We booked two double rooms for the period from July 30, 2025, to August 5, 2025. We traveled as a family with our two teenage daughters. The hotel offers a very high level of comfort and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the swimming pool and fitness room. The breakfast room is located on the 37th floor with a great view of the City of London and Tower Bridge. The breakfast buffet is very good and extensive. The service staff are always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable. The hotel is located just outside the city center, which we really enjoyed. In the evenings, we visited restaurants and pubs nearby. Thanks to the good weather, we were able to sit outside, and because of the location, it is not as busy as in the city center. We found this to be a great way to end the day. We really liked the Docklands with their quays and old harbor basins. Bus and subway stops are nearby and you can reach the city center in 30 minutes.

There is no toilet brush for the toilets. This is irritating at first, but it's not a problem. I would have liked it if the windows could be tilted open, but unfortunately this is not possible.

Breakfast was very nice, location was a lovely area with easy access around London. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Leisure suite wasn't great, small coldish pool with limited amount of gym equipment, which I suppose is understandable in London and space at a premium.

The room was comfortable, a good size, with a good view and there were plenty of plugs and the heating system was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was very efficient. The location of hotel was very good. The breakfast area was lovely with great views. The quality of the breakfast was very good although the hot food could have been hotter.

The room could have been a bit cleaner. I did not like the semi see through wall of the shower which could be viewed in the bedroom. I want complete privacy when I am in the bathroom - I'm not an exhibitionist!! This seems to be an increasingly common feature in hotels which is baffling.

Room was a good size for London and well designed so felt spacious and airy. Very clean and comfortable with good shower and toiletries. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We were so impressed with Jenna who went out her way to help us get a slightly earlier check in so that we could use our room before dashing off to catch our ABBA concert. She really was the icing on the cake! Everyone else was also nice and approachable. Swimming pool and sauna a big bonus too!

Nothing. Canary Wharf is a good venue for tube transport (Jubilee Line) and has lovely underground shopping malls, although it is a bit quiet at weekends, it suited us.

First of all, the size of the room was ideal. View was great. Enough storage space for 1 and the fact that no one from the outside can access the rooms easily, making it more safe. Also, soundproof, barely heard anything. Lastly, the location was efficient as to where u can access loads of areas in a close proximity.

For the price of one night it was expensive, which alongside the hygiene and cleanliness levels were poor. Couldn’t really enjoy the full experience, as for it was dirty making it hard to relax or even sleep. Also, the staff weren’t really welcoming or even had a friendly approach for any sort of assistance.

Staff weren't great. They were OK but often too busy chatting or playing with each other. They were not very friendly (not so much with me, but when I saw them with other guests). There was an issue with our room for the 2nd night, which I tried to sort on check in and wasn't listened to, so I ended up being locked out of our room. We agreed via email to reserve an area in the rooftop bar. When we arrived, they said they only booked an indoor area as we didn't pay a deposit. But they never said that in the email. We managed to sort a space ourselves, but not a great start. The smell of drains in the swimming area is really bad, which is a real shame. What started out as a great hotel was dampened repeatedly due to the small things. Which was a real shame, as I would have booked it again.

I loved the room, the hotel is in a perfect location at the heart of Canary Wharf and super close to the stations, and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is new and very clean as well, and the rooms are very comfortable. If you are very picky when it comes to cleanliness then this hotel is perfect because the rooms are spotless and the room service staff really clean them up very well daily.

Nothing that I did not like. Only thing I would suggest is getting pillows that are a bit less flat because a lot of people struggle to sleep on flat pillows.

Firstly, I would like to thank your hotel for the wonderful stay I had. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I would like to specifically mention Ms. Alina, whose treatment was exceptionally friendly and professional. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable with her attention to detail. My stay at the hotel was more enjoyable because of her dedication, and I will always remember this positive experience. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for an excellent stay, and I hope to return in the future.

Our room on the 19th floor had an incredible view over London with a large window. The bed and room were very confortable

The layout of the bathroom was not optimal. We still had a bath in our bedroom while our kids in another bedroom had a shower. We did not have a door for accessing the bathroom and toilet but instead like a double saloon bar which was not great in terms of privacy (and even very noisy). The breakfast was ok but compared to other hotels the quality of food and friendliness of staff was a bit below average.

The room was clean and lovely with complimentary water. Staff generally were good, food was delicious. Roof terrace lovely, breakfast superb.

When i arrived i was greeted at reception. The lady checked me in and wrote down the room number wrong which was annoying because it was very hot so had to bring cases back down only to be told she wrote room number down wrong, no apology she just gave me the new cards for room and that was it. Bar was a bit slow waiting to get served and order, not sure if it was because i was in a darker area. Sheet on bed didnt fit so everytime i moved, sheet went with me.
