Everything was great, except one thing - "the deposit" which I was informed about a day before my visit.... It is something You (as a host) mention about in Your page before people makes the reservation, or together with instructions that are sent - but not a day before staying... (!!!!!) It is really incorrect action

Very nice sleeping rooms with big beds nicely presented and 2 nice white bathrooms, one with bad and one with shower, both with toilets. Funnily, we didn't realise there was a second bathroom and searched for the other two towel sets until the second day where we discovered a door was hidden behind the main bedroom open door lol. The kitchen had a huge fridge and deepfreezer, 4 electric plates, oven, microwave, cooking pans, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing plate. So really everything. Plenty of cupboard spaces. The appartment was very hot since it was exposed full south and there was 30°C outside and more and the windows open only a hand width so airing at night didn't work very much but they had provided us with two very silent air fans, one for each bedroom so it was quite ok. Cold water fountain in the hall, very useful. Appartment door has a bell and a slit for mail so e real living place is you stay long. The appatrments had had life but they were very active on repairs. When we came in the decorative door of the dishwasher was a bit swollen by water and on the second day someone came to measure it to change it. Cleaning was perfect, no dust anywhere and I did check with a cleaning rag since I have allergies. You could have eaten on the floor. The surroundings are fantastic, near almost a kilometer long of shopping galleries, great views of waterways, three metro lines, two huge supermarkets, lots of food stalls, a beautiful little park. Utterly perfect if you want to go to the O2 but 40min from the Center too so great actually if you want to go anywhere in London.

Very small thing. There was absolutely nothing to stir the pots and I had to use one of the regular metal spoons which is not good for the pans. No decoration at all, it's really an empty space but then I suppose most people rent this appartment for long periods and so it meant to let you put your own deco in it.

Great location just few mins walk from the Uber boat dock into city.

Rooms were a bit chilly. Couldn't seem to get temperature up despite thermostats appearing to work! Staff were great though. Helpful throughout and on site car park was a bonus.

The apartment was spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. It was also clean and well-organized. It had everything I needed a washing machine, a dishwasher, and all the soaps and detergents for both. The shower was great, and they provided shower essential, and towels in different sizes, plus extra spare towels. There was also an iron, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking. I especially loved the coffee machine for my morning coffee. The place truly had everything and felt like home.

The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of air conditioning, especially during the summer when it gets extremely hot. They did provide a fan in the bedroom, which was helpful and appreciated, but unfortunately it wasn’t enough to cool the place down. Other than that, everything was perfect no complaints at all.

This was our third time staying at this hotel, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade, which made our stay even more special. A big thank you to Afzal, Sonali, and Yash for their warm hospitality and excellent service throughout our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to our needs. We would also like to give a special mention to Zeeshan, the manager, for going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His dedication and personal attention made us feel truly valued as returning guests. Highly recommended, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The only downside during our stay was that the bed sheets were only changed once a week, which we felt was not frequent enough for a hotel of this standard. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

Loved the apartment, very spacious and it also has a balcony. The restaurants in Canary Wharf are around 10 min. by foot, which was not bad at all. Good value for money, very friendly and helpful staff. It was really quiet during the night which is perfect if you're a light sleeper. The beds were also comfortable and the pillows not as soft as I've had in other accommodations - which is a big plus for me. All in all a great, comfortable en relaxing stay.

The metro is not very close, though I always use a Lime bike in London - and the nearest spot for those was an 8 min walk, which is okay but good to keep in mind. These are not things that would stop me from booking here again (because I definitely will), but just good to know.

Would have been nice to have a fan in the living room too

No wifi router to our room, we had to peg onto the next door's wifi which limited its availability

the room was pleasant and so were the staff the staff had supplied cotton sheets/bedding as I requested the colour ways were pleasant the broken bath plug was quickly resolved Access into Canary Wharf/ Liverpool Street stations by bus was regular and easy .

* the fold out bed was too high for me to access easily. I am short in height and senior in years. a step would have been helpful but preferably a lower bed *. I had understood that I was on the same floor as my relatives - this was not so but in the same block * it was not so quiet a location as the balcony opened out above the street and there wasn't any air conditioning.

We were lucky enough to get an upgrade when we checked in, which was such a pleasant suprise (thank you so much Marlin Canary Wharf) :) We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was very specious and had everything we needed for comfortable living. The person at the desk was so helpful and accommodating and instructions to get in were easy to understand. The place is situated in such a lovely area, walking distance to the bus stops and stations. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

There was a strange smell when we first got there, and the TV may need an update as the color wasn't great, but those are really just small things. Overall, the place wonderful.

Staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay and answered any questions I had promptly. Marlin allowed us to enter our accommodation 30 minutes early even though our check in time was not until 3pm which was very helpful for us as it allowed us more time to settle before heading out to a concert at the O2. Great distance away from the O2 arena as Canary Wharf tube station is only a 15 minute walk away from the property.

I would have preferred if there was more cooking equipment i.e a baking tray as there was a singular glass dish provided for cooking. We also struggled to figure out the air con within the apartment and on the first night the room was very warm which caused some discomfort when trying to sleep.
