Staff on reception were friendly and professional. Room was easy to find and a decent size. Bed was comfortable. Location was convenient. Only a short walk to DLR stations (Greenwich or Cutty Sark). Many good places to eat nearby.

Was told at reception that if I gave my email address I could then access the Wi-Fi, but the email I received was just about signing up to be a member of the hotel chain and seemingly nothing to do with Wi-Fi, so I didn't end up using it. No USB sockets in room. No A/C in room. Bathroom furnishings could do with touch-ups in places (were a bit worn down). TV was a bit difficult to use and wasn't updated with correct time or TV guide.

Breakfast was incredible + I liked the small-scale aspect of the hotel

Inflexible check-in and check-out times

The ease of access with the tube lines and the fact it was literally on the door of the marathon.

I was put in a wheelchair access room although I do not use a wheelchair. I booked this room back in June 2024 with a stay for end of April 2025 so was shocked not to be given the room I should have had. There was also a mistake as they initially said I hadn’t paid for breakfast when I did. I also added an extra night on at the end of my 2 nights but this seemed to add confusion and I had to get my room key re activated even though I stated this when I first checked in.

Hotel location good - close to shops, train and ferry. Comfortable room with effective air conditioning system that maintained a pleasant night-time temperature. Every member of staff we met was very friendly and helpful. Good Pan-Asian restaurant next door

Our 'credit card'-sized room key was very intermittent and tricky to use, however all the staff who tried for us had no problems! We should have asked for a replacement. Breakfasts (optional) were provided by the restaurant next door - felt that the selection was disappointingly 'ordinary' and expensive. On a future visit we would use nearby bakeries, which were amazing!

The room was quite small but warm and comfortable and the bathroom was clean with towels and soap provided. The location is very convenient for the shops and attractions of Greenwich - Greenwich Observatory, The Cutty Sark, the Maritime Museum and Greenwich Market. The TfL river boat pier is a short walk (5-10 minutes) from the hotel as is the DLR station. There are lovely walks in both directions along the Thames Path.

The access cards to the room kept failing and we had to return to reception each time we returned to the room. Reception staff were able to reset them. The lighting in the bathroom wasn’t bright enough.

Great location with good transport links. Perfect for exploring London or even an overnight stay if you are going to a concert at the O2. Helpful, professional and cheerful staff team. Comfy room. A little bonus was that I managed to connect my phone to the TV on this visit when I couldn't last time (yay!).

The mattress could perhaps do with being a bit thicker. I think it is perhaps a futon mattress and much firmer on a bed than I prefer (that's only my preference and other folks might not mind so much). I think the TV possibly needs resetting to get the time and channel guide to show any information. Could get channels but it was a mystery tour of what it might be until clicked on. Good fun guessing though 😉

Great location, 5 min walk from Greenwich station. We stayed here as we attended a concert at the o2, easy to get taxi/uber, roughly £14 to the o2 and then £28 back to the hotel following the event. Room was small but just what you need as a base for exploring. Bed was very comfy, room had tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, coat hangers etc. Good sized TV with lots of channels. Breakfast was nice at the banana tree restaurant downstairs, choice of Continental or a fry up. Staff were very friendly and around to help if needed. A small selection of drinks are available to purchase from check in if you need them.

The bathroom could have been cleaner however apart from that it was a very pleasant stay!

Excellent value for money, staff were incredibly polite and friendly, Cleanliness standard very very good. Wi-Fi was OK. Location is outstanding: DLR (Metro), Buses, Wetherspoons, Tesco and a chip shop all within easy walking distance; these are my essentials when on holiday. Will definitely come here next time I need to stay in London and don't need to be near a specific venue.

Could have done with a 'no breakfast' option for solo travellers; I had it (and adjusted my eating habits while I was here around a big breakfast) 'cos I'd paid for it, but prefer to leave early and buy something from Tescos on the way. Don't get me wrong, the food was very good, but I'd have liked to have paid £13 or so less per day for the stay and *chosen* where I ate and what I had.

the check in was very easy, the room was spacious, beds were comfortable and greenwich is a nice place to see aswell ! It’s also very close to a DLR metro station.

We got a way different bathroom then on the photos, it was more of a disabled bathroom. There were also only 3 outlets in the room on very inconvenient places, and there was a light switch on the bed behind the pillow which caused the lights to get turned on in the middle of the night because the pillow was against it.

The reception team were lovely, very welcoming. Room was small but just what we needed for the two of us. Happy with pod style bathroom in the room, keeping the wet room completely separate. Very comfortable beds! Late checkout available till 5pm, we stayed till 3p.. there was plenty of parking spaces available when we stayed. £25 for 24 hours was excellent.

Connecting smart devices to the room's TV was difficult on Android, impossible on Apple. The lighting could have been a little better in the room but the bathroom lighting was good.
