We stopped through London for a couple of days on our way to Italy. We wanted to visit the Tower of London and do some other sight seeing. This was a perfect location! Really nicely kept small hotel. Nice clean room with comfy beds, modern bath with a tub, and a nice bar/cafe. Very close to the underground and a beautiful stroll to The Tower. Exactly what we were looking for.

The pure Britishness of the hotel, the ambience and the very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms have a huge sense of luxury about them, the soft comfortable beds, deep pile carpets, lovely White Company toiletries and great furnishings and fittings throughout the hotel. The added bonus was the hotel bar, which was also open to non residents.... great watching the bar tenders making all the different cocktails.... nice vibe on a Saturday evening. We were very kindly upgraded to a superior room from a double room, which was a huge surprise and nice gesture. We arrived at 11am and left our luggage with concierge (as arranged) who kindly put our luggage in our room ready for when we checked back in later on in the day. A small but great gesture !

I have stayed in a lot of London hotels and this has beat them all in terms of value, cleanliness, location and comfort. I was so, so impressed by the amenities and the food, I was actually sorry my stay was so short! From check in to check out the staff were so efficient and friendly, and I felt so safe! I ended up just staying in the hotel room for the evening because it was so lovely! The complimentary coffee and croissant the next day was also such a treat 🥰

There was a small issue with the card machine when I ordered room service and it wouldn’t work, but again the reception staff were super friendly and insisted that I could just pay upon check out.

The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location, with very easy access to key places such as London Bridge train station, Borough Market and a beautiful short walk to the South Bank area of the River Thames. The room assigned to me during my stay was very clean and comfortable, and I loved the fact that my bathroom had a shower and a bathtub option. The staff were very friendly upon checkin, and made the effort to ensure I got a slightly earlier checkin. I did not try the breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment on that.

The hotel is slightly on the pricier side, however you get what you pay for because I have no negative feedback about the hotel or my stay there.

Location: The hotel's location was fantastic for walking. It was also very convenient for public transportation. Cleanliness: The room was overall clean and well-maintained. Staff: The staff was friendly and helpful.

During our two-night stay, we encountered significant inconvenience due to our room key malfunctioning twice. The most frustrating instance occurred after the very first use of the access card to enter the floor. Despite gaining access to the floor, we were unable to enter our room. The internet connection was unreliable, requiring additional steps to confirm terms and conditions, which seemed outdated and inconvenient.

We have stayed here a couple of times recently & on both occasions have been impressed. The staff are excellent, the hotel is spotlessly clean and it appears professionally run. The room was a little small, but this is London, so that's a minor gripe. Price was relatively good value for the middle of London. The piece de la resistance of course is location - we travel in from an hour north of London, park at Stanmore and then use the jubilee line to London Bridge. The hotel is yards away from the station and the wonderful Borough Market is literally at the bottom of the road & access to the whole of the City from there is super easy.

Nothing - Excellent

The bed was great. My partner and I both struggle with back issues so a good bed is paramount. Extra pillows were supplied which was great. The bathroom was very small but functional.

The blinds could not be adjusted, we could not move the cords, so may have been a repairable issue, but it made the room not as dark at night as we would have liked.

Great hotel bar and fabulous location, So close to the Thames, Borough Market, London Bridge Station, The Barrow Boy and the Banker pub, and yet very quiet for traffic noise as it is tucked away,

Nit picking, but a rowing machine in the gym. A, clear pathway from reception to exec rooms (e.g. like a hospital- follow the coloured line, for jet-lagged travellers), two different lifts and a staircase with bags confusing. Prefer not being sprayed with dirty water from the building being jet-washed on the weekend.

The location was excellent. Short walk to the tube and a short trip to the O2 or anywhere really. Borough market was 5 minutes away, which was great of you wanted to avoid the crowds and get there at opening time. The room was clean and tidy. Basic necessities were there. Plenty of space for luggage and to hang up coats etc. Bed was very comfortable. Zero traffic noise despite the location.

The only negative was the window. On the 4th floor it was a porthole window quite high in the wall. So no outlook, which is fine, but it did give the room a basement that was unexpected and slightly off-putting, especially if you get uncomfortable in basements etc.

Great location! Staff were friendly and on hand to help the moment you walk through the door. Check in/out process was quick and stress free. Loved our room 312, wasn’t actually expecting a smart TV and minibar so this felt like a bonus. Enjoyed a nice relaxing bath in my room with the White Company toiletries provided. Hairdryer also provided by the hotel. The Quarter bar was pleasant and enjoyed some nice cocktails there. Would definitely like to stay again and 100% recommend this hotel.

Only downside to our room, it was located a few steps from the lift and the locked door used to access the lifts. Therefore we could hear this door being used and unlocked constantly through out the night. We were so close it was a little startling at first, we thought our door was being unlocked! But fine once we got used to this. You can hear some noise from the streets but this is expected in a Central London Hotel.
