Staff were excellent and very helpful. I encountered the same personnel on different days throughout my stay and they remained friendly and professional. The location is great, just a short 5 minute walk to Tower Bridge and Tower Hamlets tube, only 10-15 to Aldgate and Whitechapel. The apartment was very large and clean with excellent kitchen facilities and a good size shower in the bathroom. Luggage storage on my last day was a great plus and free of charge. Bedding fresh and clean.

The mattress was too hard for my comfort level and the pillows too soft, but that is a personal preference and may be isolated to the apartment I stayed in.

Location was awesome, right near Tower Bridge and Tower of London, one of our windows overlooked train tracks but we didn't hear anything! The unit was really nice, we had a microwave, fridge, cooktop and an oven. The bathroom was small but well equipped. Security was great, they were always present at the building doors, which made us extra comfortable.

There were two of us staying here, but we only received one bath towel. The knives set in the kitchen were extremely dirty, like they had food baked onto them. I also wish we could've had housekeeping to spruce the place up while we were out, but we didn't mind too much.

Great location for me. Really well equipped and comfortable room, generally exceeding expectations. I am booked to stay again and will recommend as long as prices do not increase

Just some minor grumbles, The TV in the bedroom area wasn't connected to any services which was frustraing There is no plug near the mirror or mirror near a plug making hair drying very difficult! I think this is maybe a new property, but the reception staff definitely need some customer service training. Check in was chaotic as was the state of the reception desk

Great location and an easy walk to train stations and other main sights. We're glad we weren't influenced by the other negative reviews on Google. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had good in-room amenities. There's a washer dryer in the room without detergent provided, but we easily got some from the nearby Tesco.

Housekeeping threw away a water bottle of mine that I've had for my travels. It was inexpensive but meant something to me.

Modern, clean and spacious room in a very centric location.

The building is next to the train rails, so I won't recommend if you're a light sleeper (trains start at 5AM).

The staff was not friendly that much when we arrived at the hotel.

It was is a great location with spectacular views. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. The underground was close too. The whole experience surpassed my expectations.

For stored luggage you were given a post it note to put your name on your luggage with. It would make the client feel better if you had sticky labels instead as the post it notes fell off and there were a mix of them on the floor. The coffee counter or bar , was closed for work being done but I’m sure that will also be great when it’s finished.

Short walk to DLR and underground station (Tower Hill) Security is high. Have to go through locked doors and staffs. New building Spacious room with kitchenette

Reception staffs can smile a bit to make customers feel more welcoming when walking through the door. Security staffs are friendly however, so they make up for that. Can do with another hour of work at the desk in the room before having to check out of the room at 10am. No other place downstairs in reception to do that.

Property is in a great location (super close to the Tower and Underground and is good value for money. Very clean and had everything we needed, including well equipped kitchenette and washing machine.

Couldn’t log into our streaming services, but we weren’t all that bothered. Not in London for the tv!

We loved the modern style and the location was perfect to visit the city! It’s 5 mins walk from the London Bridge and Tower of London!

Nothing in particular, everything worked great! The only thing is that I asked to check out at 10.30am instead of 10am because we had an appointment nearby at 11am and they wanted to charge us 25£ for the extra hour. I absolutely understand that there are rules but a little bit of flexibility sometimes is nice.
