Location great. Short walk to Cutty Sark, Maritime Museum, river, market, shops, cafes, restaurants. Bright and airy. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Nice breakfast - worth the money if you consider how much you can eat and drink for the price compared to what you can get at local cafes.

Car parking is really difficult (and expensive) in Greenwich and although there is a car park under the hotel it can get full, then it's difficult to find anywhere else especially to stay overnight. We've been lucky on several occasions, but last weekend was a struggle. We got in eventually, but it was stressful. Car park at novotel costs £25 a day.

I've stayed here before and had a similar great experience. Last time I was on the road side of the hotel, this time the railway side, but on neither occasion was there any discernible noise. The room was very spacious and comfortable with all facilities in working order. The hotel is right next to the rail and DLR station and therefore couldn't be better located for getting around London. A 5-10 minutes walk takes you up into the town and the museums, so ideal really. I didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that.

The only downside was the moronically loud "music" in the bar area, which didn't really fit with the ambiance of the place. Apart from that very minor issue everything else was excellent.

Ideally located for travel options and Greenwich itself. Room was comfortable, well heated but with good ventilation, effectively two double beds for me and my teenage son, bathroom small but perfectly formed, with useful separate WC, massive TV screen, plenty of powerpoints, excellent wifi, plenty of tea/coffee/milk. Then a spacious restaurant for breakfast, which was never too crowded, and we also had dinner there one night.

Only relatively minor things. Could have done with more wardrobe space - nowhere really to put socks and pants. The cooked breakfast was good but some of the other options were a bit limited. It's difficult to please a large international clientele but there could be more cereals and more fresh bread available. The machines were not great - coffee was mediocre, the toaster took half the morning to lightly brown the slices...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Novotel Greenwich from December 27-29. As a solo traveller, I felt incredibly welcomed and comfortable throughout my visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with any needs. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I could ask for. I especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and the serene atmosphere, which made for a relaxing and restful stay. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and local attractions. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of options to start the day off right. Overall, my experience at Novotel Greenwich exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in the area. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

The hotel was nicely decorated, clean and offered an easy check in and bag storage for no extra charge upon checkout to enjoy our day. The gym was very basic dumbells up to 22kg, 1 bench, 2 kettle bells up to 12kg, cable machine up to 22kg included all straps needed, 1 treadmill, 1 rowing machine and 1 crosstrainer although there is a roomy sauna (didn't get to use it but looked nice) Breakfast had so many options and All the food was very tasty, seperate gluten free section also. We stayed as a base for our trip to the 02 , it was a 10 min uber away costing under £10 to get there and the hotel gave family friendly vibes, noticed a few family's were also doing the same stay and trip as us! Overall exceeded expectations would 100% stay again great value for money.

I didn't realise the trains were so close so when the window was open was a little loud but not enough to disturb sleep.

Loved everything about it. The restaurant is funky and has so much character. Staff is friendly. Location is perfect. Breakfast was fantastic. Gym facility was a great add on for us. The absolute bonus was that it is pet friendly as well so our fur baby wasn’t left out of our holiday. Bed was nice and firm with good quality pillows. Thanks for an awesome stay.

The drain in the bathroom/shower smelt a bit and when running the bath, there was zero water pressure so took very long just to get enough water in the bath.

Location adjacent to station.lovely staff. Good breakfast.

No washbasin in toilet. The big reduction in price for the same rooms after we had booked 2 rooms at a much higher price for 1 night & still had to pay the higher rate whereas prices usually increase nearer the date not decrease so found that very disappointing. First time ever in all the yrs I've booked through Booking.com that prices were showing £40 per room less than when originally booked. We also had to change from room we were allocated as maintenance were working in room & expected to be another 1 or 2hrs before completing the job & electric & water was turned off.

Location was great 2 stops to canary wharf. Breakfast was good and had lot of options for vegetarians too. Staff was nice and very helpful. Train station was just outside the hotel. Only problem we faced was due to the train connections were disrupted every now and then and took a bit longer to reach places as a tourist (15-20 mins) extra. However we had very good time.

Only the location of toilet was bit far from the shower section. Bathrooms and toilet were great just bit far apart. But ok for the hotel and just a bit inconvienent

Room was all good, perhaps a tad too small as it was chosen as a family (of four) room, but it is London, a big city and is pretty much to be expected. Breakfast (buffet) was very good and very compatible with nearby options and alternatives, both price wise and selection of choices. We only paid for adults, our 7 year old and 14 year old ate for free. Well placed hotel just 30metres from the train station. Couldn't be any closer. All in all it was good.

There is/was nothing that needs to be mentioned. Am pleased overall.
