The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is nestled between nature, waking up to the chirping of birds was beautiful. The Spa/ indoor pool was relaxing. Loved the soft piano music, playing through the speakers (pity it wasn't a person playing the piano in the evening) Food was delish and 4*. Our room was comfy as advertised, shower was great and plenty of hot water.

The noise in our bedroom( Bluebell) coming through a sealed door, sounded like some type of mechanical unit. Not unbearable but annoying. In fairness, we could have asked to be relocated to another room, as it was only for one night, we stayed. As we booked a Spa treatment, we were never offered any gowns or slippers, as advertised.We were told these would be in our lockers, they were empty. I fortunately found a staff member who gave me a gown, but no slippers. My fiancé only got towels. Spa staff need to offer the towels and gowns, when you sign in to use the facilities.

I felt indulged the whole time! The staff, the care, the attention to detail, the food, the building, the Pavilion (where we had our meetings) were all definite plusses. My room was lovely—and a great touch was the coffee machine; no nasty instant stuff here! It was good to have so much storage space and such a lovely shower. I had left my washkit at home; this was no matter as shampoo, etc., was supplied, and within a few minutes of ordering a toothbrush and toothpaste via the hotel's online app, the lovely concierge delivered them to my room. The grounds were pretty. I eat gluten-free, and that was cheerfully accommodated.

My room was only just warm enough. Unseasonably cold air was coming in through a window that didn't quite fit. (The blind needs replacing, as I couldn't move it, and there is a tear in it.) I was in the Dahlia room. Many hotels now supply mini-fridges. (Just saying—I didn't need one this time.) The bar/less formal dining room was a bit cool, too, but that aside, it was a nice place for a relaxing drink and a less formal supper. The gluten-free bread was uninteresting and dry but okay - and the rest of the delicious food made up for it.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at Rowhill Grange Hotel & Utopia Spa. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay truly special. The spa was perfect for relaxation, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. A big thank you for their excellent service – we accidentally left an item behind, and they quickly arranged for its return. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway! We’ll definitely be back!

Atmosphere was good. Staff on reception and in Elements were good. Room Upgrade was nice and very much appreciated. Facilities were very good and very seasonally decorated.

No tissues in the room and unusual not to have a phone. Luckily I had an Android phone so could scan the QR code for assistance but my husband hasn't so would have been problematical for him. No thermostat in room to boost or reduce temperature.

Certain parts of the room was not as clean as we expected I don't understand I'm not allowed to use cash No way to check your balance or atm machine the machine air conditioner air conditioning or No fridge or any facilities like that start No phone for room Service I did feel a vibe of racism Just a little bit worried about the safety of worried about the safety of my partner with so many people me people with no female Guests

We had a lovely stay and were very impressed with the staff and the food. The spa and gym facilities were great too. I would definitely recommend this as a spa getaway

Our shower was extremely powerful and so powerful that the water didn’t drain quick enough which meant that water was overflowing out of the shower tray! We were in Foxglove room

The hotel staff were lovely. The spa staff - some were amazing but some were a little less so. The room was great. Breakfast good and generally a really nice stay. The surrounding grounds of the hotel were stunning and very relaxing

My only criticism is that a couple of staff in the spa were quite unhelpful. They wanted us to pre order lunch for the guests that were joining us to celebrate my birthday. We advised that we were unable to contact them as they would be travelling. This was quite stressful. However another member of staff was very helpful and solved this problem immediately

Spa, pool, food, bar, grounds, rooms - all pleasant, comfortable, unique. We had massages and enjoyed the steam room and sauna. Food was excellent. All staff friendly and helpful.

Far from anything else if you don't have a car - but there was a corner shop that had a good selection down the road for supplies/necessities.

Lovely location, wonderful staff, absolutely lovely and filling breakfast. Room service excellent, had a late snack which was fantastic. Huge car park so no issues finding a parking spot. Lovely ground only shame I was not there long enough to wander around.

That I was not there long enough to try out the Spa :-( this would of been great to see and comment on, maybe on my next visit I will try the Spa. No complaints about Rowhill Grange, my stay was too short.

All Staff excellent, friendly and helpful . Lovely room due to upgrade! Comfy bed! Pleasant environment/grounds Good breakfast Candles created good ambience and gentle jazz in the bar made for a relaxing experience.

Small bin in bathroom had not been emptied before our arrival. Main courses at dinner were disappointing -I have a sea food allergy and was therefore not able to choose either fish meals on the menu as both involved shell fish of some sort .
