The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The bathroom amenities and supplies were excellent. The location of the Hotel was just right, not too far away from the excitement of being in London. The breakfast was delicious, ample fresh supplies of hot food and chilled water. I dined at Keepers Bar & Restaurant most night during my stay and the staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would like to send a special shout-out to Christian at reception who was very helpful and patient. When my phone would not connect to the internet, he assisted me by arranging to get laundry picked up and cleaned and always had a smile to greet me (and other guests) when I passed him at the front desk.

No constructive comment, my stay was fun and relaxing.

Room was very quiet and comfortable with a double bed and a single sofa bed. Plenty of towels and nice toiletries, good lighting. We slept well and found the beds comfortable. Very clean everywhere. efficient staff at all touch points even when very busy. Good range of options at breakfast, particularly liked the breads, pastries and cheeses. Would choose to stay again.

Small things: our room was not ready at 3pm even though we had been waiting since soon after 2; we had to wait a while to be seated at breakfast even though the restaurant was not full, and (in the last hour of breakfast service) there was limited re-stocking of the breakfast items (like milk/fruit) and the staff started to clear things away from around 10.45. If breakfast is until 11, especially at weekends, it should not stop until 11.

Traveled as family of 3 with our 11 year old. Location as being close to touristic locations and with two near metro stations was perfect for walking and metro. Room was clean, quite and comfortable. Our requests are answered quickly. Water filter station on each floor and one EU plug in room was a nice extra.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant under the hotel. Staff is nice but there were no labels on dishes. If you prefer halal food like us, it is just confusing. Quality was good and overall happy with the service we got.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Jeena and Fatima, the receptionist, during my recent stay, and her service was truly exceptional. Fatima and Jeeana was polite, professional, and incredibly patient, even while managing multiple guests simultaneously. Her warm demeanor and attention to detail made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. They went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and even provided helpful suggestions to enhance my stay. It’s rare to encounter such a high level of professionalism paired with genuine kindness. Fatima and jeeana are true asset to the hotel, and I highly recommend both of their outstanding service!

Great having a separate gf section for breakfast. While my room wasn't available when I arrived early, the reception staff were very helpful dealing with my luggage.

As a sufferer from Coeliac Disease, I didn't have lunch at the restaurant as there were no items marked as GF on the menu - there was a set of symbols at the bottom that implied that there would be, but when there were none marked, I went elsewhere. It turns out there is a full, separate GF menu available when I asked at dinner - it would be worth advertising that at the restaurant entrance.

The hotel is in a great location. Close to the tube station Tower Bridge and to the said sight and Tower of London as well. Furthermore, there are plenty of sights in walking distance. The whole area surrounding the hotel is clean and not overcrowded by tourists. The hotel facilities are clean and well maintained. The rooms and windows are soundproof, despite having a small street next to it. The breakfast has a wonderful variety of food to offer and the restaurant in the evening in the hotel is great either. Additionally, the rooms are big enough for two people, ours offered a side bed for a third one. HVAC works as intended. It is a wonderful hotel to stay. We will keep it in mind for our next trip to London.

The room was very nice, spacious, and immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering to put up our baby’s cot in the room, which they did very quickly. The room had lots of amenities such as tea/coffee, iron, mini fridge, and lots of sockets for charging devices. The breakfast was excellent with a fairly good selection of hot and cold options. The location was our favourite aspect. As soon as you turn out of the street you’re met with a spectacular view of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge and the hotel is a stones throw from the tube station.

Genuinely there was nothing we didn’t like.

I booked a few nights without breakfast included. The hotel offered my 15-year-old son free breakfast during our entire stay (3 breakfasts in total). That was a pleasant surprise as I was not aware of this before arriving to the hotel. However, I suggest communicating this option to guests more clearly upon arrival. I found out about it by chance, only when I decided to pay for breakfast.

The property was very close to the tube station so easy to find when arriving. It was also very close to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge that we had planned to visit. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable and considering we only booked a standard double room it was really nice, much better than the pictures on the website. The whole room and bathroom was really nice and modern and the hotel staff were all very friendly. The Keepers bar and restaurant was lovely and the food there was great and good value for money. The breakfast was also really good. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Fantastic Location. 2 min walk to Tube Station. 5 min walk to the Tower of London. 8min walk to Uber Boats. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make the children feel welcome. Room was spacious and despite being in the heart of London was quiet. Clean and Lovely Big Shower. Restaurant and Bar was family friendly. Breakfast was great - available was a Full English Breakfast, Pancake Machine (which the kids loved), Cereal, Pastries, Fruit, Cheese etc

There was nothing we didn't like - will stay again
