The room is okay; it is warm, so it's perfect for sleeping despite the cold weather. There is a pub downstairs from the rooms, but it was not a problem for me at any moment. The location is very good. You can walk to many different places in the city.

The location is realy good to access many places and the price is fair. I really recomend. A problem of my room was just the bed beside of the bed I sleeped because it don't have power outset. So I recommend the place.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were tidy and comfortable enough for a short stay. When the wifi stopped working the person at the reception helped us reseting the router without a problem. The kitchen seemed good. It had a great connection via underground. We stayed there to attend to a show in Wembley stadium and we were able to go back at night without any problems thanks to how close it is of the Underground station.

There's only two showers and 2 toilets per floor so it can be very crowded and slow. It didn't had lockers availables in the rooms, so you had to leave your bags and belongings either in your bed or in the lockers available in the reception

There was a problem about Wifi connection in my floor, I asked the receptionist to solve the issue, they quickly resolved it. Thanks for that. The location was pretty good as I was able to access to the city centre of London by walking within 10 or 15 minutes.

There should be curtains around the beds in order to cover people’s privacy. But There is no such thing in the hostel.

The opportunity to be alone to chose to do and see what one wanted to do out of the amazing choices in London. I And at the same time meet other individuals some working some visiting London far diferent countries opportunity to hear their stories and get advice on where to go or what to see Freedom to choose when to eat and where .wonderful lkitchen facilities also places nearby to purchase basics.and places to eat out. .

Really nothing. The limited facilities in shower room were expected as this was a hostel catering for many people at very reduced price .. Controlled water supply for showering an expected necessity. But this did not mean I liked it. BUT I met the challenge and a difficulty became part of the adventure

Great location, right next to the tube and 5 minutes walk from London Bridge station. Very clean toilets and shower room.

The kitchen area was a bit small but wasn't an issue.

Minimalist design. Very silent. Nice people. Clean. Good location. Good value for money.

Few showers for the number of people.

Great location near the Borough underground station and a couple of convenience stores. Also many restaurants nearby and a short walk to the Borough food market. The staff was friendly and willing to help. I had an evening flight back home and I was able to leave my backpack into the locker for the day for a small £1 fee. Also what really felt nice and caring from the hostels side was that that even after checking out in the morning and roaming around London for the day I was still let to go take a shower after long sweaty day – all I needed to do was to pay a rent of £2 for the towel.

Unfortunately the floor in my room was dirty. Also having some kind of table or nightstand or a shelf or whatever near the bed would have been super helpful with 4 beds in the same corner of the room. Some of the showers functioned a bit funky, for example in one shower room I wasn't able to adjust the temperature of the water at all and it just came out hot. And I advice you to take your own shampoo/shower gel with you since there's mainly no soap dispensers in the showers. Some of the shower rooms had dispensers outside the shower stalls but not all.

The matrass was really comfortable and the linen very clean and fresh. The staff were super nice and efficient. Check in was very quick

First of all, the place was spotless—I didn’t even want to get out of bed! The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The guy on the night shift was hilarious and super approachable, and the morning staff gave me great tips for exploring the city. I booked a six-bed dorm but luckily there were only two of us, so it felt very spacious. Each floor has two bathrooms and two toilets, so sometimes you might have to wait a bit, but that’s pretty normal for hostels. I really loved my stay! It’s very close to Leicester Square, and while you’ll need to walk a bit for places like Big Ben—it’s London, you’re here to explore!

Most of the guests I met are very nice and friendly. The staff members are friendly. The room and other facilities are relatively clean most of the time. There is a kitchen with kitchen utensils and two fridges so very convenient for people who cook.

The hostel didn't have the rules about being quiet after 11 PM and before 6 AM so lots of the guests in my room were less mindful about keeping quiet late at night. They made lots of noise. For example, they packed things in the middle of the night and talked loudly. The room was a bit stuffy as there is no window.
