The location of the hotel is excellent. super close to two stations with service of 4 tube lines made it very easy to travel around and get anywhere. It is also close to couple of very good restaurants and a lovely market. The hotel itself is very nice decorated and the stuff was helpful and friendly. the room was spacious, the bad was confy. we had enough room to open both suitcases. Shower was great with lot's of hot water. they gave us two bottles of water complementary each day and there was a small fridge, a kettle, coffee and tea and even milk. Perfect for starting the day. We didn't had breakfast in the hotel but it seems very good.

The hotel's location is ideal: the neighbourhood is very nice and quiet, Aldgate East (stop for the District) tube is just a few metres away. Tower Bridge, Horizon 22, Sky Garden and other attractions are within walking distance. There are also mini-markets and tasty pubs nearby. We had an Executive room, which was very well-designed, quiet, warm and clean (with daily housekeeping), and with a very spacious shower. The excellent breakfast is definitely one of the many advantages of this hotel: rich, varied and fresh. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, ready to meet any need.

The only negative point was the lack of an extractor fan in the bathroom.

1. Location was perfect! Walking distance to Algate and Algate East stations with quick trips to various tourist attractions. Only 15 minute walk to the Tower of London. 2. So close to the Brick Lane, Curry Mile of London, with a plethora of authentic Indian restaurants to try. Plenty of popular Chinese restaurants and a surprise restaurant, Babel Grill House, a great Lebanese restaurant. 3. Right next to Whitechapel and easily join a Jack the Ripper tour. 4. Absolutely love the bed and the room is really quiet. Got some really good rest in this hotel. 5. Breakfast is pretty good with a wide variety of choices. Works well if you're staying for 3-4 days. 6. Courteous hotel front desk staff. Aameenah was particularly great, she helped us sort out our reservation issues. Absolutely appreciated her help!

The hotel is very well situated, near to the subway and in a good area, we felt safe around it. The staff is very kind and helpful, the rooms and the bathrooms have a very good size.

There is a very heavy duvet on the beds and I asked for lighter blanket options but there wasnt any and it was not comfortable to sleep, we felt too hot, even with the air conditioning on. Besides that, there are no sheets on the beads, just the linens covering the mattress and then the very heavy duvet straight in contact to the body. I also found that the bathroom could be lighter, as there is no windows it is a little bit dark to do the make up. And its not possible to open any window in the room, so its always full closed.

Room was comfortable. Bed had lovely comfortable mattress. Ensuite was clean and there were adequate supplies. There was water provided in the fridge and there were tea/coffee making facilities along with biscuits provided. Breakfast was good with plenty of selection. Location good as beside the underground.

The sausages were not very nice! It would have been good if there had been pancakes. There is no facility for a taxi to park in front of the hotel so this can be a difficulty if trying to travel by taxi and arranging a pickup spot without missing each other. Otherwise there was nothing else that I did not like about this hotel!

Breakfast was good. Room was big enough. The staff was kind and helpful. Location is rather in the business area but the subway is super close so any point of the city can be reached quickly.

I asked a simple question before arrival via booking.com message option but never got a reply. The question was whether we need to bring a UK to EU adapter socket or the rooms are equipped with usb sockets.... Turned out the rooms are equipped with USB so no adapter needed for charging stuff. It could be even mentioned in the facilities list... never mind, small thing but could have saved buying the adapter.

The hotel is located very conveniently directly next to Aldgate East tubestation. Quick ride from the airport as well as walking distance to Tower Bridge and/or Spitalfields Market. Hotel staff (reception hosts, cleaning staff, breakfast hosts etc) was very competent and welcoming!

My room seemed a tad bit dilapidated. I was a bit afraid that the rainforest showerhead itself could fall off and some furniture in my room had visible damage. May as well be that these things will be updated quickly anyway but it did catch my eye at my stay. The room looked as advertised though and cleaning service was good every day.

The Japanese decor, the location, the comfortable bed even though it was a smaller bed then we thought was very comfy. The room although small was very well laid out. Amazing shower.

The reception men were a little short in temperament. Didn't feel as welcoming as we arrived. Kind of rolled their eyes, no explanation as to where things were or what the hotel had to offer. Was just given the key card and bye. Didn't even say where to find the room or point is in the direction of the elevator. We were the only ones checking in a little bit of eye contact and hospitality would have been nice.

Hotel was clean and modern , in a good location , room was comfortable and bathroom was very nice.good selection at breakfast

Very busy at breakfast , the room appeared to be not big enough , bit of a bun fight really. Although it's not the fault of the hotel we were awoken on 2 nights at 1am by a group of American women shouting and laughing in the corridor both nights we had to point out to them people were trying to sleep , we were looked at as though they had stepped in something . Maybe signs in the corridors asking people to be quiet may help but I doubt it , ( people)

Everything was great ! we had a deluxe family room and it was quite spacious, very comfy, with a nice and functional bathroom. The beds were really comfortable and everything was very clean. The self check-in/out is working well and quite efficient. The staff is nice and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast with good quality and diversity of choice. Finally, the location of the hotel was perfect near the Tube station, on 2 convenient lines to go anywhere in London. We will definitely consider it again when coming back to London.

maybe more storage solutions and the set-up of the lighting should be more flexible to allow to individually turn on/off each lamp.
