was a nice bonus. The surrounding area is quiet and safe, with a pleasant community atmosphere that added to the comfort of my stay. Overall, this accommodation exceeded my expectations and provided a great base for my time in London. I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located and comfortable place to stay.

Su greeted us at the door and was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the heating system was a bit problematic at first but Su sorted it our efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble. Location great, short walk to tube station to take us to O2. Su is a credit to the property and deserves this recognition.

Great accommodation with friendly and helpful hosts. We have previously stopped in this building in another apartment with the same hosts. The apartment has everything you would want and is in a great location near the DLR which makes it easy to get anywhere with little hassle. Secure underground parking is available on site which is fantastic, as we parked up and left the car for the duration of our stay. Would highly recommend if visiting London.

Both times we have stayed the weather has been fantastic and it can get pretty hot throughout the building, but within the apartment the hosts have provided multiple fans to use and this does help keep it a little cooler

The apartment was quite comfortable and met the expectations from the pictures when the booking was made.

The apartment was not clean in certain important areas: . Under the best there were so much dust you had to be careful not to drop anything there or it will get covered in a lot of stuff. The are under the beds have not been vacuumed in a very long time . I know the apartment did state they did not have AC, however given the circumstances we went there in very high temperatures, it would have been indeed nice the apartment had some way to cool down. Fans did not work as they were just blowing hot air even on cooling mode. You could invest some of the money on small AC units . One of the fans was broken and barely standing. (the one in the living room). When we turned it on, it blew a big cloud of dust. It has not been cleaned in a while so that was not a good thing

As soon as the booking was complete, the host sent a message via Booking.com to update me about collecting the keys. I liked this because another host had not communicated at all and then let us down at the last minute, but this host was very professional and made everything very easy. There was no second guessing about anything and I felt more at ease booking this apartment. We were very pleased that it was clean and well furnished, perfect for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

There isn't anything I didn't like, we did not have any complaints.

Bright, open and cheerful. Good exposure, facing north, so sun was not heating the apartment, facing another apartment building with partial canal view, on the ninth floor, good security, short walk to the DLR, 15 minute to Jubilee or Elizabeth line at Canary Wharf. Our favorite evening restaurant , about 7 minute walk at South Quay DLR. lots of shopping at Canary Wharf.

It took us a few days to determine lights, switches,, dishwasher, The washer worked but not the dryer. There was a drying rack in the closet. We could not find a convenient restaurant close by for breakfast other than coffee shops, or a convenient grocery store other than Tesco Express. No air conditioning, so be aware for summertime stays.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. I was here to network and have some downtime while traveling alone so I was looking for a place that was close to where I needed to be and this worked well. The location is great, as you are close to the DLR and Tube lines. There is a Tesco across the road and another just a few minutes away. If you'd like to eat out there are plenty of great options available. Sue was very welcoming and even though I was delayed, she was very understanding.

In the apartment, the only issue was that the handle on the dishwasher was slightly coming off but that’s easily fixable. I also think one of the lightbulbs may be faulty as it was flickering. I would add that it would have been nice if soap was included along with the shampoo and conditioner.

Was fairly close to two underground lines, Jubilee and Elizabeth lines, with a large shopping center reasonably close by, as were a variety of restaurants. area was fairly quiet and had a supermarket just across the road. Apartment on the sixth floor, was modern with all appliances available . Bed was comfortable, and separate bedroom was good.

Second bed in lounge was very hard and narrow. Had not seen a chair unfold into a bed. Easily done, Had thought that there would be a sofa bed , as in most places.

Great location . Loved that it has 2 toilets and such a comfy bed ! Pull out sofa was such a good size ! Was greatful for the fans in each room due to the heatwave thank you so much !

Nothing to not like Rita was great in meeting at the location and explained everything. Only thing that would be of benefit is a block out curtain in the lounge room to block out light just a few slats missing but all in all, close to shops and great security Perfect for the 3 of us !

The location was, as always, fabulous. It's a very quiet area and it's a few steps away from Canary Wharf, which I love very much. One of my favourite areas in London. The apartment is in a pretty new building and you can feel easly like it's your own house. It's a very quiet building, no noisy neighbours at all. Above all we appreciated the staff, who were always helpful. We needed to leave the luggage for a long time the last day of our stay, before heading to the airport, and they let us leave it for all day (30 pounds fee, but very cheap compared to all luggage storage in London). They left us the key even though we ckecjed out in the morning. Then we came to collect the luggage in the evening.

Though perfectly comfortable for a family of four like us, the Apartment is a little "cramped". We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, yes, but they were not that big (particularly one of the bedrooms with in-room bathroom). The Living room was ok, with a big window and a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The floors and the walls were a little worn off, could use a slight renovation.
