Quiet room with comfortable bed & lovely garden view. They took special care to get my boiked egg just right at breakfast time, and good coffee, and they'd have been happy to do a full English breakfast if I'd wanted one. Lovely quiet location, just a short walk to shops and woodland/green space.

I was surprised to receive a message after booking saying that guests are expected to be out between 10am and 4pm during multiday stays. But the owners were kind and were happy to have me come and go freely once I'd spoken to them.

A lovely, big room with space to move around and a fantastic bathroom. There was a good area for seating to watch the TV (although I didn't end up doing either). The bed was two large singles joined to make a huge double and pretty comfortable to sleep on.

My only - very minor - criticism was that I wasn't offered cereal or a continental type breakfast and the only option seemed to be to have cooked. I did enjoy my scrambled eggs on toast with baked beans but I generally have a lighter breakfast from choice.

For the price, but I don't know what the going rate is in the area i thought it was a tad expensive. The bathroom had some tatty finishing with the flooring. Down quilt. Though would be appreciated by many but i thought it ill advised. For me it was too warm weather wise to use it and I am allergic to feathers. Alternative blankets were available in cupboard. Lack of accessible sockets . 1 twin socket with 2 USB Very late check in 4.30pm

We were made to feel very welcome by our friendly hosts, and it was very homely accommodation. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, especially the sausage! The location was in a pleasant residential area, nice and quiet, with access to various sources of food for our evening meals. We would certainly visit again, to continue our visits to Kent's numerous country houses.

There was rather a difference in size between my own room and my friend's, but this wasn't really a problem as we could sit comfortably together in the larger room in the evenings. My bathroom was not en suite but as I had sole use, that was no problem either.

We loved the Green Room in which we were staying. It was huge, as was the modern bathroom. We were amazed with the quality of both. Ann-Sofie and Richard are wonderful hosts.

Could not fault it. Location was interesting being three miles outside Sevenoaks, but it was a pleasure to stay there.

We were made to feel very welcome. The room was lovely, clean, and spacious. The bed was a little hard for my husband, but he slept well, I slept like a log . Breakfast was lovely, too. Would have no second thoughts on staying again or recommending.

I truly can't find anything to not like

The owners were very friendly and welcomed us warmly. Both our bedroom and en-suite bathroom were unexpectedly palatial and very clean and comfortable. The bed was advertised as an extra large double and it was substantial with a quality firm mattress that provided comfort to my partner who suffers with some back pain. Our vegetarian breakfasts were nicely prepared. The location was quiet and ideal for visiting a number of National Trust properties in the Sevenoaks and surrounding areas.

There was nothing we did not like.

It was an excellent location for my specific needs. The bedroom was private ,spacious and en-suite excellently equipped.The hosts friendly but not intrusive.
