The property is in a good location, very easy to find, close to the Marine museum which was found by coincidence and was not in the plan, but definitely worth the visit. The room was clean, the bathrooms also. Although there were shared bathrooms, they were two for 3 or four rooms and there was always at least one free to use at all moments we were there so this was a pleasant experience. The person from the staff was very kind, answered immediately and was ready to help. In the shared kitchen there were only 1 fork and 1 tea spoon during the three days which was funny. We didn’t address the situation because we were coming back too late at night and I didn’t want to disturb. I texted that to the person via the chat after we left and he said that he will speak with the manager and indeed this situation could be because the other people had taken the rest in their rooms, I have no idea. And maybe if we have addressed the situation, they could have resolved the issue, so it’s not a big deal and serves to show you that the people were kind and responsive.

Well the stairs had a strange smell (which did not appear in the rooms) but this could be because of old pipes, building or whatever which is somewhat normal in the big cities.

Perfect location for my work, stunning view from balcony in communal lounge was a brilliant way to destress for the next day. Kitchen had everything you needed and was like being at home. Incredible price made it affordable. Will definitely use it again. Fan in the room to keep it cool, bed clean and very comfortable. Location fabulous for an explore in the evening with shops, places to eat, etc. perfect for work visit. Host was very prompt to meet and greet and welcoming.

I can’t really say there was anything. I couldn’t get many Chanel’s on the tv but that was not on my list of priorities!

The ease of getting into the property on day one was amazing. As I arrived I called the number and the gentleman came straight out to me and took the time to show me how to get in on my own and then showed me the room and the bathroom and kitchen facilities. He then showed me where to leave the keys on my last day and that if I needed anything during my stay just to call him. Amazing service.

Honestly everything was spot on. The TV in the room only had 2 or 3 channels that were some crazy repeat program channels but all I needed was something on in the background while working on laptop. If that is my only downside then I would say it's a 10 out of 10.

To call this a hotel is disingenous. It's definitely not a hotel, its a room in a shared flat which is owned by a hotel and that's not the same thing. But it's comfortable, convenient, has a great kitchen, and is good value for money considering it's in Central docklands.Also the view of the water is lovely and free tea and coffee. Works for someone who just wants a bed and isn't picky.

The nine pm check-in or you dont get access rule is ridiculous. I was called by the staff and made it with moments to spare, but if you want an evening checkin, avoid. Or just push the door and sleep on the couch as it's not often locked. Being that it's a flat, the walls are pretty thin. Earplugs while sleeping are a good idea.

It was easy to find and only 2 mins walk from the DLR station. Room and the rest of the apartment was clean and there was a lock on the door

I hadn't realised this was a room in a shared apartment but that wasn't a problem. I had to wait call a number of times and then wait to get access. I had to request, and wait for, a hair dryer. The shower head needs descaling

Bedroom is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The location is very good as it is near the train station, restaurants and shops. The welcoming staff (one person) is okay, but the manager is nice and kind as I texted him we have no towels in the room and he provided me right away.

It is beside a pub, so if you like a quiet and peaceful night, this isn't the place for you. It's shared kitchen and bathroom with other guests, but other than that you have a private room and a nice view.

Very spacious, great view on the water, two bathrooms, big living room where you can eat Big kitchen to be able to make food and store it in the fridge, a desk in the room

There’s a desk but no chair in the room There’s a pub just outside and as it was nice weather so there were a lot of people who made noise

Everything was great. Good kitchen, bathroom although shared, comfy bed, great location. The only thing that i dont like was the plain walls, you can hear everything whats going on next to your room, it was loud. And the pub outside the apartament, seemed like windows were open because of the noise, but they werent.

Everything about my stay was perfect honestly! The location (Canary Wharf / Isle Of Dogs) is why I came being one of my favourite areas in London, being a fantastic area on its own and close to everything. Everything about the hotel itself was superb; room was super clean, spacious and comfortable, had a balcony with a beautiful view of the canal, and there being a communal kitchen, washing machine, warm showers and such perfectly topped it off! Great place to stay if you're looking for something that feels just as much like and have the features of a normal home, as much as it is a hotel. Great price and value for the money, and would definitely consider coming back! Also appreciate the place being so flexible taking bookings on such short notice, considering I flawlessly made my booking only the night before check-in.

Perfect location for what i needed. Right by a dlr station with good connections onto jubilee line for o2 or to go back to central. Unique layout but definitely works had a nice balcony area as well over looking river and dock
