Great location. Large rooms. Comfy bed. Nice shower room and toilet. All clean and tidy.I Good service from staff. This is the third time that we've used this hotel when staying in London. We particularly liked the location as it's a few steps from Aldgate station. We also caught the buses, which ran from the stop opposite. Ideal for walking from hotel to the Tower area, Spitalfields, etc.

Our only minor criticism was that we booked a double room. We arrived early before check-in time, and to accommodate us, they gave us a room early that turned out to be a twin bed room, not a double room.. but everything else was great.

Great Hotel in the Heart of London We had a wonderful stay at this hotel right in the center of London. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was modern, very clean, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the little touches like fresh water and a handwritten welcome note. Despite the central location, it was pleasantly quiet, and the bed was so comfortable—we slept really well. The breakfast was fine, but the selection could have been a bit bigger. The quality was good, but a few more options would have made it perfect. The location is unbeatable, with many sights and restaurants within easy walking distance. Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel with excellent service, and we felt completely at home. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely stunning from the moment you walk in, staff are so friendly and got the door for us, it’s right next door to Aldgate station, everything is immaculately clean, all the little touches you look for like slippers and robes were included, beautiful set up and selection of teas in the room, I cannot recommend this hotel enough, it was utter perfection for my birthday, would recommend to anyone. The view was breath taking. We ordered room service and they was prompt and the food was so fresh and tasty. every detail in the rooms just feel so classy and expensive, it has that perfect mix of modern and clean, but also timeless and elegant. The bathroom was the nicest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. For the price I was astounded at the quality. We was on the 13th floor and although the rooftop bar is just one floor up you couldn’t hear a thing in our room. Thank you so much hotel saint :)

Nothing, it was utter perfection

Perfect location for exploring! Lots of cool places within walking distance and so easy to get to other parts of the city. We couldn't have wished for a better starting point. The room was nice and clean with good A/C, great bathroom with good water pressure and everything you need (except for toilet brush, which was a bit annoying). There's water, a kettle, tea, coffee and biscuits. We had a la carte breakfast in the restaurant and that was great. Staff was extremely friendly.

The linen felt a little plasticy/unbreathable, which was a little uncomfortable. The first couple of nights there was something wrong with the TV, so we only had 4 channels and one was in Italian. Thankfully that was fixed and we could watch all of our favorite, British shows after a long day of sightseeing.

Nice location, clean room, food nice.

Added breakfast on for £20 (£40) for both nights. Called reception and cancelled breakfast for the second day the evening prior and was told this would be removed from my room. When checking out asked for an invoice and was told it would be emailed to me. Not sure why i couldn't have been given a paper invoice. Called then emailed a few times for invoice and when it arrived I had been charged for both days breakfast. No response to my emails asking for this to be removed. Reception team aren't the most friendly.

Our recent stay was nothing short of exceptional, and that’s largely thanks to the incredible care and warmth shown by Hea at reception. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcome, by taking the time to ensure every aspect of our visit was comfortable and seamless. Her kindness and friendly yet professionalism demeanour truly set the tone for our entire stay. The hotel itself was lovely and ideally located, just moments away from the train station, making travel and daily commutes incredibly convenient! But it’s people like Hea who make all the difference, by turning a lovely stay into a truly memorable one. We will definitely be returning! ☺️

The housekeeping was unfortunately below the standard we expected. Some areas were overlooked, and the daily cleaning felt rushed, lacking a lot of thoroughness. A bit more care and attention to detail in this area would really elevate the overall experience.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring both Spitalfield, Brick Lane as well as the Tower and is in walking distance to many great places. Even though it was at a busy street, it was absolutely quiet in the room, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were big enough for also putting your suitcases. Staff was friendly and helpful, we could store our luggage there upon arrival and departure. The metro stop (Aldgate) is right next door, which is very useful.

Check-In took a bit longer and when we arrived to our room, a fire alarm went off but when we asked a staff member what is going on, she was just saying to ignore it, and it stopped 5 seconds later. That was a bit weird to be honest.

The location was good for our group…away from the very tourist spots but still had enough amenities to work. The tube station at Aldgate was right beside the hotel so very convenient access to transportation.

I had booked for our group well in advance (6 months) and requested the three rooms to be together as we shared converters, etc…while travelling. I was disappointed to find that we had to ask for rooms together and this made the reception staff place us on a lower floor with a view of the back alley. I thought this could have been organized better and with some recognition of the money spent. Three rooms times three nights is a LOT of money and we expected better service for that.

We requested if we could have an upperlevel room as it was our Anniversary. We weren't sure, but when we arrived, not only we had a upper level but a Congratulations note and a box of chocolates. That was so sweet. Thank you to the Reception staff. The room was lovely and quiet. We were disappointed with housekeeping because we had to ask for 2 towels every day. We were only getting 1 towel. And they clean between 12pm - 4pm. We were tired and came back just after 4pm and our rooms weren't done. So unfortunately, as much as we wanted to rest, we again had to leave the room. Every time we were having a shower the drainage was blocked so was flowing very slowly. Complained to the Reception staff and they were very apologetic (it wasn't their fault) but instantly sent someone to look at it and all good. Great service. Location is great. Come out of the station and on your right. Right next to the station. As much as it's close to the station and road, it was very quiet. Bus stop is just opposite to the hotel and takes you into town. Tower of London, markets, yoy can just walk to. We would love to come back again.

Cleaning time was between 12pm - 4pm When we had dinner at the restaurant our waiter was too busy talking to young female that service we got was appalling.

Everything you need was in the room: iron, ironing board, refrigerator, speaker, phone charger. The breakfast was versatile, the service very pleasant.

Don't forget to bring a UK-EU plug transition, the hotel does not have them to borrow.
