The location is so easy to find via Tube because it was so close to the train station. The room was beautiful and comfortable and the view was absolutely amazing, it was our wedding anniversary and we asked the Hotel if we could have a room with the view of Tower of London, and they made that possible for us and also free drinks. i absolutely love that the Hotel had 24hrs food service, being London and their is so much sight seeing to do, it was nice having to come back late at night and order food and sit in their beautiful lounges, love it.

The rooms feature a very large bed and a great window. Checking in with the app was super simple, and it's nice you get to keep the card for a next stay. Generally, the rooms were smaller than others but incredibly thoughtfully designed with plenty of storage solutions. All round a neat stay.

The air-conditioning wasn't working accordingly, or rather, didn't do much to the room temperature. I set it to the lowest possible 18° through the ipad, but even then, there was no change in temperature. It got rather warm that night.

It was such a high tech hotel where u can self checkin,make your own key cards, and control everything in your room with a tablet!!

With everything it had, i was just a little disappointed the room didn’t have a kettle but honestly it had a mini fridge and everything else so i wasn’t complaining

Amazing location for our visit to The Tower and The Gunpowder Plot experience. Lots of resturants in walking distance. Great view of the tower. Great hi tech hotel! Comfortable bed.

It is a shame there are no tea and coffee making facilities but didn't affect our stay. The bed is huge, however the quilt is slightly smaller than the bed.

Location is amazing next to Tower Hill tube and DLR. Since it’s right across London bridge, the views are great if you get an outdoor facing room. As with any CitizenM hotel, everything is controlled via an iPad, which was very easy to use.

The AC in the room didn’t work so the room temperature was quite warm, making it a bit hard to sleep. I called for assistance, hoping they could reset the system or control the temp remotely, which they said they did. However, the room remained in the same temp for the 2 nights I stayed there. Would have appreciated that they offered to change rooms, since it was clear that it was broken.

We really liked the very simple way to check in and check out. We also really liked the application through which we managed everything in the room: light, air conditioning, blinds, etc. What we liked the most was the location of the hotel and the proximity (1 min) to an underground.

We didn't like the cleaning. Through the app we chose the option to have daily cleaning. It wasn't like that. They only arrived on the third day. Cleaning only meant changing towels, toilet paper and taking out the trash. They didn't sweep (so you can see what was on the floor). The sink was cleaned only once in 8 days. Otherwise, nothing.

The location is convenient, the staff are friendly, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The only disappointment is that there is no kettle to boil hot water, and the hotel insists on not providing one, which greatly reduces the quality of the stay.

I am an Asian traveler, and in many Asian countries, drinking plenty of warm or hot water is a daily necessity, especially for middle-aged and older people. The absence of a hot water kettle in the room was the most disappointing and uncomfortable part of my stay. I had to carry a very small cup downstairs frequently just to get hot water, which was extremely inconvenient and greatly reduced the quality of my stay. If I have friends or relatives from other Asian countries, it would be difficult for me to recommend your hotel because they, too, would need easy access to hot water.

The hotel is a great option if you're looking to comfortably stay in the city. The staff are very kind, and the place is always tidy. Location is great for touristy hotspots, but you're also easily connected on the District line and further with the Elizabeth line and the likes. Rooms are small and rather compact, with enough amenities. The bed is incredibly comfortable, loads of space and incredible pillows.

The general hobby and hallways get very hot during the summer, and the aircon in the rooms is absolutely not giving enough power to cool it down. The room was always at around 20° despite turning the aircon to 18. This has been the case for all of my past visits really. The soap was also thinned out this time around, slight bummer!
