The staff where really helpful and made you feel welcome I would highly recommend the hotel due to it's location in London and the hotel has got it's own unique modern look which I've never seen before My room room was very clean and modern And the view from my room window was great looking out at the modern high built hotels and buildings . I booked in for the breakfast each morning of my stay and it has a great selection buffet style breakfast as well as the full English cooked breakfast which I chose to have and it was delicious I'd definitely be considering coming back to this hotel on my next visit to London.

We are a family of 4. 2 adults + 2 kids. We had a great time staying at the hotel. We booked two joint rooms which were exactly what we were looking for. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The stuff were friendly and happy to assist. The City location was excellent for us - very close to an underground station. There are groceries and restaurants near by. One final comment - booking joint rooms requires the booking of 2 different types of rooms: a Superior room and an Executive room. If you hesitate, you can call the hotel and they will assist you - I did.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The usb charging ports were extremely helpful. The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and attractions. The double windows helped drown out street noise. The continuous free water and snacks in the minibar was great.

The fact that we could not change the temperature for the AC in the room. The fact that the shower was not completely enclosed resulted in water in the floor and toilet regardless of how careful you were.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Our bed in room 405 was very comfortable. I loved the size of the big towels being a big girl.

The bathroom door was warped, so of close. The overflow on the toilet continually trickled. The plug sockets were poorly situated in a disabled room. At the dressing table, I would have had to get on my hands and knees to plug in the hair dryer, so I had to do it on the other side of the room, without a mirror.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasant. The location was perfect, close to major attractions, and convenient for exploring the area. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

The room was lovely and modern, however small, but considering it is in the centre of London it was to be expected. The bathroom was clean, but like the bedroom far from spacious. They let me checkin early which was really helpful and overall the staff was very friendly. I had to work from the hotel for a couple of days and it was quiet if you left the windows closed (which could get a little stuffy)

The bathroom did not have much space to unpack toiletries as they had packed most of the shelves full. It was the same in the bedroom, gorgeous decor but meant limited space to unpack and I stayed for 5 days.

Staff were lovely and it was in a great position to get to everything we wanted to see for our weekend in London

The hotel bar closed at 8pm. We would have liked to go for a night cap after eating dinner. The hotel did not have a restaurant so we ate out each evening and when we returned the bar was closed. Breakfast service was excellent

Location is just great, metro and bus lines are in few steps. The staff nice and ready to,help. The breakfast is more than enough however the selection is limited.

The romm was on the street side, therefore it was a bit noisy due to the trafic, even in the evening. There was no cleaning on Sunday. I did not undersand the invoice (it was ok), but the recepcionists was annoyed to explain.

The hotel is close to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge and is surrounded by transport links . The rooms are a great size and are clean and well appointed. Breakfast was really good with continental and cooked choices . The staff were very friendly and helpful , and we would definitely stay again.

The bar/lounge area was not open but there are plenty of other places close by . There is no restaurant at the hotel

Very large well appointed room. Much bigger than you’d expect in London. Excellent front of house staff. Forget about breakfast, lacked freshness, and most things for the continental breakfast were not replaced. Ask 3 times for milk and eventually it came

The continental breakfast at £15 it was a rip off. Staff in the restaurant (only there) seemed uninterested, lazy and inexperienced
