Nice hotel which was pretty convenient to the O2 via the cable cars. Although it should be noted that the cable cars were not running when the evening event in the O2 was over and we had to get the tube back which was fine. The room was nice with actual brick walls between the rooms instead of the typical cardboard walls which you can hear everything through. The breakfast was also superb with pretty much everything you could want on offer. It was also nice to have a pool which is quite rare for London hotels and our kids loved it. It's also very close to the Excel too and as an added bonus there is a Tesco right next door for picking up water etc.

The window in our room didn't seal properly and you could hear noise from outside but as it was a quiet area it wasn't too much of an issue. Also there seemed to be an issue with condensation in the room and the window always appeared to be wet on the inside.

The staff treat you like royalty from the minute you walk in. nothing is too much trouble for them. They are so lovely and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean with a gorgeous view across the waterfront, especially at night when it’s all lit up. We were able to check in early which was perfect as we had a music event to be at for 2pm - and we were given a room upgrade and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco as it was my birthday, I was so grateful for this! These extra touches were so appreciated. I wish I’d caught the lady’s name on reception but hopefully she will get to see this message and know that she made our stay extra special with memories that will last a lifetime. We were so sad when we had to leave and we can’t wait to come back! Thankyou all so much for your attention to detail and your kindness xxx

Location was 2 minutes from DLR Victoria giving ready access to London City (use city mapper app, brilliant). Good food, ate in restaurant first night. I would stay here again as long as I wasn't driving.

Gym is tiny, no decent free weights. Car parking is very limited on site and the spaces are narrow. I had to climb through the passenger window to get the car out of the space on our last day, not ideal with a bad back, especially as 4 nights parking cost £100. Id stay in the docklands area again, but if I was driving again I'd find somewhere better for parking.

This is a great hotel in a wonderful location just a 2 minute walk from DLR Royal Victoria station and right in the heart of London Docklands. The standard room we had was excellent, a very comfortable bed, a small fridge and plenty of wardrobe space. The staff were all incredibly friendly, from the lovely welcome at reception (special mention to Kalyani), to the excellent staff at breakfast and all of the cleaning staff. Breakfast was 1st class, lots of choice, well cooked hot foods and everything was kept topped up despite it being incredibly busy. Docklands was an eye opener, lots to see and do with a number of great places to get food either eat in or takeaway. The hotel is located close to the London Cable Car and I would thoroughly recommend a trip on this as the sun sets, the views of The City are spectacular, if you don't fancy the cable car ride there is a great bridge over the dock, right next to the Excel Centre, with equally good views. We definitely hope to return.

It would be good if the hotel had fans available for guests and the lifts might be more efficient but these are the tiniest of things by comparison with the excellent overall stay.

From when we checked in to when we left everything was amazing,the staff all friendly and helpful.On arrival we were given a room update overlooking the docklands,the man whose name I couldn't remember where is was so excited was the kindest friendliest mam,unfortunately I never saw him again to thank him,It literally made our stay! Pool was lovely as well as jacuzzi.The breakfast was perfect a good range of all sorts,and all hot and fresh.Also we had been out for a walk and it was quite a hot day,there's always a ice cold fresh lemon water station at by the lifts that tasted so refreshing.The beds are amazing the best sleep I've had in a while and the view was literally breath taking.Perefect location for the 02.

Outstanding support from the Duty Managers, who ensured our stay went well. We'd booked 3 rooms but booking.com had only informed the hotel of one room booking. I was on the phone to booking.com's customer service for almost half an hour and not really getting anywhere. The Duty Manager was so supportive throughout all this and, when the customer service from booking.com was being less than helpful by not providing any details about who in the hotel they were contacting to inform them that I did, in fact, book 3 rooms, it was the Duty Manager at the hotel who took the lead and said we would resolve it amongst ourselves because she could see we weren't getting anywhere with booking.com. I wish I'd got her name but I was so stressed because this was a last minute booking for one night only due to an issue with the hotel we were staying at the previous few nights (swimming pool out of service and I promised my nephew a swimming pool so needed to find somewhere with a pool!). The Duty Manager the following day was also incredibly accommodating and helpful in arranging a late check-out. The staff we met throughout the hotel were great and the facilities (namely, the pool, sauna and steam room) were enjoyed by all those in our group who wanted to use them. Very comfortable beds. Can't complain! A huge heartfelt thanks to the two Duty Managers we encountered - things could've been very different, had it not been for the two of you.

Minor but there was no support in getting our luggage taken up to our rooms. With two infants with us, and prams as well as luggage to carry, someone on hand to support with even the pram, if nothing else, would have been very helpful.

I am not sure what to say, The hotel exceeded my expectations even more than I hoped. I previously stayed at this hotel back in 2023 and they were so helpful and gave me a rememberable experience. After I left a very positive review it seems they remembered me too and gave me an even better experience than last time, after making my booking for a regular room with two beds they gave us an amazing complimentary upgrade to an executive suite for the 3 nights we stayed, with no extra cost to our original booking! I couldn't say how shocked I was even knowing the hotel staff and service are great and kind this was on another level for me and my family! We also got to try more food than we had before and their dining menus are so unique I I got to try squid for the first time ever and it was so delicious honestly for anyone that hasn't tried squid this is the dish I would recommend. The room service is great too I had the chance to speak with one of the maids and they are so kind and they also left our rooms spotless, and the front desk receptionists are also very helpful one the kind ladies we saw on the day we registered in helped hold on to our luggage and also tried to help us save some flowers that we brought along, going above and beyond with their service I couldn't recommend this place more!

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy, and reasonable sized rooms. Great selection of breakfast options with additional orders that could be made in the kitchen. Nice swimming pool and jacuzzi area (see below, shame it was very busy) An area of London that I haven't previously explored much. Very convenient opposite the IFS Cloud cable car. And close to a few different tube options.

Sunday morning the (not very large) pool was being used for swimming lessons and children were also taking up space in the jacuzzi (despite clear signs that it was for adults only). Although I appreciate the need for pools to be used for activities, to optimise use, it was unfortunate that having paid more for a hotel with these facilities (& with weekend hotel rates being higher, and the hotel at high occupancy) that the pool area was overrun with loud children at a time that the pool seemed likely to be in use by hotel guests.

Everything was a high standard here. The restaurant was exceptional! We could not have been happier with our menu choices and the attentive service of all staff in the restaurant and throughout the hotel. We were blown away by the customer service. We were given a complementary late check out which made such a nice change to paying extra for everything. Honestly been a long time customer of Premier Inn and I will now be moving loyalty to Crowne Plaza. It was a joy to stay here and the icing on the cake was the lovely service from Kalyani and Guthinder (did I get the name right?) they really made this feel like a leisure experience and not a chore. Wonderful experience. Thank you.

The pool needed something. Not sure what, but it felt a bit tired. Then again, it was free so who cares really.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza London Docklands, and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience. If you're looking for a place in London that combines comfort, great amenities, and truly remarkable service, the Crowne Plaza Docklands is it. I will be returning.
