The whole Days Inn process from booking online, being greeted at reception and settled in our lovely comfortable rooms was so smooth and could not have gone better. The lady at reception was so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble and this added to a very good stay experience. Discounted vouchers could be purchased at the reception desk to save 25% on Food at outlets at Roadchef and we made use of this very valuable additional facility. Our stay also included free parking in the big car park at the service area. We were given access via a special code to use the service road on Clacket Lane between the westbound and eastbound sides of the Roadchef service area and this saved us over 40 minutes on our journey to Hever castle!! We will definitely stay at the Roadchef again and will recommend it to our family and friends.
Everything was fine and just as we expected and there is nothing that we did not like about the property or our stay there.

Good facilities, good location in M25 services, with shops just opposite the hotel building. Fast EV chargers available on site, with excellent availability. Certainly much more affordable than many alternatives in the area.
Can get a little noisy if you sleep right opposite the entrance to the shops, which are open all night. It can be awkward to get around by car, because the services are on M25 westbound. To solve this, there is a private road that the guests have access to with a code. The hotel did provide me with a code by email, but I did not see the message. At the reception during check-in, I was not asked if I needed the code, in spite of registering my car number plate. Please consider making this more consistent with guests, thank you.

The property was situated in the perfect place for me to visit my relatives and was really clean and comfortable for us,
The one and only thing that I was really disappointed in was the two nights that we stayed there. I had a cold shower both nights and my son had a lukewarm bath on both those occasions as well which was really disappointing. The water in the sink from the bathroom was scolding hot but in the bath and the shower itself it just never got warm even after 20 minutes of running the water unfortunately it wasn’t the nicest experience.

It was clean, comfortable and staff I interacted with, really friendly.
The location. I was travelling East on the day of arrival and had to detour many miles to check in, before heading west again, to return eastwards and continue my journey to Dartford. I then headed back in after midnight. Everyone should take a leaf out of Cobham Services...reduces the footprint of the Services and provides a link to both directions. I also didn't like the levels of lighting in my room. When I die, I will have to take the dimness. For now, good lighting keeps me happy.

It was confidently located and was clean and quiet
It is very hard to find. Even though it is a very large building. The only sign and the building itself are hidden behind a row of trees. There is not other signage showing the location of the motel. Even though there is a convenient community sign that is utilized by all the other businesses in the same court yard. After dark you must get out of your car and walk around before you can locate the building. I found this to be very rude to customers who are looking for a business. The desk clerk stated many people mention this but noting has been done. Well I will not stay at this location again due to the lack of attention to this matter.

I found all three receptionists very efficient, polite and very helpful. The only thing I could not understand was that I had no mobile signal in the inn, but I didn’t have a signal in main servic area either so assume the fault is with the mobile telephone company.
Not much to complain about. I found the quilt a bit heavy. I wasn’t to impressed by the packets of milk, but I am just not picking now to make three sentences. Oh I found the tv monitor a bit hard to understand but I am eighty one . Oh well I made three sentences. This should have been blank but you wanted three sentences!

Loved it! Best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time! The room was the right temperature (don’t like it too warm) the window opened (most don’t & I like air in the room). We got lost, so I rang reception & the lovely lady who answered directed us (we were the wrong side) Parking was easy and there’s places to eat on site. Would definitely, definitely recommend staying here!
The lamp shades were broken (cracked/holes in them) but to be honest this is just superficial (they worked) so although they could be repaired/replaced this wouldn’t stop me staying here again. Like I said, best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time!

Stayed here for the night before an early flight from Gatwick. It’s a 20 minute drive to airport. Great price. Staff very welcoming. Location good, it’s a service area off the M25 so don’t expect too much. Has 24 hour McDonalds across from it. Room spacious and clean, shower was fantastic, tea and coffee facilities in room, extra pillows, black out curtains etc.
It wasn’t the property as such, the room smelled a bit damp. We also got stuck in the service area that morning as the M25 was closed! We eventually found a back way out and just made it for our flights. My advice would now be to check planned closures, although im not sure this actually was a planned closure

Nice comfy room, clean and tidy. Nothing flash, just a good place for a quick overnight stop. Clean bathroom and shower too - easy to get in/out and worked perfectly.
This place took a bit of finding when coming in from the Eastbound M25. You have to cross an overpass, which is fairly easy to find, but in the middle of the night it's easy to go right past the turning for the Westbound site and end up a long way up a narrow country road with limited places to turn when you finally realise your mistake - just an extra sign or two would go a long way.

Room good size. Bed comfortable. All clean and tidy.
Getting into the hotel was problem. The telephone number we rang for to get the code for the barrier did not put us through to the hotel. We had to leave a message. We then waited for a response for over an hour. We walked across to the hotel and spoke to the lady on reception. She said they have no way of getting the messages. So you need to update how we get a code for the barrier with out us having to phone numbers that are of no good. The lighting in the room was very poor plus the window did not let any light in as it was covered in greenery.
