Everything was great, except one thing - "the deposit" which I was informed about a day before my visit.... It is something You (as a host) mention about in Your page before people makes the reservation, or together with instructions that are sent - but not a day before staying... (!!!!!) It is really incorrect action

Great location just few mins walk from the Uber boat dock into city.

Rooms were a bit chilly. Couldn't seem to get temperature up despite thermostats appearing to work! Staff were great though. Helpful throughout and on site car park was a bonus.

This was our third time staying at this hotel, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade, which made our stay even more special. A big thank you to Afzal, Sonali, and Yash for their warm hospitality and excellent service throughout our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to our needs. We would also like to give a special mention to Zeeshan, the manager, for going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His dedication and personal attention made us feel truly valued as returning guests. Highly recommended, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The only downside during our stay was that the bed sheets were only changed once a week, which we felt was not frequent enough for a hotel of this standard. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

Would have been nice to have a fan in the living room too

No wifi router to our room, we had to peg onto the next door's wifi which limited its availability

the room was pleasant and so were the staff the staff had supplied cotton sheets/bedding as I requested the colour ways were pleasant the broken bath plug was quickly resolved Access into Canary Wharf/ Liverpool Street stations by bus was regular and easy .

* the fold out bed was too high for me to access easily. I am short in height and senior in years. a step would have been helpful but preferably a lower bed *. I had understood that I was on the same floor as my relatives - this was not so but in the same block * it was not so quiet a location as the balcony opened out above the street and there wasn't any air conditioning.

We were lucky enough to get an upgrade when we checked in, which was such a pleasant suprise (thank you so much Marlin Canary Wharf) :) We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was very specious and had everything we needed for comfortable living. The person at the desk was so helpful and accommodating and instructions to get in were easy to understand. The place is situated in such a lovely area, walking distance to the bus stops and stations. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

There was a strange smell when we first got there, and the TV may need an update as the color wasn't great, but those are really just small things. Overall, the place wonderful.

Staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay and answered any questions I had promptly. Marlin allowed us to enter our accommodation 30 minutes early even though our check in time was not until 3pm which was very helpful for us as it allowed us more time to settle before heading out to a concert at the O2. Great distance away from the O2 arena as Canary Wharf tube station is only a 15 minute walk away from the property.

I would have preferred if there was more cooking equipment i.e a baking tray as there was a singular glass dish provided for cooking. We also struggled to figure out the air con within the apartment and on the first night the room was very warm which caused some discomfort when trying to sleep.

It worked really well for 5 friends - I realised we could have asked for the beds to be turned into twins but after we arrived. Fantasically clean and enough towels for all - we loved having that space we could all gather and do our thing before heading to the restaurant

The only thing I would suggest for the person on the sofa bed (which was me) that was comfortable - but there is no mirror in the hall or living room I had to bend down and use the microwave as someone was in the bedrooms, and communal bathroom so I had no mirror to straighten my hair. Also we didn't bring a hairdryer as we thought there would be one but couldn't find one anywhere

Staff were lovely and very helpful. We paid for early check in when we arrived but then were unexpectedly given an upgrade which was very appreciated.

No negatives about the property. However, disappointing that DLR was out of action which apparently is quite common at the weekend it would seem. This put us on the backfoot as we were attending Abba Voyage and DLR from Canary Wharf would have taken us directly to Abba Voyage venue. We could still get there on jubilee line to Stratford but then had to make our way from Stratford to Pudding Lane which wasn't too far. Think its about 15 - 20 min walk. We jumped in a taxi but added expense that would not have been necessary had DLR been in operation. Lots around Canary Wharf if you want to shop and eat there. TIP - cut through and over bridge to apartment. Sat Nav took us the long way round!

rooms were clean and equipped with everything what you need for a week-long stay. complimentary coffee pills were nice, but then you will have to buy your own. room furniture and the facilities overall are all comfortable and modern. staff was super friendly; we were able to leave our luggage at the locker room both before check-in and after check-out to spend some time nearby before we depart to airport. they were also very helpful with handling our orders from Amazon.com.

we had to walk for about 13-15 min to the nearest tube station. Booking.com said it was close, that's not so close to me especially if you have to walk with your toddler every day to commute to other parts of the city.
