The style of the building, inside and out. The warm welcome at reception and the friendliness of the staff through out the whole of our stay. The room was bigger than expected and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Rooftop bar was really nice and had a great view and staff very friendly and welcoming. Loved everything about this hotel and have already recommended it. It is our intention to stay here again next year.

The location was good, a short walk from Tower Hill tube station and Aldgate tube station. Our main focus however was to the West and so it was a longer journey on the tube than we would have liked. The hotel was very clean and tidy. Staff were nice and relatively attentive. We left our bags prior to check-in time and also after we'd checked out. This was easy and seemed secure. We got a free upgrade due to being the "Guests of the Day". This was appreciated as it was our wedding anniversary. Bed was huge and very comfortable. AC was appreciated in the hot UK weather. Shower was powerful and hot!

We paid quite a lot for the room for 1 night. The room (despite an upgrade) seemed quite small. It did not have carpet; the floors are laminate/wood and in our opinion, made the room feel cold and noisy. We didn't love the industrial/open ceiling design; this is solely our preference however. We did not book breakfast as was quite pricey.

Great property and location. Pet friendly which is a huge bonus Vegan options were average but good Rooms were very clean The dog package consists of pet bowl, bed and snacks which was a nice touch and everyone loved my dog

There was a noticeable lack of communication among the staff, something I often experience in hotels. Whether it involved housekeeping understanding green initiatives or the front desk and restaurant teams comprehending policies. At this dog-friendly property, 6 out of 8 staff members were unaware of the breakfast protocol for guests with dogs. We were seated in what we assumed was the dog-friendly area, only to be confronted and embarrassed by the restaurant manager in front of other guests. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable for a hotel, especially a Hilton.

Two things I didn’t like was the mini fridge was warm couldn’t change it to cold. And the premium king room the second curtains behind first wasn’t able to move side to side to see the amazing view had to hold it.

Superb hotel. We received a free upgrade when we arrived and the room was 10/10. The bed was huge and so comfortable. We went to the bar for dinner and drinks. Amazing food and reasonably priced for central London. The shower was fantastic, the only thing I didn’t like was the conditioner. Breakfast was divine, so much choice and really tasty. The location was literally 3 min walk from Tower of London and tower bridge. We have never stayed this central before but really loved it. Can’t wait to stay again.

The only qualm I have was the conditioner and that’s all I can complain about. I will bring my own next time. :)

Great property, great staff - did their very best to make my stay pleasant and accommodate all my need and go above and beyond.. The location is fairly decent close to the tower. The rooms are well appointed and the entire property is lovely. It's not the cheapest but good for what you are paying.

Mostly my fault but check the cancellation policy. It's based on local time. I missed my cut off to cancel, which is quite a bit earlier than your check in stay and the property wouldn't waive the cancellation fee. They did offer a room upgrade on my next stay though. Again my fault and understand their position but some flexibility would have been cool.

Booked for a special occasion (mum's birthday) and the staff made sure to help make my mum feel extra special - which was hugely appreciated! The beds was SO comfy, and the rooms were perfectly quiet. Air con was also quiet and worked a treat for a midsummer stay. Would definiteyl stay again.

My only feedback would be that the air con light is very bright - and actually lights up the room (which would otherwise be perfectly dark thanks to the black-out blinds). I'd have liked little covers on these to block them out (I didn't have anything available to block them myself).

Good location, nice rooms, probably great for a business stay and affordable for London. Lovely view of London from the hotel window.

We arrived at 3pm to check in to be told they were running late. They asked us to wait and they will store our luggage. I refused and said it shouldn’t be longer than 15 minutes so we will wait with our bags. They told us they had upgraded our room and that we were a “guest of the day” so would receive a gift. The room was the same that I had booked, and the gift was some socks and popcorn. Luckily we didn’t have to wait long for our room to be ready, however I don’t know if this would have been the case for everyone. We also had a knock at the door dead on 11am upon check out day to start cleaning, I have never experienced this and felt it was wrong, especially considering the late check in that we had no control over. This could have been handled better in my opinion.

Breakfast was good. Location was great - a short walk to The Tower and across the street from the subway. The gentleman who greeted everyone at breakfast was very friendly and nice. Beds were comfortable and hotel was clean. Very nice gym. Staff was great. Lots of pubs and cafes in the neighborhood.

Breakfast could have used more variety. The eggs, bacon, etc were very good but we missed having some sort of oatmeal available. It was also the same selection every day. Dinner seemed to be just pizza. We would have eaten dinner in the hotel, but pizza was not a popular choice for some people in our group.

I don't really like doing this, because every time I give a hotel a very good rating, the next year they raise the prices. In fact, this time it was already quite a bit more expensive than last year on the same dates. But the truth is that it is a wonderful Hotel. I'm not going to list all the good things about the hotel, it's full of good reviews repeating the same things. Choose any positive one and it will be the right one. Just one more thing. This is not the first time I have gone to a hotel with my brother and made it very clear that we want two separate beds. This is the first time they actually separate the beds. Pleasantly surprised.

A bit more expensive than last year on the same dates.
