I stayed here for almost a week and found it to be a good place overall. The rooms are nicely sized, very clean, and though there’s no mobile signal inside, the Wi-Fi is reliable. The reception staff are helpful, and check-in took about five minutes. There’s no hair dryer, but they provide a few coat hangers, a full-length mirror at the entrance, and towel hooks. Shampoo and soap are also provided. The power outlets are standard UK sockets with at least four USB ports nearby, which was convenient. The room door locks with a magnetic card, though the bathroom door doesn’t have a lock. The room is well-lit, not claustrophobic, and has automatic air ventilation.

The staff were very helpful and although the room was quite small (as seen in the photos), it is very comfortable to stay in. The housekeeper found a ring after I checked out and customer care gave me a call as soon as I arrived at the airport. They sent an email with clear instructions on how I could get it back and were very helpful and easy to reach.

The only inevitable problem I experienced was the location. It took a bit less than an hour to get to central london (oxford street area ect…) However, I never had a problem with transport because there are night buses and train stations within walking distance.

We liked the hotell very much! The room was pretty and clean. It was quiet, and we didn’t hear noises from the hallway. The staff were all so nice/polite to us and very helpful! The airline lost or baggage, and when we needed help to reach out or just needed support, they helped us right away and where very supportive! And when we went home, they actually also reached out to tell us when our bagges arrived at the hotell even if we no longer were guests, we did appreciate that! We would like to say an extra thank you to Sathya who was extra helpful when we had an tough time with our baggage’s and where very stressed, he took his time with us, talked to us and helped us!

The sleep was good, very little to no noise or disturbance. Sound proof rooms and no window allow for a very peaceful sleep. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our rooms were initially far from each other, but after speaking to staff, they were able to help sort that out and get our rooms next to each other. The place seems to be quite peaceful .

There was a hair on the towel. Heating took a few mins before starting, but once started, it was fine and quick to heat up. At a point, the light switch stopped working, but I was able to get it back again after some time.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Sam and Sathya during my stay. From the moment I needed assistance with a room change, they handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. They not only ensured a seamless transition but went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and fully satisfied with my stay. Their attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made all the difference. It’s rare to come across such dedicated individuals who prioritize guest experience the way they do. Thanks to them, my stay was not only comfortable but also truly enjoyable. No tv in the room

During my recent stay at Zedwell Greenwich, I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's commitment to promoting restful sleep and well-being. The minimalist design of the rooms, free from unnecessary distractions, created a calming atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The Hypnos beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location is another standout feature. Situated just a short walk from the Cutty Sark DLR station, it offers convenient access to central London while allowing guests to enjoy the charm and tranquility of the Greenwich area. The staff at Zedwell Greenwich were attentive and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. Their helpful recommendations for dining and local attractions added a personal touch to my stay. Overall, Zedwell Greenwich provides a serene retreat amidst the bustling city, combining thoughtful design, comfort, and excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating stay in London.

The rooms are simply equipped, be prepared that the corridors and room's setting is a bit dark and without windows. None of us had reception except the reception area. Wifi works great. The staff was so kind and flexible. I had an interview after my check-in and they kindly let my parents to wait in their lobby for hours and everyone was so kind and helpful overall! The location is good, 8 min walk to Greenwich city centre, fast trains, tube stops are near by. There also supermarkets and plenty of restaurants near by. Would recommend, It is probably the cheapest place in central Greenwich. Thank you and all the best!

Great bijou stopover for show at the O2, on direct nightbus line to venue. Warm, comfortable, clean perfect for those basic needs. Despite size/ number of bedrooms undisturbed by other travellers. Just missing a little breakfast place nearby but 2 national chain supermarkets close by

There is no storage or chair in room, and the coat hooks virtually impossible to hang anything from, a glass/cup would have been welcomed. I worried about nighttime toilet trips with the unilluminated step down/up in the room....a little led strip would unobtrusively indicate that step in the darkness.

Very clean! Members of the staff kind and welcoming. The bed is very comfortable and I had a very good sleep. The position is well located in the center of Greenwich and the city centre is east to reach by train, ferry or by the DLR.

The rooms are very small, there is just the bed and no other surfaces where to put your personal objects, neither chairs nor a desk. The rooms are windowless and this can be a bit claustrophobic. They are very minimal and there isn't any hairdryer in the bathroom nor power outlets (just two bear the head of the bed). There is only one switch near the door to witch on and off the light and you need to go out of your bed if you need a light in the middle of the night. Those details were not so well explained in the room description

Very clean and lovely aroma, staff were very friendly and helpful. There are lovely sofas and books for guests to read in the main lobby and at night the doors are locked to enter the hotel (you just use your key card) and there is always a member of staff which made us feel very safe. The rooms are completely soundproof so you’ll sleep very well and of course the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. The location is great too, there is a bus stop very close to the hotel and also a lovely cafe nearby where you can get discount if you’re a zedwell guest. <3

It would be lovely if there was a water fountain for guests.
