Great location near Liverpool Street. Booked a room in a shared flat but never met my flatmates! Was basic and a little tired, but comfortable and clean and, for the price, made an ideal base for a one night stay in London. Bathroom was clean and well fitted with toiletries, loadsa hot water and the towels were excellent. Good WiFi and fan which was well needed in the heat. Excellent security and Jan, the host who met me and let me in, was very helpful.

Room faced out onto Middlesex Road which was very noisey, even with the window shut. Also was so hot at night but that was more to do with the heatwave than the room! Big grouch was that their credit card machine doesn’t work (and hasn’t for a long time judging by earlier comments) which means you have to run around to find cash to pay! Not sure if this is more to a way not to declare their income to Mr Taxman but that’s their business! 😂.

Great location, just a few minutes to the subway station, and then only 10 minutes by subway to the city center. There are plenty of food places and shops around, and it’s only a 20-minute walk to Tower Bridge. We were two girls staying here, but we felt 100% safe! The kitchen was well-equipped, there was a hairdryer in the room, and the bed was very comfortable. All the doors are operated by codes, which I think is a great solution. I would definitely stay here again!

The squeaky floor and bathroom door always woke me up when our neighbors went to the bathroom.

Very clean rooms and enough toiletries. Cooker and kettle available Great Location having close access to everything needed. Train station, restaurants, business and offices are all within trekking distance.

Locating the hotel was very difficult. There is no signboard. Hotel is hidden. Checkout time is 11.00am and no place to drop luggage if you have to go to work on that day. I had a nasty experience trying to keep my luggage and attend my business.

The room is situated in a house which has been divided up into secure bedrooms. Sharing a well furnished bathroom. Being a house the major advantage it has a fitted kitchen with all the advantages this gives. Prepare meal to eat in or prepare food to eat out. No shortage of places to acquire food in the area. It was a quiet well lighted residential area.

Being the doors are opened by a keypad, numbers punched in. I would imagine any person with hand movement problems could find this challenging. But otherwise, the owner is very patient in showing a person how to operate the keypads. Also allowing a person to clearly demonstrate they can do it. Providing all the relevant door opening instructions, in my case on a WhatsApp. I did feel it would be more suitable for a male person than a female person. This was based on the fact there was already another male there, less awkward leaving a door open, privacy etc. Also being very quiet at night has it disadvantages for a woman.

The location of the guestrooms is perfectly located in the Central Business District. Rob was my host; his interpersonal relationships with clients are exceptional - very friendly, helpful, and he answered all the questions I had. Rob gave me a thorough orientation of the room, doors, and codes. Whenever I'm in the London area again, I will definitely book myself in with you. Also, I highly recommend people stay in city rooms.

There was nothing I did not like.

Jon was really good at communicating to meet up and explain everything and share the door codes Apartment had everything I needed and WiFi was fine for me to do an online presentation for work. Location is good - lots of places for food and coffee (as you'd expect!) and easy travel from the major train stations.

Nicer selection of tea and coffee please! More than one bin so I can recycle stuff. Maybe the waste is separated afterwards, but I think most guests are capable of using two bins.

- The owner was communicative. - The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry machines. - Great location. - The room has been carefully maintained. - The room was very big with windows and direct sunlight

- The walls were a bit thin. I could hear other people coming back - The flat itself is a bit old. But for this price, I won't expect much I was a bit scared by the street and the strict late check in and cash deposit at the beginning, but it turned out it was totally fine.

Excellent location! 5 minutes from London Liverpool Street or Spitalfields Market.  But the address is confusing - it's Middlesex Street, not Wentworth Street. Very friendly and helpful host. There is everything you need for a short stay (in the room and apartment in general). Basic, but enough. Yes, there is a shared bathroom (3 rooms) but considering location and a really good price - that's ok.  Everything looks quite worn and old, that's a fact, but everything works anyway, was clean and tidy. But in general, if you are tight on a budget and need a good location - it's perfect.

I needed to pay by cash because "the card machines are not working currently". It's been like that for quite a long time (read reviews please), and it's a little annoying - I don't use cash at all, I needed to look for ATM on my very busy day only because of that special request.

Lovely helpful lady, Diana, greeted me and settled me in. Basic room but comfortable bed and all I needed to enjoy my break. Great location, so central, just what I wanted. Felt completely free to come and go and do whatever I wanted. Other guests very considerate. No loud music, shouting, hogging the bathroom etc. Would definitely love to stay again. Really good value for money.

Hot water could be a little unpredictable, mostly in the sink. Shower generally fine. Furniture in room a little bit worse for wear but such good value for money you don't expect everything to be perfect and immaculate.

I liked the view from the apartment building I stayed at. It was located in a quiet area which is what I wanted and matched my expectations

Perhaps give options of other apartments properties they have so customers can see the area of where they could be staying and more pictures of the apartments and views outside. Other than that it was a lovely place to stay and would definitely recommend it if you want a quiet time alone
