Room was spacious, wonderful view, clean, comfortable and included bottled water, kettle and coffee/tea in the room. Food was delicious and great service (friendly and professional). Liked that they stored our luggage until our room was ready. Response to requests for service and maintenance was immediate. Liked that there were cabs ready to take, restaurants and stores nearby, and converters and umbrellas to rent. Location was perfect (close to iconic attractions and multiple transportation options nearby) and the view from the room was amazing!

Wi-Fi had connectivity issues, slow speed. Elevators were slow (especially during check in and check out times). Afternoon tea pastries @Vu from the Tower were stale (but seating/view was ideal).

Location was fantastic. Drinking Pimms at the hotel outside bar with views of the London Bridge & the Thames. Also paid to upgrade for room with a view of the Bridge. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Beautiful breakfast. The Tower of London just a short stroll away.

This was my second stay at hotel & arrived at same time, earlier than check-in time. However on first occasion, the receptionist booked us in with no issues, but on this occasion the receptionist wanted to charge me £30 fee to book in earlier. Don’t understand why this is the case if the room is ready?? There was a very large queue for breakfast, but staff worked hard to get everyone seated as quickly as they could. Rooms, bathrooms are also a little dated & could do with modernising.

The bridge view from the room was just incredible. Breath taking ! The hotel bar and restaurant are also wonderful. The food and drinks choice were great and exceeded expectations ! Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Some parts of the wallpaper are peeling away. Draw handles were loose and we had black mould in the shower and window sill. The bathroom grout could use refreshing, considering the price of the room these things should be addressed.

Very good location, easy to reach and quiet. Excellent breakfast buffet and warm rooms.

The furniture in the rooms is a bit outdated. Lack of accessories in the rooms such as bathroom accessories.

Loved the view from our first room and how quiet the second room was.

Hated the interconnecting door with zero sound proofing in our first room and our loud talking neighbors from 0200 - 0400 hrs in the morning.

I was given the type of room I requested. The room had lovely view of the river and bridge. The staff were very friendly, professional and attentive. The hotel was within easy travelling distance for me to get to my meetings at Guy's Hospital. One particular receptionist by the name of Monserat was particularly lovely.

I think the hotel is being renovated. This was not mentioned at check-in. Part of the corridor was closed off. Most importantly, there was no fire escape route as the area was closed off. The only route to get to the ground floor was by the lift which one should not use in case of a fire.

The location was by far the best part of our stay at Tower Hotel. It’s perfectly situated close to many of London’s main attractions and within walking distance of key points of interest. Public transport is extremely accessible, with nearby underground stations and bus stops making it easy to get around the city. This convenience made our visit smooth and enjoyable.

One downside was the outdated furniture in the room. The wardrobes in particular had a slightly musty smell, likely due to their age. However, the most frustrating issue during our stay was the elevator situation. Out of the four lifts available, one was out of service for the entire visit, and at times only two were operational. This caused significant delays and long waiting times, especially during peak hours, and it was often difficult to find space in the lift when it did arrive. That said, overall, it was a pleasant experience and I don’t regret choosing this hotel. The location and convenience outweigh the drawbacks.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its exceptionally convenient location, namely on the banks of the Thames, a step away from Tower Bridge and the Tower itself. We paid extra to get a room with a bridge view and did not regret it. Now about the room, it was spacious with everything you need, including almost everything that was written in the description, except for a coffee machine. We took breakfasts at the hotel to save time in the morning and this was their only advantage, the breakfasts were hearty but monotonous, and the lack of salads was especially depressing, only cherry tomatoes and cucumbers.

The furniture in the room, except for the bed, was in a fantastically neglected state, peeling, and old, and the drawers were difficult to open and close. Most annoying was the lack of sockets near the bedside tables, they were either on the floor under the window, or behind the TV.

Location of the property is fabulous, and therefore we have stayed here every time we’ve come to London in the past 5 years. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We checked out today and while enroute to the airport my husband discovered he had left his cell phone behind. I called the hotel, confirmed the phone had been left in the room, and got instructions to connect with security to register the phone in their inventory until our friend could pick it up later in the week — outstanding service!

We really wanted a room facing the water with a view of the Tower Bridge but there was nothing available during our stay. The executive suite room we were given faced the north access to the Bridge and London Tower and was quite noisy. The coffee cups were also not replaced once used, they were just removed from the room, so the last day I made Nespresso in a water glass.

Friendly and very accommodating, went the extra mile to ensure I was happy and comfortable . Had a problem with the bath first night and straight away moved to a temporary room, next day given a room with the same view as before. Very clean. Breakfast was amazing with a huge variety of endless hot and cold buffet choices and coffees. The view of the Thames and Tower Bridge was amazing. Such a treat. My temporary room has a view of the docks. A beautiful hotel at the foot of the Bridge opposite the Tower and a 12 minute walk from Tower Hill.train station. Very central with Uber Boats docking opposite the Tower. A perfect location , a beautiful hotel, with lobby area to relax, see the Bridge and restaurant with amazing Bridge views and outside cozy table fire heaters. Treated my nephew from Australia to a few nights and he too loved it and we were both impressed. Well Done The Tower Hotel.

Sadly they had a problem with 2 of their 4 lifts, the next day 3 of the 4 were working . But there was an alternative lift for use . Other than that a perfect, relaxing and amazing stay.
