Su greeted us at the door and was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the heating system was a bit problematic at first but Su sorted it our efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble. Location great, short walk to tube station to take us to O2. Su is a credit to the property and deserves this recognition.

I stayed for 7 nights while attending my postgraduate graduation ceremony in London, and the experience was thoroughly enjoyable. The apartment is clean and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent - just a short walk to DLR station and within convenient reach of my college and central London. There's a Chinese grocery store just downstairs, made it easy to pick up essentials, which was a nice bonus. The surrounding area is quiet and safe, with a pleasant community atmosphere that added to the comfort of my stay. Overall, this accommodation exceeded my expectations and provided a great base for my time in London. I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located and comfortable place to stay.

Bright, open and cheerful. Good exposure, facing north, so sun was not heating the apartment, facing another apartment building with partial canal view, on the ninth floor, good security, short walk to the DLR, 15 minute to Jubilee or Elizabeth line at Canary Wharf. Our favorite evening restaurant , about 7 minute walk at South Quay DLR. lots of shopping at Canary Wharf.

It took us a few days to determine lights, switches,, dishwasher, The washer worked but not the dryer. There was a drying rack in the closet. We could not find a convenient restaurant close by for breakfast other than coffee shops, or a convenient grocery store other than Tesco Express. No air conditioning, so be aware for summertime stays.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. I was here to network and have some downtime while traveling alone so I was looking for a place that was close to where I needed to be and this worked well. The location is great, as you are close to the DLR and Tube lines. There is a Tesco across the road and another just a few minutes away. If you'd like to eat out there are plenty of great options available. Sue was very welcoming and even though I was delayed, she was very understanding.

In the apartment, the only issue was that the handle on the dishwasher was slightly coming off but that’s easily fixable. I also think one of the lightbulbs may be faulty as it was flickering. I would add that it would have been nice if soap was included along with the shampoo and conditioner.

The location was, as always, fabulous. It's a very quiet area and it's a few steps away from Canary Wharf, which I love very much. One of my favourite areas in London. The apartment is in a pretty new building and you can feel easly like it's your own house. It's a very quiet building, no noisy neighbours at all. Above all we appreciated the staff, who were always helpful. We needed to leave the luggage for a long time the last day of our stay, before heading to the airport, and they let us leave it for all day (30 pounds fee, but very cheap compared to all luggage storage in London). They left us the key even though we ckecjed out in the morning. Then we came to collect the luggage in the evening.

Though perfectly comfortable for a family of four like us, the Apartment is a little "cramped". We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, yes, but they were not that big (particularly one of the bedrooms with in-room bathroom). The Living room was ok, with a big window and a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The floors and the walls were a little worn off, could use a slight renovation.

Clean and tidy, ,the open air space was good, having 2 bathrooms and well equipped kitchen also a short walk to the tube station was very handy, having a Tesco shop down stairs was very convenient.

The sofa bed had very sharp stables sticking out, making it difficult to pull out, one of the toilet seats was very loose could not tighten it, none of the app's on the main TV didn't work and one of. the TV 's didn't work at all,also the main bed was very creaky, instructions for oven and hob would be helpful, but none of these problems spoiled our stay. We had a 3 night stay in the apartment and it was perfect for our needs. It is in a great location on Canary Wharf, close to the Jubilee line, but also we used the Elizabeth Line a bit as well (including going to Heathrow) so that was useful as it was very central to all the London sites. The apartment itself was well appointed and the beds were comfy. There are 2 bathrooms so that is good when trying to get out in the morning. We also used the washing machine as we had been travelling for a few days, so that was useful for us before our next leg of our journey back to New Zealand. We were met to collect the keys and to show around as it was a bit confusing as the apartment is in a big block, but the instructions were good and helpful. Having Tescos just downstairs was excellent too. Thank you.

Overall there is not much to improve, although it looked like the freezer was broken (terrible smell when you opened it) and the fridge didn't feel overly cold? Some areas could do with an upgrade, but very functional. It was quite hot in the apartment (fans are provided) and when you opened the windows, it was noisy until very late, but that can't be helped.

The location south of canary wharf was great. You can get into the city in no time at all, but after long days you have an ideal retreat which also offers all the options for shopping and eating out. The beds in our flat were very good - we have rarely slept so well in accommodation. We were very satisfied.

We didn't find any information about where we could dispose of the waste if necessary (but I'm sure we would have got a quick answer via WhatsApp). The height of the toilet seats was too low for our elderly fellow travellers.

Great condo with river view! Close to train to get around London.

Week of June 24th was in the 80’s each day and the condo doesn’t have air conditioning. There are huge windows and once we discovered they swung out in addition to standard tilt, with fans provided it was tolerable. We were out each day so for us it was getting ready and sleeping mostly affected. If you do not take the train-Cab or Uber is approx 50.00 US to go back/forth to London.

Loved the spaciousness of the 2-bed apartment with sofa bed in the large lounge. Excellent for a family of 4 all to have their own space - and 3 bathrooms 😁👍🏼 It was clean, modern, perfect to meet our needs and to enjoy a bit of luxury without paying luxury prices. To get an apartment like this in London is just amazing!🤩

The apartment was perfect - there was nothing we didn’t like.
