Stayed from Monday to Friday and the reception staff who checked me in were absolutely brilliant to my disability and requirement throughout the week. Loved the air conditioned room, breakfast and the bed slept like a log there. Had fantastic company in the bar beer reasonably priced considering my location. Thanks to all the staff who would get me a cup of tea in the morning You were all great and hopefully I will see you all agaim

Lack of a drawer in the room for smalls etc and cleaners should leave more then 2 tea bags for guests. Breakfast on friday was very busy/chaotic, 1 hot water machine available and cold fruit not replenished.

The beds were comfortable. The room were clean. The staff were super helpful, kind and professional. Its only a 20min walk to the O2 stadium which was great.

The sheets didn't tuck into the back of the bed. The shower drain was turning green. Smelt a but musty. The disabled chair hinges looked painted over rust underneath. The bin liners were not big enough to fit the bin in the bedroom and split, I had to ask for a better bin liner to which the staff did supply. The breakfast wasn't great and not a lot to choose from. However, it was included with booking. Not a great choice or enough of tea and coffee I don't drink these so it would have been nice to have a hot chocolate.

Breakfast was excellent as it was stated as Free..... , breakfast staff very happy/helpful Location was perfect for the O2, Buses very easy to use. whole experience was great.

we went to catch a bite to to eat in the evening (approx 7.30) bar was empty and the server asked us 'if we wouldn't prefer chinese restaurant downstairs', we said no, we had been out all day and wanted to stay in the hotel. The quality of the food she prepared us was average to say the least... garlic bread barely cooked, haloumi sticks dry and luke warm, Pizza, just ok. It felt like she didn't want to have to do it. Such a shame as the rest of the stay was amazing.

The service was excellent – the staff were helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond. The breakfast was generous and very tasty. While the room wasn’t super luxurious, it was extremely comfortable, well-equipped, and surprisingly large for London standards. We had our towels and sheets changed promptly after accidentally spilling coffee, which we really appreciated. One of the staff even gave us great tips for places to visit. After checking out, we were allowed to store our luggage so we could enjoy the city a bit more before our flight – a great final touch!

Perhaps the only downside was the location – it's not right next to a Tube station, but there's one about 20 minutes away near the O2 Arena.

Modern, clean with amazing views of the 02 especially at night. Staff all friendly and helpful. We stayed with our pet dog Loki who had the time of his life. If considering staying with your dog i would highly recommend. Plenty of space outside to walk your dog with plenty of bins. It’s a nice walk into Greenwich Center along the river which is easily accessible from the hotel. Very dog friendly. My daughter and her friend attended the 02 for a concert and day time shopping, both of which are an easy 10minute walk from hotel. Breakfast was included and had everything you could need or want, all fresh and well prepared. We had an amazing time and will definitely book again in future.

Good location, about a twenty minute walk to the O2, not quite as close as it looks from the photos. Air Con was not working during our stay (during a heat wave) - BUT Hotel did pre-warn us and provided a fan, and the windows did open. Check in was very efficient and the bar is well stocked and reasonably priced for London. My only negative was breakfast, which is quite low quality and not well stocked - no jam in the dispensers for example - but this seems the norm for Holiday Inn Express - Still would definitely recommend

The staff were amazing, all of them and the lady who checked us in was really lovely, I was very impressed. The beds were very comfortable and I noticed there was a fan and heater available in the room which was great. My only comments would be the lighting in the bathroom was poor, the milk sachets were off and the windows could do with a jolly good clean. It would have been nice to have a fridge/mini bar. Overall I would say the stay was excellent and the staff really made our stay special (the breakfast was great too). I would definitely stay here again, so thank you.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing – incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience feel really welcoming from start to finish. The bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. One of the biggest highlights was the location – it was perfect for visiting the arena, just a short walk away, which was really convenient.

The window was really dirty, which took away from the overall feel of the room. One of the lifts wasn’t working, which meant longer waits and some inconvenience, especially at busy times. For the price paid, I expected a higher standard – I understand that rates often increase during big events, but the quality didn’t quite match the cost.

Friendly, welcoming staff and all areas were clean. I thought it was great value for money as it's a short walk to the O2! (Photo shows view of O2 from the hotel) It's easy to access the rest of London by rail or tube. We didn't use any other public transport. I stayed in a family room and needed the sofa bed made up, this did make it tight for space. This is stated before booking so wasn't an issue. If used as a sofa, there would be ample space.

There was a fair selection for breakfast but I can't say I really enjoyed either the two breakfasts I had during my stay.

THE BREAKFAST IS ALWAYS GOOD IT WAS EXTREMELY BUSY DURING OUR STAY DUE TO BIG EVENT AT THE O2 AND TORVILLE AND DEAN'S TOUR, FOOTBALL AT WEMBLY AND IT BEING EASTER SCHOOL HOLIDAYS SO I THOUGHT THE STAFF DID BETTER THAN WELL UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES AND PRESSURE, AND WERE STILL SMILING AND MORE THAN HAPPY TO HELP WITH EVERYONES REQUESTS, AND WELL DONE TOO TO THE CHEF IN THE KITCHEN WHO NO-ONE COULD SEE BUT DID VERY WELL KEEPING UP WITH EVERTHING

INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE COMING IN LATE AND VERY NOISY PROBABLY DUE TO ALCOHOL, BUT THAT WASNT THE HOTELS FAULT JUST BAD MANNERED AND INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE STAYING
