Spotless and well equipped.

Had no information provided about accessing the property. Arrived at night, on my own with no way to access the room. Found the message from the property which had a contact number and was told to WhatsApp the manager with a photo ID. All of this was possible and I then got the key codes but they need to make this clear to guests in advance. What if I didn’t have photo ID with me? Stressful start to the stay as a consequence but everything else was great. Quite noisy at night but this was during a heat wave and the room was very hot so had to have the windows open.

We booked this to stay after a show at The O2 thinking it was close. It is not, it is 20 mins from nearest station and is it not possible to walk to O2. A problem was it was very hot and unless you sleep with the sliding patio door open there is no ventilation.

The location was good because it was walking distance to Canary Wharf which was a station before North Greenwich (ultimate destination was the O2 arena for a concert). I picked this accommodation because the price was reasonable, and it was close to the O2. Prior to the date of stay, I contacted the host via Whatsapp. When I got there, I contacted the host and sent him a photo ID, which he then sent me the door codes to enter. The location is about 10-15mins walk from the Canary Wharf (depending on how fast or slow you walk). The concert I attended ended at 22:20pm, and I was back at the accommodation by 23:00. The room, toilet, bathroom and kitchen area was very clean. Host was contactable by call or text messaging.

We were greeted with a smile and shown the simple process of code access to a compact yet suitably equipped studio room with kitchenette and ensuite shower. It's in an excellent location and was at a very reasonable price!

Like all properties of this type (inc. hotel rooms), the entrance/room doors are (as legally required) fire doors and fitted with door closers that ensure the door is completely closed. However, like in many cases, it's the thoughtless (possibly selfish) visitors that allow the door to slam shut - esp. late at night/early in the morning! This is NOT a property issue - it's the inconsiderate visitors!!

I like to have an apartment so it is like home from home & it was. I was met by a very lovely lady who showed me to my room & how to use the door codes etc. The room was very spacious with hob, washing machine, large fridge, microwave, large table top & comfortable bed. Also a big TV & patio. The shower was nice ( was given towels), everything was clean & wasn't far from where i parked my car or to get to the tube or buses i needed.

I had everything i needed, although i did notice there wasn't much choice in crockery/glasses or cutlery, 2 of each which was fine for me as my partner couldn't come. The only thing that was a bit annoying was hearing my neighbours walking above me at 6.30am & i had earplugs in but i had a great stay!

Very clean, arrived slightly early but wasn't a problem, friendly host. The microwave, cutlery, cups and dishes made it feel a bit more homely than a standard hotel room. Complimentary tea and coffee. Shower was lovely. Price was more than 50% cheaper than the grotty looking IBIS 100yds away.

The people above were either very heavy footed early in the morning or the walls are thin. Also you could hear outside noise a lot even with the window shut. Nothing ear plugs couldn't sort though. Genuinely the only negative I have to say, but remedied easy enough.

With the studio being only a 13 minute walk from the tube station its location was great!! The construction outside the property was loud at night but that’s not at the fault of Centra Wharf. The room was a great size for two people and it was very clean. There was free coffee and tea with a mini fridge, toaster and kettle. The bed was clean and comfortable, no sockets by the bed was okay for one night but for a longer stay it may be inconvenient. The tv had great channels and I was able to watch I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here with ease. The bathroom was immaculate, a lovely shower with warm water and very clean upon arrival. Overall a great short stay location! :)

The main light to the studio room did keep flickering throughout our stay and there was an odd sound we could hear at some points in the night. Only one pillow per person on the bed wasn’t the best for me but that is personal preference. I was also a little unsure of the safety of the room as it was only reliant on the electric keypad lock, there was no working latch/ lock from the inside which would have added that extra secure feeling.

I stayed here with my friend for a night as we went to attend a concert. The studio is in a great location, close to some bus stops and about a 10 minute walk to a train station and about 15 minutes to a shopping centre. The host met us to give us the keys, she was very lovely and incredibly helpful. As for the room, I'm not someone who puts importance on if its new or modern or fancy, just as long as the bed is comfortbale and it was, and also clean. We had a kitchen with everything needed, and the bathroom was clean - shower was a good. We also had a small garden which had a beautiful view of the buildings and bright lights. For parking, you can park infront of the property to avoid fines when parking on the street nearby.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. I brought along the wrong charging plug and they were quick to help out.. Very clean and tidy. Daily services / towels changed on request. Walking distance to Canary Wharf and public transport facilities. Little convenience store close by, for basic needs. Appliances and modern kitchen made meal prep easy. Comfortable 4 day stay with all my needs met.

If anything, I could have done with another cooking pot or baking dish. Though it isn't essential if you are not eating in often! Lobby is a little cramped.

Perfect location for an event at the o2 and easy connections to the various tubes via DLR. Apartment had everything you needed for a stay, lovely large shower and little touches in the kitchenette area. Clean and tidy too and the lady who welcomed us was more than helpful. Easy entry via key codes for main door and each room

Little more compact that may be obvious in the photos but perfect for a night or too. Our bed was a little creaky just getting in and out of but everything was there that was needed for a stay.
