Check in, key code info etc with the App was no trouble at all. Great location beside pubs, restaurants, tube, grocery stores; we stayed here as was near to an event we were attending. Had stayed in this area of London before so had no problems finding the building, signage is discrete though so can understand how some other reviews mentioned having trouble locating the property. Apartment was very clean, well stocked with everything & nice that you could get extras handy. Bob's own coffee and the complementary tote bag was a nice touch! Property seems to be run very efficiently.

Was odd that there was no soap at the wash handbasin, had to step into the shower to get body wash from the dispenser there (not a deal-breaker during our stay). The stairs was quite steep, we don't mind the exercise but it mightn't be ideal for some folks. Windows only open a tiny fraction to let air in, realise this is probably for safety reasons. Having access to the luggage room was really great, it is quite small, may be able to organise it more efficiently with the use of hooks to also be able to use the wall space in there for storage (behind the door).

The stay was great. I was in contact with Bob W, over WhatsApp prior to the arrival to clarify sleeping arrangements, and they responded really quickly and were super nice! The apartment was a good size for 3 adults, nice kitchen and bathroom. We were happy to see that the shower could be turned to hot and even with 3 people showering in the same evening, there was enough warm water for all. They have separate rooms to get extra towels, toilet paper, tea, etc, so it was quick and convenient. One of us was on the sleeping couch which was a decent size and comfortable also! There was a door code, so for a group of travelers, it was easy to "collect" when arrival times were different. All in all, great service, a perfect location, and a lovely apartment!

Fantastic location, central, close to tube stations, buses, and several great places to eat. Well-glazed windows so pretty quiet even though by busy road. Comfortable beds, everything we needed in bathroom and kitchen. Nice decor - stylish, some local & recycled. Host very helpful re. changing us to a room that better suited our mobility issues (though all have stairs). We liked the convenience of pin entry rather than exchanging keys etc. Fresh coffee and biscuits left for us on arrival. A cupboard with spares (loo roll, teabags, etc) was very handy. We also really appreciated the left luggage facility.

Only one tiny thing, host didn't reply to messages via booking.com after we'd arrived - but they did respond on whatsapp. And they need a bigger recycling box! But these are very minor issues for info only.

Nicely decorated and excellent location and very responsive hosts. The code was easy to use and convenient, with no key to keep track of, and we had access to extra sheets/pillows and cleaning supplies in our closet and in the cupboards down the stairs. Very close (less than 5 min walk) to a bus stop and metro, Starbucks, and the Tower of London.

Just FYI there is no lift and we stayed on the 4th floor, which was a bit challenging with luggage. Also, the apartment number was not included in our confirmation, so make sure you find that out before you arrive.

Loved the fact that we did not need keys! The offer for luggage storing for 12 hrs after check-put time was very nice and handy. Location was very good, close to a few attractions that we visited, and also easy access to public transportation. Really liked that energy was 100% green energy. There are 2 adaptors in the flat - a life saver for non-UK guests who are not prepared or forget theirs; this was not advertised, so it was a bonus. Reusable bottles are also provided, as is a camera which we didn't use but I'm sure would be appreciated by guests. Free access to a nearby gym also a nice perk that I don't think I had while renting before. Communication was very good and the response time was super fast, courteous and well informed.

For all the nice things that are provided / available, I was a disappointed that there was no option for recycling. At least, it was not noted, and the Lady who came to clean did not know anything about it and told me to put the glass, cardboard and plastic in the trash. It may also be that I was not able to communicate this well. To be fair, if I would have asked before last-minute about this topic, I am sure I would have received an answer.

The was a wonderful apartment. A good size for central London, and nicely laid out so that the bedroom area was separated from the kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped, enough to do some cooking. There were loads of very nice touches, like the gift of the free biscuits and ground coffee, the games machine, the camera and bag. The air conditioning unit was so welcome during the hot weather we had. The location was less than 5 mins walk from tower bridge. Entry was stress free and communication was good. A perfect stay.

All was great, so hard to think of anything. I managed to pick up a discounted rate for our stay - the full rate may have been a little bit pricey - but the rate I paid was excellent for the centre of London. What else? Maybe a small carton of milk in the fridge would have been good. As you can see - hard to find a fault with anything!

Loved the location and I got almost instant responses to my queries. Everything we needed was provided. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment was quiet and the stairs were well lit. It felt like a luxury hotel.

No instructions for the washing machine but we worked it out eventually

Everything was very thoughtful. We had all we need in the apartment. The apartment was clean and spacious for two people. We had tea, coffee, shampoo and all the necessary things for a week of stay. We received welcoming messages from the staff. And all the stau was really good without any problem.

It was hard to climb the stairs every time as our apartment was on the 4th floor.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the ciry taround the corner from the Tower of London. The apartment is very nicely furnished and the eye for detail (the wall with all the information and helpful tips and appliances such as a converter for your non UK charger :) is fantastic! I stayed in the room with the little Bob room which is svery cute. The contact with customr service via Whatsapp was extremely good and fast. They helped me out with the requests and questions I had within a minute.

The only thing that would have made it even better than it was is natural bedding instead of synthetic. Otherwise a 5 star stay!

Room was large, well decorated and equipped. Location is perfect, close to the big sights, tube stations and bus stops.
