The style of the building, inside and out. The warm welcome at reception and the friendliness of the staff through out the whole of our stay. The room was bigger than expected and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Rooftop bar was really nice and had a great view and staff very friendly and welcoming. Loved everything about this hotel and have already recommended it. It is our intention to stay here again next year.

Two things I didn’t like was the mini fridge was warm couldn’t change it to cold. And the premium king room the second curtains behind first wasn’t able to move side to side to see the amazing view had to hold it.

Great property, great staff - did their very best to make my stay pleasant and accommodate all my need and go above and beyond.. The location is fairly decent close to the tower. The rooms are well appointed and the entire property is lovely. It's not the cheapest but good for what you are paying.

Mostly my fault but check the cancellation policy. It's based on local time. I missed my cut off to cancel, which is quite a bit earlier than your check in stay and the property wouldn't waive the cancellation fee. They did offer a room upgrade on my next stay though. Again my fault and understand their position but some flexibility would have been cool.

Breakfast was good. Location was great - a short walk to The Tower and across the street from the subway. The gentleman who greeted everyone at breakfast was very friendly and nice. Beds were comfortable and hotel was clean. Very nice gym. Staff was great. Lots of pubs and cafes in the neighborhood.

Breakfast could have used more variety. The eggs, bacon, etc were very good but we missed having some sort of oatmeal available. It was also the same selection every day. Dinner seemed to be just pizza. We would have eaten dinner in the hotel, but pizza was not a popular choice for some people in our group.

I don't really like doing this, because every time I give a hotel a very good rating, the next year they raise the prices. In fact, this time it was already quite a bit more expensive than last year on the same dates. But the truth is that it is a wonderful Hotel. I'm not going to list all the good things about the hotel, it's full of good reviews repeating the same things. Choose any positive one and it will be the right one. Just one more thing. This is not the first time I have gone to a hotel with my brother and made it very clear that we want two separate beds. This is the first time they actually separate the beds. Pleasantly surprised.

We where 5 nights and it was very good. Hotel is really nice, modern and clean. Breakfast very good, room "Room with king size bed" was really nice, clean and cozy. Every day we have got new towels and cleaning service was really good. Near the hotel is underground station so it was easy with transport. In general it was lovely stay at London and we can recommend Hotel.

- One thing what i need to say is breakfast. If you have included breakfast i expect to everything to be included. If you see videos with avocado on toast with eggs, that you need to pay extra and i think that is not right. But in general breakfast was good with good choices. - In room what we had "Room with king size bed" you can't open the window even a little. I missed some fresh air.

The location was perfect for us, very near Tower bridge and Tower of London, half hour walk to Saint Pauls Cathedral and all sightseeing was in easy reach via tube which was a two min walk away. The room was lovely, modern, stylish, had a coffee machine, good quality coffee, dressing gowns, slippers, socks, snacks, toiletries. The bed was extremely comfy. The bathroom was nice with lovely toiletries, the shower was very good. Lovely new fluffy white bath sheets. We were very lucky as we were selected to be guest of the day and had a free room upgrade. Breakfast was fantastic, great selection of English breakfast and continental, and omelettes to order. Great selection of cold and hot drinks, well worth the price. The staff at the Canopy are fantastic, polite, friendly, and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble, even when the manager had to sort out the outside heating for us. All staff speak to you and make you feel welcome. The hotel is very well maintained and spotless. We will definitely stay here again.

I didn't like the fact that we couldn't open any windows and the room was a little warm for us. I had trouble using the temperature controller.

The hotel smelt amazing as we walked into reception. Great location - out the way of the really busy areas and right next to a tube station and coops near by. Staff were friendly. It was an amazing touch to get our room upgraded and decorated for my boyfriend’s birthday by Devika. Really appreciated that. 11am checkout was good. The rooftop bar was beautiful and had great views.

Not sure when the £50 room deposit paid at check in gets paid back into my account. Still waiting for it to come back. Apart from that all was great.
