From the moment we got to the hotel, the experience was amazing! we were 2 hours early, and i wasn't sure if the room would be ready, however, the concierge greeted us with a beaming smile and showed us to the reception desk, who proceeded to book us in and told us our room was ready. I have to give a shout out to Timinskaite in the restaurant, both mornings at breakfast she was exemplary! She memorized our order and was so friendly and extremely helpful. Have to say one of the best hotel experiences. Will definitely be returning to this amazing hotel.

No bad points. My experience at this hotel was really good.

We had a very late check in after attending a friends wedding nearby. The staff were really friendly and helpful, everything had been set up and ready for us. In the morning I asked for an extra coffee for the complimentary machine and room service delivered it promptly. Calling in advance the staff were really friendly and helpful on the phone. The room views were stunning and extractly as advertised. The room was spacious and well designed.

When we parked the Google maps directions took us to a residents carpark on the floor underneath the hotel parking. While this was their fault they could have made clear how to reach the guest carpark (to drive to the main door drop off point at ground level).

Location is good, right on the river Thames and quiet. Check in easy, cleaning of rooms good.

Found bar prices for spirits ridiculously high and unnecessary I feel. Well they say small things make the difference. We didn’t have tea and coffee facilities which seems strange for a five star London hotel. We asked for some , got told they would arrive, they didn’t. We asked for room service, tea and coffee, it didn’t arrive either. Man on reception said he would sort it straight away as we were going out. 10 hours later we arrived back, still nothing. Then after another call to reception manager one eventually arrived for a brew before we left our two day stay. Man at reception as we left was very apologetic and nice. The rooms are comfortable but we felt the bedrooms needed an upgrade.

The fact you had to request tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms !!! We didn't realise till we got back to the room late having rushed in and dropped the bag to go to the 02. So no tea and coffee for the morning when we woke . Also the green emergency light shon on the mirror keeping me awake, I had to turn off the air conditioning as it was noisy and that meant the room was warm so not the the best night really

I do apologise I didn’t not get his name but I hope you know who you are. You are all very helpful, pleasant, and caring. It makes a huge impact. No matter how wonderful the hotel is which it is but the it was the staff who can make the big difference and makes a big impression. Thank you very much. Simple gestures make a big difference. I want to thank everyone for all your care and support when my other half had a fall and hit his face on the side table. You are all amazing and I am so grateful for all your help and consideration from calling the ambulance to extending our check out time whilst my other half was in the hospital. The hotel is very beautiful, clean, and lovely. It’s very posh. The room is big for a standard room. Close to all amenities. We had a lovely stay and I will definitely highly recommend it. Location is fantastic if you are happy to take the tube or river boat in to the West End of London. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in canary wharf and we caught the river boat to Embankment - the stop is right outside the hotel - very convenient. The staff were very welcoming and friendly The hotel was warm with excellent facilities. Great views and comfy bed.

If you are driving it is a little difficult to actually get to the hotel unless you know where to go. A bit disappointed that there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

We had a stunning beautiful view of the Thames from our room with a lovely seat to watch the boats go by. The bed was one the most comfortable I have ever slept in hotel wise & the room was spacious. The spa facilities were also of excellent quality. There were a few choices of eating establishments very near by to choose from, I highly recommend Mala if you love Indian food.

I would of preferred tea & coffee making facilities to be in the room on arrival as you had to ask for these to be added through the reception, although at no extra cost. I have not encountered this before.

The staff were really friendly and helpful . I wanted a quiet hotel room with good air conditioning and a large bathroom and the hotel was excellent . It was a Saturday night but the room was very quiet and even on a hot weekend it stayed cool . It was very clean and very comfortable . The pool was a real bonus with a great view of London and the large hydrotherapy pool with all the jets was bliss . It was used in the James Bond film Skyfall ! It felt a relaxed place but with staff who cared and not too busy .

The staff, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, exceeding our expectations, my husband birthday, we had a complimentary upgrade to a riverside room, the view was absolutely stunning, the staff showered us with complimentary champagne & birthday cake. The treatments we had were exceptional and highly recommend this. The spa was wonderful, and the location was perfect short walk to bars & restaurants, uber boats right outside, definitely coming back for in the summer for our anniversary. It was the best stay.

Uniqe hotell experience, overall very positive. We liked how we were treated by hotell staff and that staff vas very helpfull and professional. Room was great.

-We ordered room for 3 (2+1) and in the standard was only one bed (weird) we needed to ask for exra one for our daughter 11yo. -Hotell is not really family or children friendly. You get info that You can use swimming pool with no restrictions...but when You're comming it cames out that children under 16 are not allowed to go inside besides 2h during the day and they ar not allowed to go into the warm water with bobbles. Further more from that 2h in the swimming pool half of it was not quite usefull because of the aqua aerobic group that was so loud that we couldn't stay the whole 2h inside. Not nice for that price. I recommend to create quite zones intead treating children like this. Our daugher had birthday that day and it was not what we were expecting.
