Everything was brilliant! The service and the apartment were perfect. Logistically, the location was also awesome. The only thing I would like to highlight, especially for female travellers: the entry to the studios is located in a small passage, which is totally fine during the day. However, at night time it attracted a few shady people .

There was almost everything that we needed. Communication through Whatsapp was quite smooth and responses were quick. I was in love with small details here. Loved the polaroid camera! Coffee, tea and cookie were also very thoughtful. Also, I was very nervous about the train noise before staying, but it wasn’t really an issue for me. It was quite acceptable level of noise.

Location was not ideal. And as it is not a traditional hotel, there’s no reception area for rest. Luggage room seemed available but didn’t use it because it was just a room without any locker. Felt unsafe to use the luggage room. I was pretty satisfied with the facilities here in general, but when I stayed the elevator was out of order for half of the stay.

The place is SPOTLESS clean and has absolutely everything you need and more. It is aesthetic, practical and cosy. Location was great for me to go to the Gherkin (<15' by foot) and I also enjoyed having a Tesco express and dining options nearby. Wifi was super fast and easy to use. I warmly recommend the place!

Don't forget to fill in the check in form to be able to get in! I didn't know I couldn't check in early. Not suitable if you're a light sleeper since it is very close to the train tracks.

• The accommodation itself is excellent — beautifully designed, very comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. • The size of the room is generous, especially for London standards. • Everything you might need is available in the room, making the stay easy and self-sufficient. • Surprisingly quiet and calm, which made for a restful experience. • Access to laundry facilities was a nice bonus. • The team communicated frequently and efficiently through WhatsApp — they were responsive and seemed genuinely focused on ensuring a good stay. • The location near Tower Hill is very practical and makes it easy to explore both East and Central London. • The self check-in system works well overall — all access is via door codes, which adds flexibility and independence.

• The immediate neighborhood is a bit lackluster and not particularly lively or charming. • The entrance to the building is located down a small alley, which at night felt a bit unsafe — I encountered people using drugs near the entrance on more than one occasion, which was uncomfortable. • While the self check-in system is convenient, the door codes are long and the room door lock was very sensitive — it often took several attempts to get in, which could be stressful, especially late at night.

The location is great, the room was clean and spacious, and the check-in and check-out process went smoothly. Although I had to talk with the customer service to change my check-in time from 4 to 3 pm, as it is mentioned here but I didn't have the option to select as intended check-in time. They provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, like a washing machine, an iron with a stand, etc. The Tower Bridge and a few other attractions are within walking distance. I will definitely stay in Bob's other locations.

The customer service is a chatbot that provided me with incorrect information. Although I clearly asked what I needed. Later, it was corrected by the human customer service representative. So, I would say, if you have an important question that is not simple to answer, confirm it twice. Another small issue was the soundproofness of the room. I could hear faint voices of people talking either from the hallway or from their rooms. Also, you can hear the train passing by occasionally. But the noise was so low that it didn't bother me during sleep. They also provide earplugs if you need them.

On the positive side, I can mention the location of the accommodation — it was close to various metro stations and different shops. The apartment itself was clean, the mattress was comfortable, and the room had the basic necessary utensils and personal hygiene items (soap, shampoo, towels, conditioner, shower gel). It was also easy to enter the apartment — a digital key was sent via the app.

As for the downsides: the room was very small. We stayed for 12 days, and choosing such a small space was a mistake on our part — but that’s on us. The apartment did match the description. A few times we had issues using the laundry room because other guests left their clothes in the washer and dryer and didn’t collect them — their items just stayed there. During our 12-day stay, there was only one full free cleaning, and for the price we paid, I think cleaning could’ve been done a bit more often. Another major downside that really affected our experience was the fact that in the evenings, right outside the building entrance (which is located in a back alley), there was a drug addict injecting heroin — that was horrible.

The studio was fantastic, really comfortable with lots of little extras. It is very welcoming. The door code works well. It was in a good central location in London. The bed was comfortable, and every convenience that you would want is there. Very good having a kitchen available. Highly recommended.

However, as a solo female traveller I wouldn't stay here again. Getting into the building is down a lane-way which had people in it on 2-3 occasions. Including people standing right near me while I am putting my code in. For some travellers they wouldn't worry, but I am more safety concise and don't think this is the best set up for me. But it is a really nice place.

It was perfect! We loved every moment of our stay. The location is great, we were able to save lots of money by walking instead of travelling by public transport. The apartment is small, but for a couple it was enough, and has literally everything one might need including socket adapters and reusable water bottles. The staff is online 24/7 ready to help you anytime. We spent amazing 9 days here, and we’ll definitely stay here again during our next trips to London.

The location of the studios is great, close to the trains and tube. Some of the reviews say the area seems a bit sketchy, but I felt safe there, even the passage is well-lit, there are no dangerous people or anything like that. In the studio there was all the equipment we needed, even some little extra things that we didn't expect (nice coffee and tea, UK charger, joga mats, reusable bottles we could borrow). I really like that they source some of the furniture from local second-hand markets. Bed was super comfortable, the host company is communicative, they even sorted our special request quickly. The whole room was very clean. The kitchen also has a pans and a small pot, cutlery, plates. Big plus for bathroom underfloor heating (super nice in the cold days) and air-conditioning.

As there are trains nearby, we could hear them at night and in the morning, sometimes we could feel the ground vibrating (our room was the closest to the railway). The rooms are also on the smaller side, storage space could be larger.

The hotel room is very close to Tower Bridge and Liverpool Street, it's not in the most crowded streets of London - not that many people there. On the other side it is next to the railway and some people could be disturbed by the sounds of train - there are free earplugs included though! We didn't even need them! Bob was amazing! I didn't finish the id verification before checking into the hotel and started to panic when I found out I didn't have any code to open the door to the hotel. Bob helped me out immediately (at 9:40 pm). The room is very cozy, very clean, on a smaller side but we managed to work it out quite easily, especially since all we really needed to do was sleep and use bathroom there. Equipped with everything you could need, except for maybe an iron. There's also a surprise of Polaroid camera with films all for free to use and enjoy your stay even more 😊 Definitely would recommend.
