The room itself was lovely and good to have tea and coffee facilities in the room and milk in a fridge outside. The bed was comfortable; everything was clean. Only fifteen minutes walk from Greenwich and ten from Maze Hill station. Really good value for money

I hadn't been clear there was no possibility of breakfast when I booked, though in the event there was a great cafe (The Trafalgar) down the road. The rooms are over a pub though and the music is very loud -- the noise stopped about 12.20 on a Friday night and then there was clattering of cleaning up. The pub lights went off about 12.45 and it wasn't particularly noisy for a London main road after that.

The room was really comfortable and spacious, we had a great sleep. The bathroom was generously stocked with toiletries and teas, coffees and cold water in the hallway. The location is fantastic, right around the corner from Maze Hill and multiple bus routes. Great value for money for such a nice and well connected area. We unfortunately didn't have time to visit the pub to take advantage of the discounted food and drinks, but hopefully we can return in future and try the pizza!

Both the room and bathroom were spacious and immaculately clean however our shower appeared to have a bit of a drainage issue, so you had to be quick!

The staff on arrival were excellent. Friendly and happy to help. The food and drink in the pub itself was fantastic value for money and Gluten free options too which was superb. Can recommend their pizzas. Also the beer we had was very well kept and tasty too. Being shown to our room by a very helpful staff member was a pleasure. The room was perfect for a nights stay (or longer if we could) and was cosy and welcoming. The bathroom was very clean as was the whole room itself too be fair. Good selection of hot drinks available and a fridge at the end of the corridor with cold water in was a great idea. The bed was very cosy and I will honestly say I had one of the best nights sleep in a long time especially away from home. Thank you to everyone at The Crown

Only 2 issues we had but found out too late to catch anybody to say about are: WiFi wouldn’t work in the room TV didn’t work - no channels and was asking for WiFi which again didn’t work Not a big issue for one night but something you may need to look at.

Lovely friendly staff ,room was quiet We booked as we were going to see Kylie at The O2. It was a 10 minute bus ride from North Greenwich tube station to The Crown Rooms .Once freshened up we had a delicious pizza at the pub and a few drinks .The bus stop for The O2 is literally across the road and every 10 minutes and the fare was just £1:75. Once the concert was finished we literally were straight on the bus back . When we are back at the O2 we would definitely stay again .The bathroom was very nice and clean 👌

The bed was a little hard and although the decor is very nice the room felt a little dark.

Property was a perfect location when visiting the o2. There is a bus stop outside that pretty much takes you door to door and brings you home again. The rooms are huge, comfy beds and very clean. Rooms have tea & coffee facilities.

We arrived earlier than check in and had expected to be able to able to grab food and drinks in the bar below but they don’t open until after check in time. There is a few nice pubs near to Greenwich pier which is about a 10/15 minute walk. Also would have loved a full length mirror for getting ready. Would 100% stay again, just not arrive 2 hours early!!!

The staff were brilliant very helpful and informative The room was nice great shower and the towels were amazing. Sadly it was a very hot day and if was quite stuffy as a small room. We were given a small fan as the previous guests had stolen a large one The bed was very comfortable although we slept on top of the quilt due to the heat. Location great as we were going to the O2 arena Tea coffee and a jar of sweets nice touch

Window didn’t let light in as the blind didn’t go up A larger room would have been better only because if was so uncomfortable with the heat

Friendly staff, clean room, fresh linen, newly decorated l. Stayed in room.3 which was huge with large beautiful windows on two sides. 10% discount in the bar on food and drink. Ten minutes from the 02 and very tasty little cafe 0.2 miles down the street. Will definitely book this hotel again.

The bed was comfortable and warm. We liked the decor and feel of the room. We had a friendly welcome and felt at ease and safe. The bathroom was nice and a good shower. Everything worked. We liked being able to get water and milk when we needed it without fuss. We liked being able to come and go easily as we pleased.

The lighting was a bit dim, it could have done with another chair and somewhere to hang up clothes. It would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room.

Loved our stay in the crown rooms last night , staff was amazing and welcoming , our room was so lovely and clean it was room 3 it was a family room . Our sleep was lovely and peaceful beautiful bed and bed linen , our shower was nice and hot with temple spa products and big fluffy towels . Location was good to the 02 arena. 30 minute walk . 10 mins in a uber . And 2 local buses to the 02 arena . Just need some more lighting in the room and a full Length mirror and more hangers space for clothes . Would be defo back for any future shows at the 02 arena

the guys running this place are absolutely adorable and kind, they really helped us feel at home. I recommend the hotel if you're planning to go to the o2 (10-ish minutes by bus). the room has a lot of space and natural light so it feels cozy. the bar downstairs has amazing food and beer and one of the bartenders is extremely good-looking (always a plus), but seriously couldn't be more happy after staying there especially because of the kind and very helpful staff!

since the hotel is located next to the main street it can be a bit rowdy sometimes, nothing too bad tho
