Good location, nice property with much more space than a hotel room.

Property has a few damaged elements although that didn't really detract from the stay. Biggest frustration was the poor check-in process and trying to get the deposit back. Emails went unanswered (except one) and the check in process depends on you being online when demanded by the owners. You can't check in until you have paid a deposit and we only received details of this at 1130 on the day of check in, when we had booked in October! We then spent an hour chasing the bank at 3pm to hurry up and release funds so we could check in - so that wasted time that we could have used enjoying London and the property could have had the funds earlier had it asked for them. So, the property is good, the check in process and customer service poor.

the view is so nice and the apartment is comfy spacious looks exactly like the photos we stayed in the 1 bed. Theres also plenty of cutlery glasses etc & has a nice view of the Shard from both living room and bedroom. it’s super close to everything station/food/ supermarket

the lift wasn’t working so we did have to climb to fourth floor which was 8 sets of small stairs so just be aware if walking is an issue etc. There was no wifi and sometimes was hard to get 4g signal unless near window. the check in process seemed very strict and 10am seems a really early check out time but the apartment is really nice and worth the stay. At 3pm time of check in you get a code to let yourself in. I did feel slightly on edge because there were so many email warnings pre stay if any of the towels are dirty you lose deposit etc so felt paranoid using them but again it is a really nice apartment.

Location was both a plus and a minus, see below - close to the Monument, but on a busy road so there was much noise. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped, also spacious and the area safe.

The secondary glazing in the bedroom is broken and looks to have been broken for a long time, much increasing the noise from the road. As early as 6 in the morning it was too noisy to sleep. It would not be difficult to fix, but they just have not got round to it. No internet either - a remarkable omission. There were complex entry instructions, emails I had to watch out for, a sense of mistrust. I ended up having to ring them on the phone to be sure all was ok.

The location was superb for us as the business venue we were attending was in the Old Billingsgate building directly opposite the apartment. We also like that we were close to Tower Bridge and the Christmas market taking place on the South Bank. We liked the fact it was at the back of the building and extremely quiet and secure.

No Tea towel or Oven gloves. The air con/heating buzzed all night and we were not able to turn it off as no instructions were available. The free wifi advertised was not available, again no instructions for passwords etc. We found a dirty sock (not ours) under the bed and long curly black hairs behind the bathroom door on the floor. I'm blonde, the hubster is bald! The tap in the bathroom was loose but didn't inhibit it's use.

The accommodation is great, well appointed in a great location as you would expect from Stay!

There was no Wi-fi! it was referenced in the guide for the accommodation, but when I phoned to enquire about access I was very firmly informed that wifi was not advertised with the apartment! It felt like it was my fault for not doing my due diligence and reading the small print!! I have stayed at a number of Stay apartments and they have always been excellent, so was disappointed with the lack of Wi-Fi and customer service here. Eventually elicited an apology for having Wi-Fi referenced in the manual, but really in 2021 do we need to check on this Wi-Fi connectivity is now a utility. Great location, but if you need to get work done go elsewhere!

The location was excellent. Close to transport, shops, restaurants and tourist points. The spacious room size, cleanliness and overall facilities provided were great. Handy to have washer/dryer combo. We felt secure at this location. I would definitely stay here again.

Poor window covering. Blinds did not block street lights, or daylight. They were white, material shades. No soundproofing on windows, so constant street noise. No key/info was left in room for us to dispose of rubbish. If I hadn’t bumped into cleaner I wouldn’t have known. She assisted me, showing me where to leave rubbish and got a spare key for access.

Booking.com have been hopeless dealing with issues regarding access and repairs required during our stay. Non-responsive in fact. I will be seeking compensation for the first night of the booking when we couldn’t get access.

Location and cleanliness.

Induction hob would not turn on. Remote on TV didnt work properly. No fryiny pan- moot as no hob anyway. But very clean , comfortable and warm.

Due to an unusual and entirely my fault mix-up of dates and bookings, I found myself in a rather difficult situation potentially losing out few hundred pounds as a result . The management team considered my request and responded positively. I a grateful for their consideration. The booking mistake was entirely mine and no doubt caused extra work on their behalf trying to figure out what was going on. I've stayed at their properties and they are superb. Spacious, bright, fully equipped and functional kitchen, C L E A N and I felt secure and safe during my stays
